I don't know what kind of magic was happening on my order 4/1/26 but this pizza order was on another level. The pizza showed up looking like it just graduated top of its class. It was perfectly cheesy, perfectly sauced lightly as requested , and cooked like it had something to prove. Every bite felt like it was made with extra care (or maybe extra love... or maybe someone back there deserves a raise). The crust had that just right balance of crispy and soft, and the black olives were actually generous for once. If this is the new standard, I fully support it. If it was a one time stroke of genius, please figure out who made it and clone them. Very satisfied. Would absolutely order again and hope the pizza wizard is on shift. This is just shitty service. This repeatedly happens and no one seems to have any pride in their work. You place your order, you double check it, you pay for extra cheese and every time, every time,.... there barely put on even what should be the regular amount. EVERY TIME. You complain and no care is given. It's not like they're giving it to you at no cost, no, you pay for it as they suggest, then you pay the additional cost for extra toppings, in my case, cheese .... and total disappointment sets in, hence this negative review. Now, this is yet another fast food chain that is coming off of my list. No more. my last three orders were disappointing I ask for light sauce due to my gallbladder issues and acid reflex and they pack on sauce I call the store the manager Marcel is who I spoke o I told them they need to retrain their new cooks and or staff on how to read orders and make them correctly I wasn't offer a free pizza or anything these new people making the pizza suck and now I'm gonna be in pain and have my acid reflex flare up if some one ask for light sauce don't put them extra sauce they ask for light sauce for a reason now if my pain gets to bad and I have to go to the er I will be seeking a lawyer for my medical bills if one had an allergy to pineapples and they put pineapples on the food and they have to use an Epi pen what would the cook say about almost killing someone im wondering if they even have a food handlers card at this point you have to pay attention to peoples orders if u can't perform the job correctly then u need to find another job that suits your level of work performance so disappointed read more

Very rude staff/customer service. Placed an order an sent one of my staff members to pick up the order as the food was for them and I wasn't at work yet. He was given the wrong order and when I got to work he had just picked it up and was barely eating. He made a comment about the pizza which lead me to look at the receipt and noticed it was wrong. I grabbed the items and walked to return it as it's only a few doors away and the young man that helped was very rude and unprofessional. He handed me my correct order and I handed him the receipt so I can get my correct change and they had charged us the other order instead of my. He got more annoyed and made a comment. I notified him I was already late to work. When he returned with my change he said "next time you order make sure YOU come and pick up your order and not send someone else" I said "excuse me, I've never had an issue before when I send someone else" "and I've never heard this policy" he replied with "well moving toward today this is a policy so make sure you pick up your own order" I was very upset and I grabbed my pizza and replied "like I said I've never had an issue before and I've never heard of this policy" he replied "we it is now and next time get to work earlier so you won't be late" I was infuriated and replied "I'm late because I had to come here because of your mistake" and he said "No that was your mistake" I just left. I called customer service and tried to report Him but the lady wanted to transfer me to the store ask for the manager. I refused to speak to someone at the store. I spent almost $60 at this place and unfortunately my husband and I were very disappointed. First of all the sauce was clumped all the way towards the back of the pizza and the bell peppers were burnt, the pizza was cold and overall the taste and quality was off. I spoke with one employee by the name of Ceecee and told her my concerns asking how we can rectify this issue and she hung up in my face. I called back and Tony was even more incompetent. First time ordering food was sorta warm and delivered late, but hey stuff happens. Second chance ordered two pizzas one large pepperoni pan and one large pepperoni thin crust with extra cheese. The extra cheese was on the pan and not the thin (even though the receipt had it correct). Delivery took 2 hours. They provided a code for a free pizza admittedly recognizing the late delivery, but I had 2 F'D up pizzas. Oh yeah and they were completely cold, had to microwave them just to gag it down. If I could leave 0 stars for this specific location I would. I'm a Pizza Hut fan. My family has been ordering since I was a child. I finally decided to order some pizza for myself from this location. I'm still fairly new to this city, moved here a year and a half ago. So first time ordering. I ordered carryout online. It said I could pick up pizza through a window without having to get out of my car. Score! So I drove over without shoes. I get to the window and no one comes to it, to give me my pizza. I call, no one picks up. I call again, nothing. Call again, nothing. I honk, nothing. I call another number who says they will transfer my call to that location, nothing. The guy tried 2x, was about to try again and I asked if he could just transfer my order to another location. He said no. I was frustrated, annoyed and hangry. I couldn't get off the car because I went without shoes. I honked again. Nothing. I told him I needed my order canceled which he did. What a poor excuse for a Pizza Hut. I went home and ordered from Stadium Pizza instead (local small pizzeria). Would NOT recommend this location at all. Mt family and I prefer Pizza Hut pizza over all the other chains. That being said, this is the 3rd time in a row that I have had to come home, after picking up 2 carryout pizzas, to find a knife and attempt to re slice my own pizza. Once it's been cut, it is usually a fail when it's time to re cut it. So we just end up tearing the pizza up. So annoying. And I have been calling the store for 20mins to tell them to sharpen the cutter they use or apply a little more pressure to actually slice through the entirety of the pizza.
