Food truck
Karri V.

Didn't know Stacks existed until we came to the pumpkin patch. They had a food truck selling different food items and we decided to get 3 little pigs burger which was delicious! Their fries are cooked hot and appear to be hand cut. Everyone loved the burgers and fries!

Ordered from the food truck. Spent $20, and had a sandwich and fries that were both the most minimal amount of food possible. About 6 slices of tiny steak, in a huge bun. Not worth the price, wouldn't have even been happy if it was $10. After taking a bite, it is freezing cold as if it wasn't even warmed up. Threw it in the trash. Don't waste your time here.

I found Stacks food truck parked at BECU in Tukwila one day and thought I'd try them. Not sure how often they are here but it was a good find. It was sometime in December so it was definitely freezing. I had just finished paying and they already got my order ready for me!! It was my first time here and wasn't sure what to get. I asked the guy taking my order what he suggests and he asked me if I'm pretty adventurous and recommended "THE KING" burger. Not reading what was on it, I just said yes.. after he put in my order, I read that it actually had raspberry jam and peanut butter!! He said that usually throws people off but to just try it. I was not disappointed! It was for sure weird at first but it made the burger very flavorful and not dry. Also, FRIES!!! Who doesn't love burger with fries?!

This burger was so good. Note that it's a tall stack. I had to squish the buns together to make this bite-able.

The Stacks food truck came by yesterday to the Adobe offices for the Vloggerfair. I ordered their most popular burger option which was a double with bacon and bbq sauce, pickles, etc... The only thing it might have missed was an onion ring (I'm an old-school fan of Carl's Jr double western bacon), but the burger was great. I really enjoyed the flavor combination. While pretty full, I couldn't stop eating the burger, and the pickles tasted great. Freshly made string french fries complemented the meal. They threw me a free soda, and I threw them a nice tip. Seriously it was the best burger I've had in Seattle. Now I need to find them again to see if it holds true.

Terribly cut cheeseburger. Look at bun. WTH

I really dig this place - been a handful of times, both the NA and boozy cocktails are well done…read more Bar staff is knowledgable with a very well equipped bar - on a recent visit my wife didn't see anything that caught her mood and they happily made something else for her. Food has always been good, from apps to mains. I don't think I've had a burger here, yet...most recently I had the fried chicken, which had been well marinated and cooked - juicy, flavorful, plentiful. Vibe is always chill, here. Now that the weather's warming up, outdoor seating is available. I usually make a reservation, but my sense is for a couple one could almost always walk in without a rez and get seated quickly. One of my favorite east-side places...if it was a little closer to me I'd be there all the time!

I have to reduce several stars because:…read more 1. They charge garbage credit card transaction fees. Any percentage they charge will get deducted from tipping and discourage us from coming again. 2. They no longer validate parking in the garage behind it since several years ago. Street parking is limited and painful sometimes. 3. They exited Resy network a few years ago - that was one of the reasons we kept coming. 4. The food is still good but the quality is declining. The "+add brisket" option which costs $10 on top of the Mac and Cheese was the driest I've had in many years. They also removed menu items like duck chicken liver mouse which were really good.

I got the combo - Hawaiian chicken + karaage requesting extra salad instead of rice, as well as a half order of loco moco. It's nice that there is half order as a lot of Hawaiian restaurants tend to be full orders so it is incredibly hard to try a variety of options if you're solo or in a small group. The Hawaiian chicken and karaage both are juicy and delicious. It's great that the combo is the same price as the standard individual options so I got to try more variety without paying extra. I looked at the reviews and opted to remove the rice and get extra salad which was a good move - their chop chop salad is very delicious with a nice balance of dressing, cheese, and ham. I still had some rice from the loco moco, which was sufficient for me. The loco moco is good - I wished the patty was a bit less tough but the gravy and egg make up for it. Overall, great value and great food. I'd be a regular if I didn't live so far from Kirkland (1 hr drive for food can be challenging in busy schedules)

I love Burgermaster, my burger joint of choice these days. I have some feedback for the owner…read morethough. I noticed that most of the ladies who take the order, push for addons/fixin's, while the males listen to the order quietly. For example, my usual order is double baconmaster no lettuce no tomatoes. When I order with a male, he listens, takes the order and I pay, no drama. When a lady takes the order, she usually interrupts me at the "double baconmaster " and asks if I want onions pickles and whatever. So I have to say no, and say "no lettuce no tomatoes". She then asks again to confirm about onions and pickles etc. NOOOOOO I don't want anything more, just listen to what I want!!! Today in particular, this new lady that I never interacted with, did the same thing and made it very difficult and unpleasant. I wish the servers stopped being pushy and learned to just listen. It's probably ok to ask for extras at the end, but let the customer finish the order please. I'll keep my review 5* for now, but it bothers me so much that I might knock it down if this doesn't change, it ruins my experience. Edit 4/25/2026: okay, exactly the day after this review, I went back. A young male server takes the order, today I ordered my usual, but I did not say no lettuce no tomatoes (want the full experience today). He takes the order, smiles and asks "no no lettuce and tomatoes today?". I mean, this is service, he made me feel good and the whole interaction was pleasant and respectful. He didn't ask for anything else. Awesome service.
