Had breakfast here based on a recommendation from a local. The atmosphere is great with outdoor seating perfect for people watching. Graham our server was funny and kept the line of people waiting to enter entertained. We ordered the black coffee and scrambled eggs and bacon. The coffee was robust and piping hot. The scrambled eggs were a little undercooked and the bacon was not as expected compared to bacon in the US, but here to try new things!

The Most Fun & Friendly service - Irish style! Our breakfast was delicious. The staff treated us like locals. Wish we had stopped here on our first day of our trip rather than our last.

Loved this place. It was small and not overwhelming. We came for breakfast and had the Irish breakfast and coffee. Food was delicious and filling, coffee was great. Staff was funny and blunt. They gave us a list of local recommendations to take a picture of which was a nice touch. Recommend if you're in the area.

Found this place on TikTok and then saw it was highly recommended and we were not disappointed!! Had to wait a few minutes and ended up sharing a table with a lovely Canadian couple (love the they did this to cut down on wait time!). Food came out quickly and was delicious. The waiter Mocha was a hoot and kept the vibe super fun and energized. The full Irish was delicious and the location was perfect for activities in Dublin. Mocha insisted we take a picture with his "boss" (picture included) so maybe not a spot for kids... but certainly a memory for the books!

Visiting Ireland for the first time, I did my best to read up on good places to grab a Full Irish Breakfast in Dublin and the Stage Door Café popped up on a few lists, Reddit posts, so I put it on my list to try and I'm glad I did! I walked in on a Tuesday morning and had zero issue getting a table. The inside is relatively small with several tables, as well as a bar to sit and watch the cook work the griddle. It's definitely an older place with lots of old odds and ends hanging around, but was clean. A gentleman came over with the menu but I didn't need it, I knew what I came there for. He was friendly though we didn't speak much, albeit I didn't need much of anything. I sipped on an Irish Coffee, my first time having one, as I waited but it wasn't a long wait. I'll be honest, I was a little anxious ordering a Full Irish Breakfast as the beans and the black/white pudding seemed odd for breakfast but don't knock it until you try it! This was a fantastic meal to start the day. The bacon and sausage were delicious, the eggs cooked perfectly, and the toast was perfectly toasted. I really liked the black/white pudding and I was surprised how well the beans paired with the dish. Dublin is kind of a pricey but for everything I got, no complaints here. The Full Irish Breakfast from Stage Door Café did a great job filling me up and getting me out the door to conquer the day! If I'm ever in Dublin again, I'd come back here to satiate my need for a proper Full Irish Breakfast.

Was looking for a place to grab a full Irish before heading to Heuston Station from Temple Bar, and this place hit the spot! The full Irish here is huge and delicious! For just €13.95 there was sooo much food. The owner is super friendly and cool, and despite being short staffed, everything came out super fast. Cannot recommend this brunch enough!!

Being in Dublin for the first time, I wanted a true Irish breakfast. Stage Door did not disappoint. (See pic), I sat outside and people watched whilst enjoying a full plate that included beans. Do stop in.

The food is amazing!!! We had the traditional Irish breakfast and the ham and cheese omelette. We also all had the Irish coffee which is the best I've ever had. The store has a eclectic and funny vibe. Domain server maybe owner is absolutely hilarious and a great employee everything comes out perfect and delicious.

Must try: Irish Breakfast and Irish Coffee! Why: When we rolled up to the cafe around 8:45am we were greeted by the owner who was a hoot and so welcoming! Loved his energy as he made us feel warm and made us laugh. Great way to start the morning! Irish Breakfast was hearty deliciousness and the Irish Coffee had a nice kick to it. Notes: Indoor and outdoor seating with a small bathroom inside. All the workers were good vibes. The other patrons were awesome too. It started to get full by 9:30am. Coffee came out swiftly and the food right after. All around one of our fav dining experience!

There are only about nine things on the menu and this is the Irish breakfast.

Game for brunch on a very busy Sunday and it was worth the wait. There are exactly 2 servers in the whole place and they have the friendliest loudest most ridiculous attitudes. Worth the wait!

Beautiful, small place that gets packed very quickly. Interestingly enough I thought it was a French bistro, but I believe the owners hail from Ukraine as that is the country flag that was hung outside the shape if my world history learnings are correct. For my tastes the double baked eggs were overdone, but that's double baked for you. Everything else was so delicious though that I truly didn't even notice. It was a wonderful pile of meat overflowing out of a little skillet with a stack of soda bread and butter. Truly it was a delight. I also ordered up their irish coffee. This was especially fun because it's not a simple shot of whiskey, coffee and cream. They create a brown sugar syrup blended with the whiskey to cook off the alcohol but retain the flavor. This means you can day drink and not even bat an eye at it being strange. The flavor was delicious and I'll be trying to recreate this at home for sure.

I walked in on a Wednesday morning, right as they opened at 9am, and was seated immediately. The sit-in part of Brother Hubbard is bright, relaxing, spacious with plenty of tables inside and there's a patio outside with plenty of tables as well. The waitress came over with a menu and gave me plenty of time to look it over. She was very courteous and pleasant, checking in throughout my time there, never hovering. For breakfast, I ordered an Americano, a ginger scone, and their Irish Oat Porridge - Classic. Their porridge is organic oats made with milk and with ordering it as "Classic", it was served with cream and honey. Starting with the ginger scone, this was another case of a perfectly baked scone - Crispy, golden exterior with a moist, buttery interior. The flavor of ginger was perfectly balanced and the raisins inside were a nice supplement to the scone. The porridge was really good, I loved the creaminess of it! Both did a nice job of filling me up and setting me up for the day of walking to come. Funny enough, around 3:30pm, I stopped here again to grab a mid-afternoon treat and ordered the chocolate and hazelnut Babka, their soft bun filled with chocolate and toasted hazelnuts. This pastry was crazy tasty! A slightly crispy exterior with a croissant-like inside chocked full of chocolate and those toasted hazelnuts. This was so rich and truly decadent. Brother Hubbard is a gem of a breakfast and pastry spot! I appreciate the relaxing café environment with friendly staff and high-quality food. I even saw the owner who was featured on the show here, helping out with clearing tables and so forth. I ordered the traditional Irish breakfast and an iced chai latte.
