Turns out the lenses were under warranty because I had reused the frames from a prior pair of glasses. The frames have been discontinued. It will be a couple weeks to get the replacements and they are letting me keep the current ones while I wait. Much better customer service. I've updated to 3 stars from 1 star because they are trying to make things right. Not possible to completely recover from the original poor interactions but I have to give them credit for doing what they can. I'll update again when the glasses arrive and I exchange them. This was one of the worst experiences l've ever had at any medical office. I arrived 10 minutes early to my scheduled appointment, to fill out paperwork. To my surprise, there was no receptionist at the desk, so I stood there waiting the entire 10 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose of coming early. Yes, they were able to fit me in due to a cancellation (which I appreciate), but it took me less than 10 minutes to complete the paperwork. I was told that I was checked in, Despite that, I ended up waiting over an hour past my scheduled time (1:20 pm) with Jepsen, Nolan L. - and still wasn't even seated. To make matters worse, people who arrived after me were being seen before me. It was clear my appointment and time weren't being respected. I've been to many eye centers before, and this was by far the worst. Unfortunately, I had to leave my previous eye doctor because of a change in vision insurance, and Mountain View was recommended to me. I seriously regret taking that advice. In the end, I walked out. This place is completely unorganized and unprofessional. I won't be returning, and I won't be recommending it to anyone.
