I don't know what kind of magic was happening on my order 4/1/26 but this pizza order was on another level. The pizza showed up looking like it just graduated top of its class. It was perfectly cheesy, perfectly sauced lightly as requested , and cooked like it had something to prove. Every bite felt like it was made with extra care (or maybe extra love... or maybe someone back there deserves a raise). The crust had that just right balance of crispy and soft, and the black olives were actually generous for once. If this is the new standard, I fully support it. If it was a one time stroke of genius, please figure out who made it and clone them. Very satisfied. Would absolutely order again and hope the pizza wizard is on shift. No pizza pictures for this review because we basically inhaled it. read more

This is just shitty service. This repeatedly happens and no one seems to have any pride in their work. You place your order, you double check it, you pay for extra cheese and every time, every time,.... there barely put on even what should be the regular amount. EVERY TIME. You complain and no care is given. It's not like they're giving it to you at no cost, no, you pay for it as they suggest, then you pay the additional cost for extra toppings, in my case, cheese .... and total disappointment sets in, hence this negative review. Now, this is yet another fast food chain that is coming off of my list. No more. Pizza Hut management ..... you obviously don't care and aren't willing to do anything to rectify the problem ... until of course when your job is jeopardized. read more

We enjoy going to this Pizza Hut location. The inside isn't set up very nice; I'm not sure if they want people to dine indoor. The pizza is always delicious and I love the crispy bottom of the pan pizza! There is a manager that's always super friendly and nice. read more

My brother and I stepped in for lunch and ordered medium pizza. They brought a personal pan pizza to our table. We asked for the medium pizza again and never received it. We waited half hour and still no service or pizaa. My brother asked what are we waiting for. They mumbled something and i realized they were not preparing another pizza for us so we walked away. read more

my last three orders were disappointing I ask for light sauce due to my gallbladder issues and acid reflex and they pack on sauce I call the store the manager Marcel is who I spoke o I told them they need to retrain their new cooks and or staff on how to read orders and make them correctly I wasn't offer a free pizza or anything these new people making the pizza suck and now I'm gonna be in pain and have my acid reflex flare up if some one ask for light sauce don't put them extra sauce they ask for light sauce for a reason now if my pain gets to bad and I have to go to the er I will be seeking a lawyer for my medical bills if one had an allergy to pineapples and they put pineapples on the food and they have to use an Epi pen what would the cook say about almost killing someone im wondering if they even have a food handlers card at this point you have to pay attention to peoples orders if u can't perform the job correctly then u need to find another job that suits your level of work performance so disappointed read more

Very rude staff/customer service. Placed an order an sent one of my staff members to pick up the order as the food was for them and I wasn't at work yet. He was given the wrong order and when I got to work he had just picked it up and was barely eating. He made a comment about the pizza which lead me to look at the receipt and noticed it was wrong. I grabbed the items and walked to return it as it's only a few doors away and the young man that helped was very rude and unprofessional. He handed me my correct order and I handed him the receipt so I can get my correct change and they had charged us the other order instead of my. He got more annoyed and made a comment. I notified him I was already late to work. When he returned with my change he said "next time you order make sure YOU come and pick up your order and not send someone else" I said "excuse me, I've never had an issue before when I send someone else" "and I've never heard this policy" he replied with "well moving toward today this is a policy so make sure you pick up your own order" I was very upset and I grabbed my pizza and replied "like I said I've never had an issue before and I've never heard of this policy" he replied "we it is now and next time get to work earlier so you won't be late" I was infuriated and replied "I'm late because I had to come here because of your mistake" and he said "No that was your mistake" I just left. I called customer service and tried to report Him but the lady wanted to transfer me to the store ask for the manager. I refused to speak to someone at the store. But customer service said that there is no such thing as this policy. read more

No complaints about the pizza or service. I like the fact that they have their own in-house drivers..

So the price was 45.33$ for three pizzas and some cinnabonrols. Which my family ordered it on a cell phone but still the service was okay to me. But sadly there was like no one at pizza hut like who doesn't like pizza hut. The pizza was good but I had better the cinnabonrols are pretty good but it wasn't the best. Overall it was allright. read more

Wings are not worth $8 for 8. Pizza had almost no sauce on my bbq pizza. Fooled me once, never again at this location. Don't waste $ at this spot. Little caesars got you beat. Leave the pizza and wing game. My garlic parmesan wings didn't even have sauce. It was like garlic and parmesan farted on my wings. I'm done dealing with crap food passed off at premium prices. Waste my time, money and you people could give no care. Sleep well thieves. read more

I spent almost $60 at this place and unfortunately my husband and I were very disappointed. First of all the sauce was clumped all the way towards the back of the pizza and the bell peppers were burnt, the pizza was cold and overall the taste and quality was off. I spoke with one employee by the name of Ceecee and told her my concerns asking how we can rectify this issue and she hung up in my face. I called back and Tony was even more incompetent. I will never do business at this Pizza Hut again. And I will be following up with corporate. Sad to say but most people these days do not have training in customer service or managerial duties, therefore leaving customers dissatisfied. If I could give zero stars I would!! read more

Girl working counter looked like she just hit the blunt in the back, had to repeat my order 3 times. Than we were sitting :15 minutes and heard "there's 4/ 8 piece boneless sitting here that haven't been dropped... who's are these?" Turns out they were mine. Than an employee came out of the back and asked what order we were waiting for.... we were/ are physically the only customers in here... And it'd be nice if the "fly zapper" in the corner worked... being attacked by 3 flies while waiting for food sucked. read more

Ordered a medium pizza, pepperoni & sausage. I was really hungry for a pizza as it has been awhile. My wife ordered & picked it up. I'll make this short & very clear! First time ordering food was sorta warm and delivered late, but hey stuff happens. Second chance ordered two pizzas one large pepperoni pan and one large pepperoni thin crust with extra cheese. The extra cheese was on the pan and not the thin (even though the receipt had it correct). Delivery took 2 hours. They provided a code for a free pizza admittedly recognizing the late delivery, but I had 2 F'D up pizzas. Oh yeah and they were completely cold, had to microwave them just to gag it down. Delivery driver was nice and apologetic. read more

I called in for delivery. The guy that delivered was really nice and the pizza was good. I also ordered boneless wings and those were a different story. They were RAW! Literally pink in the middle. That was so nasty. When I called to complain the girl was like whatever about it and no effort was made to correct it. I will not be ordering from this P-hut anytime soon. Thumbs DOWN!! read more

We ordered 3 pizzas tonight for dinner and they arrived and hour and 20 mins after we placed our order. Not only were they late, the pizza was kind of cold and really stiff. It was tough to bite into. It wasn't cut properly which made it hard for us pull apart from the box, we had to go in with our own pizza cutter. Won't order from here again. read more

So I am an occasional Pizza Hut guy, & I decided to skip dominoes and order Pizza Hut, biggest mistake ever! I called in and they told me they dont deliver to me, & I live 2 blocks away! Pizza is good. But the crack addicts that work there are not. We ordered the meal box that comes with chicken wings. And EEWWW is all I can say! The chicken wings were RAW as can be, I mean mine was bleeding! I tried to call 3xs but no answer. Worst pizza hut ever!! Just ate here again two pizzas and both were burnt to a crisp. but the manager on duty was nice at least. She asked me to bring in the crispy pizza and she traded it for a less crispy pizza. Green peppers were too burnt. They did offer to remake, but I just didn't have the time to wait.

If I could leave 0 stars for this specific location I would. I'm a Pizza Hut fan. My family has been ordering since I was a child. I finally decided to order some pizza for myself from this location. I'm still fairly new to this city, moved here a year and a half ago. So first time ordering. I ordered carryout online. It said I could pick up pizza through a window without having to get out of my car. Score! So I drove over without shoes. I get to the window and no one comes to it, to give me my pizza. I call, no one picks up. I call again, nothing. Call again, nothing. I honk, nothing. I call another number who says they will transfer my call to that location, nothing. The guy tried 2x, was about to try again and I asked if he could just transfer my order to another location. He said no. I was frustrated, annoyed and hangry. I couldn't get off the car because I went without shoes. I honked again. Nothing. I told him I needed my order canceled which he did. What a poor excuse for a Pizza Hut. I went home and ordered from Stadium Pizza instead (local small pizzeria). Would NOT recommend this location at all. I don't know how the other locations are but for now I no longer feel like trying Pizza Hut again. read more

I love consistency and this place has it. We ordered the pizza over the phone and picked it up in the drive thru, when I have 5 kids with me this is sooo convenient. The people working were very nice. That said. So just picked up my 2 pizzas from the drive up window. When I got home my pizza was completely wrong, from the crust to the toppings. Let me back up. I should have known to expect my pizzas was going to be wrong. The person that took my order (kyle) is what the receipt said, seemed completely overwhelmed with taking my simple 2 toppings pizza order. After realizing our pizza was wrong my wife called the manager. One of our complaints was the crust was not parmesan, so we brought that up and the managers response was, " we are out of parmesan" with voice like I'm suppose to know that. Unbelievable! If it wasn't for my kids being so hungry and living miles away I would have gone back to retrieve my right order. So this pizza hut just lost a customer. read more

My family and i wanted pizza. So I ordered from the pizza hut on Stetson and State. When my pizza finally got here more than an hour late. Mt family and I prefer Pizza Hut pizza over all the other chains. That being said, this is the 3rd time in a row that I have had to come home, after picking up 2 carryout pizzas, to find a knife and attempt to re slice my own pizza. Once it's been cut, it is usually a fail when it's time to re cut it. So we just end up tearing the pizza up. So annoying. And I have been calling the store for 20mins to tell them to sharpen the cutter they use or apply a little more pressure to actually slice through the entirety of the pizza. Not just make the lines in it. They are NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE! read more
