He installed a spotlight outside my backyard which required installing a box in the wall and other tasks. What also impressed me was he took off his shoes when he entered my house. After getting quotes for a panel upgrade from multiple electricians, we found Photonics Electric & IT services had the most reasonable prices. We worked with them over the course of the week and they were kind, professional, and super understanding of the urgency of our situation. Raul was especially helpful at guiding us through our next steps, handling the permits, and very timely with all his responses, which was comforting in our stressful situation. The job itself was extremely quick and easy and they even took the time to look at our other electrical issues with our circuit breaker. Kayra helped us fix a longstanding problem that our original electrician swore didn't exist. It was so relieving to see our lights finally working correctly! Definitely will be recommending them to everyone I know in search of a reliable electrician and will be contacting them for any future jobs. You guys are the best! :)
