DELICIOUS! Love the $9.99 deal, we ordered three medium size, one-topping pizzas for $9.99 each! The bargain is great at Domino's, I genuinely think the pizza becomes better and better each year. I find Domino's to be my favorite from the big pizza franchises. The staff are quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, the pizza joint seemed focused, it was all hands on deck when I walked in, they have a good team at this location! The W Florida location does not have seating, it's more of a grab-n-go spot. I noticed all of the patrons waiting for their food seemed happy and satisfied. read more

This has happened to me more than once at this Domino's location: 2435 W Florida Ave Hemet CA 92545 --- 951-658-0026. I arrived on time to pick up my order, but the employees told me my pizza was "not ready." While waiting, I noticed several completed pizzas sitting on top of the aluminum preparation counter. After waiting another 20-30 minutes, the staff finally handed me my pizza. It was obvious that it had been sitting there for a long time instead of being given to me when I first arrived. If my pizza was already finished, why was I told it wasn't ready? Instead of receiving a fresh, hot pizza, I received one that had been sitting out while I waited unnecessarily. Management should review their pickup process and train employees to notify customers as soon as their orders are completed. Customers shouldn't have to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for food that has already been prepared. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location until these issues are addressed... (2 Girls Working At This Time - Domino's Hemet at 2 pm) read more

I would like to share this with management please review your companies hygiene policy with your employees. I noticed a employee wearing full on nail polish while making pizzas with the dough with her skin to the pizza dough with nail polish it's not the cleanest of way. Nail polish can lead to trap dirt, chip, flake, or fall off into someone's pizza. Someone could swallow that nail if it was to come off and if your employee didn't notice it. Please take pride when making our pizzas. We are counting on Dominoes to do the right thing for us as the customers. Keep us All safe!! read more

I would love for just one time to get the same price for the same item. I order a large thin crust with 4 toppings. Last week it was $14, this week $25, the month before that $17. When the worker told me how much this time I walked out. A first for me and it will be the last read more

Went on a busy saturday with 10 employee's and 8 customers inside, placed my order online and went to pickup but alas ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes in the store due to them being swamped. Pizza tracker didn't work and monitor in the waiting area was off. Catch one of those sales on the website; I got 2 med, 2 topping pizzas for about $23, might be worth the risk; pizza in this town is impossible to get from any place for some reason. Ordered 2 Medium pizzas took the driver a whole hour to get here, mind you I live 8 min from this dominos. when I checked the app it said she was on her way at 4:01 it is now 5:00. Didn't hear no knock I kept checking the app to see if it said delivered it never did, when I go check the door the pizzas are on the floor cold I tried calling the store they answered and said they were going to call the driver and just left me on hold the whole time didn't even give me a response. read more

I waited an hour to be told that they only had one driver and it would be another 30 mins. I get that people call out and they only have one driver... but then the tracker's ETA should be accurate. I would've never waited around if I was ultimately going to be told to wait almost two hours. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas. Both were overcooked& barely had any sauce. The pizza looked like they were sitting out before delivery. Tasted like cardboard. read more

I used to love this Dominos but now I wont ever go back!! All 3 items that we ordered were horrible!! Cheese pizza had almost no cheese, loaded tots were burnt and the pasta bowl had maybe 3 pieces of spinach and was also burnt!! I rarely leave negative reviews but this is ridiculous!! I wish I would've checked the Yelp reviews to see what kind of service everyone has been getting. $23.00 for food that is not edible! I should've known it wasn't gonna be good when I waited almost 5 minutes for one of the 4 employees to come help me. Never going back!! read more

I do like Dominos pizza but tonight I ordered 2 large, 2 toppings pizzas, hand tossed and they were NOT! They were thin crust. When I got home, I called 3 different times. The 1st time i was on hold for 6 mins, someone picked up then they hung up. The 2nd time on hold for 5 mins then disconnected. The 3rd time, almost 5 mins and again disconnected. I took pictures to show them tomorrow when I take them back, I cannot drive anymore tonight and I'm not calling anymore tonight. The taste was not good either. I want my $ back!! Worst tasting pizza I ever had from them. read more

This place needs to stop saying the order has been delivered when it hasn't been. I was following the tracker after I ordered last night and it said delivered about 10 minutes before i actually received it. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I let it go in the past. However I wont be ordering from them anymore. Once I opened up the pizza boxes I realized one of the pizzas was not what I ordered either. To me it looks like this place cares more about their metrics than they do about the actual quality of service. read more

Had a terrible experience at this Domino's. The employee was rude and dismissive, and when they messed up my order, they had to remake the pizza--but still didn't get it right. Customer service was unprofessional and made the whole visit unpleasant. read more

Worst Location Ever. Placed an online delivery order at 5:50pm , around 6:30 it said it was going out for delivery waited 45min and nothing ever showed up. I tried calling to see what was going on and i was on standby by for about 8min and when they finally picked up they hung up right away. That happened at least 3 times and when i finally got through around 7:30p they said it was barely getting out of the oven and would be delivered soon and that the app wasn't working. I waited until 8:10p and no one ever showed up , I had to drive to the store and my order was sitting there the whole time. This location needs a completely new crew and manager. read more

I went to Dominos to order a pizza. I said I would wait. I amused myself on my phone. There was a chalkboard at the side that said I could purchase a medium 3 topping pizza for $14.95. When I went to order it, the manager told me it would me $25 and some odd cents. I asked about the managers' special. I pointed to the board. He said he would need to see if they still had it. He said they did. The only upgrade I requested was extra cheese for $1. He told me he was giving me discounts to make the $15.95 my fee. I put tips in the tip jar. There was no extra cheese. They charged me the $25 something, anyway. I will never return to Domino's. They are dishonest. They advertise specials that don't exist. The manager did that to us. read more

So they are having the large 2- topping pizza for carry out promotion right now... when I tell you this is the absolute WORST pizza I have ever had in my life, I am not exaggerating! I'm even comparing this pizza to the old school pizza in the plastic bag they used to give in the school lunches! This pizza was AWFUL! Dry cardboard crust, a skimpy shmear of sauce, equally skimpy on the cheese, and my extra mushrooms were nonexistent. Two of my slices literally had 1 single slice of mushroom... TWO SLICES! If I had been the one to pick these up they would have been remaking, or refunding me. DONT USE A PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITY AS AN EXCUSE TO PUSH CRAP FOOD INTO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I would have rather paid a few more bucks for quality food than to serve this to my family. This was the first time my kids asked for PB&J sandwiches over pizza! Nobody wanted to eat it. Pretty sad Domino's... I won't ever give you guys the satisfaction of taking my money for this trash again. There are too many other pizza places within a mile of you to waste my money like that. read more

Everything!! Supervisor Daniel stated he could not assist me and that I needed to call tomorrow what a joke! Never leave a credit with them always get a full refund otherwise they will forget about you. Always get a full refund and not leave a credit at their store because they will forget about you! I Called when I received my past order and a manager (a man) asked if I wanted a refund or credit. At first I stated a refund but than the manager stated he can leave a credit on the account and the next time I call they would easily find me and replace my order so I said ok to leave a credit as I was already tired for being on hold. When I called today to redeem my credit the manager Daniel stated he didn't see anything with my name on it that I could call tomorrow and speak to the manager as after he stated he was a supervisor. I asked Daniel if there was anything he can do now since I wanted my order today and not tomorrow and Daniel stated no and for this I told him you may not remember me now but you'll definitely remember my review as it won't be good and I will never go back there again. They deserve 0 stars as this is not the way to speak to any customer. Plus I was hung up on 3x before getting Daniel. I had to call my bank to dispute the charges. Save yourself time and go somewhere else who appreciates you! read more

Whenever I get my pizza delivered it's always 3/8 slices burnt which I don't understand how that is possible. I always tip but can never get what I ask for and the delivery takes too long. Gave this location chance after chance but I can't keep wasting money on a pizza that's barely edible. Also that free pizza you get if your order isn't out for pick up in 2 mins is valid but the employees definitely cheat you!! They stop the time before it gets to 2 minutes but bring it out late anyway!! Bring it up regardless of what the app says and you can get one. read more

The Domino's on the corner of Kirby and Florida in Hemet is a joke. They have music playing and you cannot hear what the so-called employees are saying. I talked to Joe at the office and he don't really care what happens at that store or any other ones he over sees. I told him about the yelp reviews and he told me he doesn't care about the yelp review or ratings. Do you think being in a restaurant business you would care about what your customers are saying ?? When I get there were 2 guys working and 1 of them a 17 yeard old was sitting down in the table were they prepared the food. My order says it's been delivered and I never received it. So who did you give my food to? Where is it? Who's out delivering right now?

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. So my husband and I ordered pizza through the Dominos app and requested for delivery @ 8PM. We ordered ONLY 2 pizzas to celebrate my son's birthday. Not only did we wait 1 hour for delivery, but the delivery driver marked out ordered as "Completed" at 8:30PM on the mobile app! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. IT IS NOW 9:25PM and our order has not been delivered. The dominos tracker should be transparent and reflect our delivery in real time but the delivery driver literally lied and said they delivered our order to our door WHICH WAS NOT RIGHT. My husband and I tried to call the store but everyone kept hanging up our call even after holding for 10-20 minutes. The dishonesty of this location is really saddening and the service is terrible. I do not recommend ordering online from this location. Save yourself the money and the worry. read more

I was a Dominos fan and generally preferred them over some of the other delivery pizza franchises. I have to stop Ordering the one in Hemet. This is my go-to spot for pizza. I usually order for delivery, but this time I decided to pick-up. The facility was very clean inside, and the employees were very nice. I ordered what I always get for my family: 2 pizzas for $5.99 each (well, $6.99 for the pan pizza). I also ordered the hot wings and bbq wings for the same 2 for $5.99 deal. I think I waited about 10 min before my food was ready... everything was piping hot!! They have a screen to the left when you first walk in that shows your name and when your order will be ready. I've never seen anything like that except at the DMV or Social Security office. When I got home, the food was still very hot and very delicious!! I'll definitely be coming back again to place another order. read more

Order my pizza from this location 2 hours ago and my tracker on the app says it was completed but haven't received any pizza. Tired calling the store couple of times with no avail they keep sending me over to a line that just have you on hold. Now my kids are here hungry because I now have to find someplace else for them to get food from. This is not the first time I have problem with this location but I gave them a pass because it was minor stuff like forgetting something in my order or telling me my order went wrong and they can't deliver to popping up at my door almost 2 hours later. I didn't want to leave a bad review but this is pass crazy. Am deleting my app and never ordering from dominos again read more

We recently started ordering from Dominoes again after boycotting them for years because of delivery issues. Started ordering from Marcos until they started having issues. We ordered from Dominoes again tonight and followed the delivery on tracker. The Tracker shows the pizza was delivered when it wasn't. I called and the message on the phone said that the pizza was delivered. I talked to the representative and was told that the pizza was out for delivery now. I don't see why they should say that the delivery was made when it wasn't. I think this is a ploy to improve their delivery record. I'm reporting to corporate. Will need to find another place for pizza delivery. read more

The dissatisfaction is mostly my fault. After ignoring and avoiding Dominoes Pizza for years, I recently saw the commercials on TV. I'm convinced that they film a pizza from either Sharkey's or Round Table, and call it a Dominoes Pizza. I spent ove$30. For a double cheese pizza, I asked for pepperoni and double cheese. I should have looked at it before leaving the store. The pizza was dripping cheese, not the best quality. Just overall disappointing. Will Not Go Back. I'll buy a Digiorno for now on read more

Called in to order a pizza, automated hold for ever. Finally a female employee asks if I can hold for a second. Continue to hold for over 13 minutes before another guy answers the phone to take order. While on hold I called from another phone repeatedly, no one answering.
