Placed an order via the app for my family while I was out. I received a message that the order was delivered 40 minutes before my pizza was actually delivered. When I called store to check the status I was rudely spoken to by someone named Cali, she definitely needs a lesson in customer service. She answered the phone saying "yea?!" and couldn't give me an actual reason why my food was marked delivered 40 minutes before delivery, she said "like I said before, your food is on the way". A little compassion goes a long way. Delivery driver was kind, they forgot the drink.. when I called the store the 2nd time the person who answer was MUCH nicer and resolved that issue and had another driver drop it off within minutes. read more

BEST DOMINO's In the VALLEY? Idk but each slice I ate from my all-meat pizza at Dominio's was tasting extra savory. My Mom and I picked up a few pies for a potluck and they FLEW! I will be returning very, very soon. The staff were pleasant and our order was ready at the approximate time given to us over the phone. The girl that is working there at nights is so rude, twice now , tonight and last night I went down there before 10pm to order food for carryout and both nights she refused to let me place my order for carryout, she said only delivery and it will cost me 50 bucks for delivery! Why have a carside service, If employees ignore the fact that I checked in and put my hazard lights on. I haven't ordered from Dominos (specifically this location) in over a year because every single time I used to order, the order would be messed up. Today I took a chance and ordered because there was a 50% deal online, and yet again, they messed up both pizzas. They didn't properly cut one of my pizzas that was 1/2 no cheese because my daughter can't have dairy, so instead I got 1/4 of a pizza with no cheese, and one of those slices had a giant burnt bubble on it. Then they didn't make my pizza on gluten free crust even though I ordered it that way. When I called about the first pizza being incorrect, I double checked that my small one was gf cuz it looked different than in the past, and they said yes the crust has changed and is more fluffy. So I ate a piece. I realized it really didn't resemble gf, so I called back and they said oh no, you didn't order it gf, that's regular crust. I told them I did order it that way, but the girl on the phone said, well you must've made a mistake, but we will remake it anyway. Unmmm, NO, that's not how customer service works. You do not blame the customer for your mistake, especially when you also made a mistake on their other pizza so your track record isn't very good. Ordered 2 pizza's for my G Daughters Birthday and 32 chicken wings. THE CHICKEN WINGS WERE DELICIOUS. The pizza's were way undercooked and quite doughy. Not happy with them at all. ZERO STARS, DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HEMET STORE #8332 OFF FLORIDA AVE IN HEMET!! So we decided to order Domino's and I was excited to get a free emergency pizza alongside all the yummy sides and dessert I added in..a total of 3 food items total. Long story short, the pizza tracker stayed on the prep tab until 10:46pm and then moved on to the oven. This already seemed unusual for the store but I just considered maybe they had a rush. No worries... Well here we were, 11:45pm, and I FINALLY got a text saying my driver just pulled up..(2 whole hours late!!) As if that wasn't bad enough, nothing but "sorry it's so late, we had a rush and had to bundle up orders and drop them off a few at a time per driver" (). So my husband brings the food in, and we notice firstly the appetizer was literally cold. COLD. Not warm or anything. Then the pizza...the pizza looked like I pulled it out of the fridge, the cheese wasn't melted and the pizza was completely stiff and COLD. Moved on to the cinnamon bread...and....NOOOO!!! Not the cinnamon bread too!!! I immediately called and was on hold for 30mins before getting an answer and a straight hang-up! Today I tried calling as well and stayed on hold for another 30min!! There's no way to get anyone on the phone in order to make this right! So I'm out $30 and we didn't eat anything. And bundled orders? I'm pretty sure that's why the order was cold ‍ stupidity at its finest. I won't be dealing with Domino's anymore unfortunately, as a long time customer who throws pizza parties at my kids school and for sports games they play, this is a sad goodbye.
