First, outdoor seating is dog friendly, but they don't offer burger patties for dogs like every other place. $40 for 3 burger patties. The restaurant was decently busy, but not packed, yet we stood at the front door waiting to be seated for probably 10 minutes before we just sat ourselves, and then had to go up to the bar to request a server. Truly a hidden gem for a daytime lunch retreat. This establishment is just west of 141 directly off of olive. It's in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The only reason I knew about it is because my go to cigar lounge is across the street from it. There were only two other parties when we entered. Perfect alternative to the packed restaurants in Creve Coeur at the 270 realm. All of the food was fresh and well prepared. We tried the Stl ravs ("Toasted"ravioli) and nachos with beef brisket for appetizers. Ravs were normal size and hot. But the marinara sauce set it off because of its flavor and chunk. The nachos were huge and stockpiled with meat. Several cheeses. My wife had the cesar salad and house wings for a main course. I had the bbq sampler platter with onion rings. Needless to say we were full without eating half of our food. The portions served is definitely what stands out. Most restaurants who serve bbq aren't this generous with portions. The only con I can give is the liqour prices. $9 cocktails and $20 corona bucket is slightly higher than the norm. And my wifes whiskey sour had a splash too much lemon juice.
