I ordered a pizza at 8 pm. By 10 pm no pizza so I call and inquire on my delivery. I was put on hold by the employee. Finally a manager got on the phone and asked what happen as if his employee didn't explain what happen. But I repeated myself and this guy was the MOST rude , unfriendly, unapologetic about what happen. We've ordered from Stadium a couple of times in the past month or so and both times, the food's been pretty decent. Our first time, the pizza was okay. It wasn't mindblowing and it wasn't terrible - overall, okay pizza. I think it was a pepperoni and sausage. This last time we ordered (on Saturday for a D&D game - cause, that's kinda what you do for such an event), I got three pies and they were really good. I was even surprised that Stadium had anchovies! It's not often you see places with them anymore and I'm one of the weirdos that likes them. I had the sandwich later on that night and it was really good. I love a good 'Italian sub' and while this one (again) wasn't earth-shatteringly delicious, I was still happy with it and ate the whole thing. Would definitely order again. All in all, we'll be ordering from Stadium again in the future. read more

Went to pick up my food, and as I was approaching, I noticed an employee prepping my already cooked food. The employee was not wearing any gloves and was touching almost every potato wedges I had ordered as he dropped most of them onto the counter. I asked him if he could please grab some gloves while he was handling my food, and he said sure. That is when the "manager" Terra proceeded to come out with and attitude and say, "Well, for your information, he doesn't have to wear gloves." I let her know that I worked in the restaurant industry for 14 years as a district manager, and I never had my employees touching customers cooked foor without gloves. That is not only clear cross contamination, it is unsanitary. she stated that she knew his hands were clean. somehow, she magically knew that he had just washed his hands before touching my food. Then she proceeded to throw my pizza in the box in a clear child temper tantrum. The clear unprofessionalism from Terra as a manager was a clear indication that this restaurant does not follow health department codes. I'll never come back to this establishment for the fact that there might be a bigger issue here, and the health department would need to step in and double check that all codes are being kept to standard as there was no indication of it here. read more

My first 2 star review. Called in to pick up and ordered medium pizza. (Canadian bacon and pineapple) I phoned the order in at 6:30 I was told it would take between 20-25 minutes. Paid at 6:55 and was told my pizza would be ready in 3-5 minutes. By 7:10 I was looking around to see if my pizza was ready, nothing . At 7:15 I asked one of the workers to see what happened to my pizza order. He said it will be out in 3 minutes. By 7:20 I can hear them in the back saying " what happened to the med Canadian bacon and pineapple "??? Well I seen them making it again because one of the workers (female) was telling the rest of them " what are you guys doing with the pizzas??" That's when I knew they dropped the ball... and not the first time this happened. It's actually the 3rd time and it's why I'm doing this review. I left at 7:33 super disappointed that it took this long again. It's time to find another pizza place. Owner needs to put this place back in order. read more

Ordered my pizza online, I thought I did it right. We'll, when I went to pick it up, it was not what I thought I ordered. The manager? I think, made it right. I told him what I ordered not familiar with their website and really I was so off. He had them make me another pizza and even gave me a bigger one. We'll done! I ordered a pepperoni w/ olives extra large pizza well well done for pickup, not only was it ready when they said it would be, but the service is by far the best I have experienced in the valley. I did a review about a month ago that was only one star. Finally jonesing again for pizza, we took a chance and ordered from Stadium again. They immediately said delivery was about a two hour wait, but that take out was at an hour. Ok, understandable....we went with take out. An hour after placing the order we arrive to pay and pick up the pizza. There were are told it will be another 20 minutes. *Sigh* okay, we grab a couple of beers and wait. Another solid 20 mins later we check on our 'za, and we're told it will be about another 10-15 mins. At this point I just wanna know if our order got completely forgotten or what?? Tara, the manager, gave it to us straight....which is all we wanted. They are just horribly short staffed and the staff they do have is new. She offered us more beers which unfortunately we had to turn down in order to drive home. She did offer us a discount, so what more can you ask for?? The pizza this time was perfect to order and wasn't cut all wonky. They're trying. The great pizza and the discount earns three stars, but Tara the manager pushed it to 4. We came here as a group, my coworkers ordered a pizza, I got a mini pizza. after 45 minutes, we checked to see where the order was (I got my mini pizza right away but waited to eat so we could all eat together) ... they had not put the order in. so we had to wait another 35 minutes for it to be ready. it was tasteless and burned.... we were made to feel it was our fault they did t put the order in.
