The staff in his office I talked to at first were very kind, but I had to make a few more calls to try and sort out what I needed. I was then transferred over to Amanda (the RN) who was so rude and annoyed by me she full out told me she wasn't going to do anything more. Amanda also spoke this way to the staff member where I'm currently being seen who called on my behalf. Honestly, we both couldn't believe this RN was so determined to tell us to take a hike. I know the customer can be tough sometimes but I wasn't upset or even frustrated. I was just asking for a fax to be sent to my doctor. Before my surgery here in a different state I half considered flying back to Utah to have Brzowski do it again but I'm happy I stayed where I'm at. As far as the work from Doc. Brzowski I received 19 years ago, I was happy with it, and he seemed very caring. The nurse back then tried to talk me into doing something more extreme and I'm so glad I didn't. Staff are the heart and soul of the office. It's a large part of what brings us to recommend the office to others. I also want to add something Doc. Brzowski said to me that I've never forgotten. When I was there in the office to discuss my situation, I cried. I was so embarrassed and felt my womanhood kind of slipping away. I needed this surgery to help get a part of me back. Doc. Brzowski told me that this is why he loves his job, because he can help people who really need it. He was so very sincere.

I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Alpine Plastic Surgery. I read that some…read morepeople didn't like how quickly Dr. Barnett was in and out of their appointments leading up to the procedure. For me, it's the opposite. Who wants a doctor who has all the time in the world to sit around with each patient? I want one that does such great work that his time is in demand. He was never rude, very friendly and answered all my questions. Once that was done, he moved on to other patients and that worked great for me! I had a lower bleph done and CO2 laser treatment. Maddi did the laser and she was honestly my favorite part about the experience. She was clearly very knowledgeable, and took so much time making me feel comfortable about the procedure. She has such a calming and kind presence, I instantly felt comfortable with her. She did a fantastic job and I'm thrilled with the results! The office checked up on my recovery and I knew if I needed anything, they were there to help. At an after appointment, I explained to Dr. Barnett that I was hoping to have a little more tightness under my eyes after the procedure. He agreed and set me up with a second round of the CO2 laser treatment at no cost, once my skin was ready. He just wanted me to be fully satisfied with my results. Rebecca and Marissa took care of me the second time around and I adored them as well! Their knowledge and demeanor were so helpful. I'm not one who loves being recommended products sold at the office after a procedure, but Rebecca wasn't pushy at all and I ended up getting a hydrating mask she recommended for the recovery and now I'm so hooked to that product, I may as well invest in their stock, because I'm hooked for life. I love my results and am happy I went with Alpine!

They scarred me so bad that the breast scars never healed but when I went to Dr. Fairbanks and got my new breast implants, he cut out the old scars, and the new scars healed and turned white within two months, whereas my scars from Alpine plastic surgery didn't heal after five years. They were red and bulging out and no scar cream or treatment helped. Also, Dr. Fairbanks was 10 grand while I was quoted 15 grand for new breast implants at Alpine plastic surgery. They do shitty plastic surgery for twice the price. I do not recommend.

I am 5 weeks out of my second rhinoplasty revision and I'm very pleased with my results. I was a…read morecomplicated case. My first rhinoplasty at age 18 left me with very little cartilage and a very unnatural, scooped bridge and over- rotated tip. I had a revision 10 years later with a second surgeon who tried to correct the mistake by using cadaver cartilage and gore-tex to bring structure back to my nose. I was very unhappy with that second surgery right away, it was too long and crooked and over time, the tip continued to shrink and twist and it was definitely an operated look. Finally, 10 years later I find Dr. Bitner. To say I was hesitant about considering yet another surgery is an understatement. After meeting with Dr. Bitner, I felt very confident in his ability to deliver the results I'd wanted all along. I am now 5 weeks out from my revision and for the first time in my life, I really feel that my nose fits my face. I'm incredibly happy with the results so far and more so as I watch the swelling dissipate. The nose you see now required grafting from my rib as well as my ear cartilage as I had no support and my nose essentially had to be rebuilt. Dr. Bitner has been very responsive, both before and after my surgery, and I've been impressed by his expertise, attention to detail and kindness. After such horrible experiences with my first two surgeries, I can't believe how great my results are now. I really didn't think my nose would ever look natural or "normal" again, and thanks to Dr. Bitner, it finally does.

Dr. Barson also introduced me to Newtox, which works much better for me than Botox, is more affordable, and longer-lasting. He's an expert at application, so I'm never nervous and I've never had an issue. Lastly, the staff are amazing, the office is clean and welcoming, and they work with a loan provider to help afford the big ticket items, which helped me a lot.

I trusted her completely and followed her and the surgeon's recommendation that 385cc would look best for my body. After surgery, I was devastated. The results are nowhere near what I was promised -- it looks like I only gained about an inch from my original size. I started as a 34A, and I barely look different. Later, I learned that 470cc likely would have given me the results I wanted. What made this even worse was how Alece handled things. From the start, she felt more like a salesperson than someone who genuinely cared about my goals or happiness. Since my surgery, she's continued to ignore my questions and make assumptions instead of listening to what I'm actually saying. I feel completely dismissed and unheard. Now I have to wait months to even think about getting this fixed, and I still don't know if I'll be charged again for something that wasn't done right in the first place. I'm deeply disappointed and regret trusting this office. I won't be going back -- I'll be finding another doctor who actually listens and cares about their patients.

He didn't make me feel rushed, and explained the intended procedure in detail with pictures! I'm not sure of the actual outcome because I haven't had surgery yet, but feel confident that he will do a fantastic job. (I will edit review of surgery when that actually happens) His staff was amazing, from the beginning phone call to book appointment, to the consultation with financial consult. Downside...he's far from my home.
