Dr. Bzowski has never been able to provide me with a medical explanation as to what happened with my nipples. He instead led me on for a year saying that it would change with healing, and then that he could fix it. Until my last appointment with him when he said going back into surgery could make it worse. My experiences with them prior to surgery were great, his staff is very friendly and helpful. They prepare you very well for everything you need to do and what medications you need to get before surgery, and I experienced no pain whatsoever from my operation. My postop appointment's is when things started to get sketchy. The first time the bandages on my breasts were removed revealing the shape of my areolas, the doctor didn't even acknowledge the drastic size difference, I only noticed when he had left the appointment and I looked in the mirror, I'm sure you can imagine my devastation. After consulting with other plastic surgeons, they've been able to provide me with multiple explanations as to what might have gone wrong. They've also proposed a way to fix it that was different than what Brzowski was proposing, and it makes more sense to me due to better explanation and understanding of my situation, and of course confidence in success. It's also worth noting that when I requested my file from Brzowskis, the most important paper (my operation notes in full) was missing. This has been a long and depressing journey for me. It's no fun paying 12k just to replace your insecurity with a worse one. Brzowski's also been unwilling to refund me just %15 of what I paid him, so I can either put it towards a tattoo cover up or another procedure with my new surgeon who was able to 100% guarantee me success that he could fix it, unlike Brzowski who expected me to flip a coin without even knowing what went wrong the first time. Unfortunately my opinion of Brzowski is he mainly cares about money, not his patients well being. I strongly advise to not come here, and to go to Dr. Richard Fryer instead. Fryer cared about my well being and even offered to contact Brzowski for me to get the missing paper in my file, and proposed many options to save me money. Brzowski will try to talk you into paying more by suggesting things like liposuction. Im still holding out hope Brzowski has a change of heart on my very reasonable refund request, so I can finally look at myself in the mirror without devastation and regret.

I read that some…read morepeople didn't like how quickly Dr. Barnett was in and out of their appointments leading up to the procedure. For me, it's the opposite. Who wants a doctor who has all the time in the world to sit around with each patient? I want one that does such great work that his time is in demand. He was never rude, very friendly and answered all my questions. Once that was done, he moved on to other patients and that worked great for me! I had a lower bleph done and CO2 laser treatment. Maddi did the laser and she was honestly my favorite part about the experience. She was clearly very knowledgeable, and took so much time making me feel comfortable about the procedure. She has such a calming and kind presence, I instantly felt comfortable with her. She did a fantastic job and I'm thrilled with the results! The office checked up on my recovery and I knew if I needed anything, they were there to help. At an after appointment, I explained to Dr. Barnett that I was hoping to have a little more tightness under my eyes after the procedure. He agreed and set me up with a second round of the CO2 laser treatment at no cost, once my skin was ready. He just wanted me to be fully satisfied with my results. Rebecca and Marissa took care of me the second time around and I adored them as well! Their knowledge and demeanor were so helpful. I'm not one who loves being recommended products sold at the office after a procedure, but Rebecca wasn't pushy at all and I ended up getting a hydrating mask she recommended for the recovery and now I'm so hooked to that product, I may as well invest in their stock, because I'm hooked for life. They scarred me so bad that the breast scars never healed but when I went to Dr. Fairbanks and got my new breast implants, he cut out the old scars, and the new scars healed and turned white within two months, whereas my scars from Alpine plastic surgery didn't heal after five years. They were red and bulging out and no scar cream or treatment helped. Also, Dr. Fairbanks was 10 grand while I was quoted 15 grand for new breast implants at Alpine plastic surgery. They do shitty plastic surgery for twice the price. I do not recommend.

I trusted her completely and followed her and the surgeon's recommendation that 385cc would look best for my body. After surgery, I was devastated. The results are nowhere near what I was promised -- it looks like I only gained about an inch from my original size. I started as a 34A, and I barely look different. Later, I learned that 470cc likely would have given me the results I wanted. What made this even worse was how Alece handled things. From the start, she felt more like a salesperson than someone who genuinely cared about my goals or happiness. Since my surgery, she's continued to ignore my questions and make assumptions instead of listening to what I'm actually saying. I feel completely dismissed and unheard. Now I have to wait months to even think about getting this fixed, and I still don't know if I'll be charged again for something that wasn't done right in the first place. I'm deeply disappointed and regret trusting this office. I won't be going back -- I'll be finding another doctor who actually listens and cares about their patients.

He didn't make me feel rushed, and explained the intended procedure in detail with pictures! I'm not sure of the actual outcome because I haven't had surgery yet, but feel confident that he will do a fantastic job. (I will edit review of surgery when that actually happens) His staff was amazing, from the beginning phone call to book appointment, to the consultation with financial consult. The staff in his office I talked to at first were very kind, but I had to make a few more calls to try and sort out what I needed. I was then transferred over to Amanda (the RN) who was so rude and annoyed by me she full out told me she wasn't going to do anything more. Amanda also spoke this way to the staff member where I'm currently being seen who called on my behalf. Honestly, we both couldn't believe this RN was so determined to tell us to take a hike. I know the customer can be tough sometimes but I wasn't upset or even frustrated. I was just asking for a fax to be sent to my doctor. Before my surgery here in a different state I half considered flying back to Utah to have Brzowski do it again but I'm happy I stayed where I'm at. As far as the work from Doc. Brzowski I received 19 years ago, I was happy with it, and he seemed very caring. The nurse back then tried to talk me into doing something more extreme and I'm so glad I didn't. Staff are the heart and soul of the office. It's a large part of what brings us to recommend the office to others. I also want to add something Doc. Brzowski said to me that I've never forgotten. When I was there in the office to discuss my situation, I cried. I was so embarrassed and felt my womanhood kind of slipping away. I needed this surgery to help get a part of me back. Doc. Brzowski told me that this is why he loves his job, because he can help people who really need it. He was so very sincere.

Since this was my last baby, I was really hoping for something better than my previous births with my other two daughters. Let me just say--it was the most amazing experience I've ever had. I was treated with such care, like a close family member was looking after me. The staff constantly checked in to make sure I was okay, explained everything clearly, and truly made me feel supported. My baby stayed in the room with me almost the entire time--only leaving briefly for a few necessary tests--and the nurses were kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. Honestly, it didn't feel like a regular hospital at all--it felt peaceful, warm, and focused on me and my baby. If you're on the fence about coming here, I say go for it. I 100% recommend this hospital--it was a beautiful way to welcome my last little one into the world.

Full blow disfigured. The entire R side of my face is drooping due to Botox hitting a muscle over…read moremy right brow, causing the right side of my face to droop and again at the jawline diminishing my jaw line (as the Kybella model - I take pride in). This was verified by another injector and a Chief of Plastic Surgery. The staff has a listening problem-I told them repeatedly that I tend to get a low brow, that the last injector told me to never do my forehead again and they insisted saying it would give me a lift. They also recommended the eye cream $120. I recognized the brand and told them I had a full blown allergic reaction to that product as a body cream. They insisted I try it anyway. Again I had painful, itchy, scabbed rash that has scarred my torso. I don't recommend. LISTENING to their patients is an area for improvement.
