I used to love this Dominos but now I wont ever go back!! All 3 items that we ordered were horrible!! This place needs to stop saying the order has been delivered when it hasn't been. I was following the tracker after I ordered last night and it said delivered about 10 minutes before i actually received it. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I let it go in the past. However I wont be ordering from them anymore. Once I opened up the pizza boxes I realized one of the pizzas was not what I ordered either. Worst Location Ever. Placed an online delivery order at 5:50pm , around 6:30 it said it was going out for delivery waited 45min and nothing ever showed up. I tried calling to see what was going on and i was on standby by for about 8min and when they finally picked up they hung up right away. I went to Dominos to order a pizza. I said I would wait. I amused myself on my phone. There was a chalkboard at the side that said I could purchase a medium 3 topping pizza for $14.95. When I went to order it, the manager told me it would me $25 and some odd cents. I asked about the managers' special. I pointed to the board. He said he would need to see if they still had it. He said they did. The only upgrade I requested was extra cheese for $1. He told me he was giving me discounts to make the $15.95 my fee. I put tips in the tip jar. There was no extra cheese. So they are having the large 2- topping pizza for carry out promotion right now... when I tell you this is the absolute WORST pizza I have ever had in my life, I am not exaggerating! Whenever I get my pizza delivered it's always 3/8 slices burnt which I don't understand how that is possible. I always tip but can never get what I ask for and the delivery takes too long. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. So my husband and I ordered pizza through the Dominos app and requested for delivery @ 8PM. We ordered ONLY 2 pizzas to celebrate my son's birthday. Not only did we wait 1 hour for delivery, but the delivery driver marked out ordered as "Completed" at 8:30PM on the mobile app! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. IT IS NOW 9:25PM and our order has not been delivered. The dominos tracker should be transparent and reflect our delivery in real time but the delivery driver literally lied and said they delivered our order to our door WHICH WAS NOT RIGHT. My husband and I tried to call the store but everyone kept hanging up our call even after holding for 10-20 minutes. The dishonesty of this location is really saddening and the service is terrible. last week I place an order and they have it delivered in the wrong house, when I find out the food was vert cold and dry and also wrong. Today was the same problem, and I even have to go make a complain because after 1 hr and track app wich not even work, tells me my order was deliverd and it was't. Order my pizza from this location 2 hours ago and my tracker on the app says it was completed but haven't received any pizza. We ordered from Dominoes again tonight and followed the delivery on tracker. The Tracker shows the pizza was delivered when it wasn't. I called and the message on the phone said that the pizza was delivered. I talked to the representative and was told that the pizza was out for delivery now. I don't see why they should say that the delivery was made when it wasn't. I think this is a ploy to improve their delivery record. I'm reporting to corporate. Continue to hold for over 13 minutes before another guy answers the phone to take order. While on hold I called from another phone repeatedly, no one answering.
