Then they pressured into signing day of, for an $8k discount or so. Pressure under time - never buy into it. Then they started calling. "Can get you this deal if you agree to do the worth between x months." It literally went down to $28k by the time I had to tell them I went with someone else. They only do pavers. Any additional work would need a different contractor to complete the work. Something as simple as capping an exterior gas line, demo of existing structure etc. they just weren't a fit for our project and what we needed.

Krystal, Jesus, and all their staff really provide professional, quality service and care for our yard and irrigation needs. We initially got started with them for a total clear out and clean up of our existing landscape and ended up sticking with them for weekly maintenance services and little projects here and there and have never looked back! Anytime there are issues, they are on it!! Today was another example - I asked Steve if he would just check up on my back sprinklers bc I noticed they didn't run Monday and when he did, he found a HUGE leak in one of our main irrigation pipes! Our house is kind of old and starting to need a lot of repairs so I wasn't completely surprised but the leak was pretty big. We had to turn off all the water to the house and wait for them to get one of their irrigation and plumbing experts over. Richard showed up almost immediately and had us all cleaned up and back in business in no time!! I did my research and read reviews from both Yelp and Google and finally decided to go with Scenic View Landscape. Isaias was easy to talk to, respectful, and professional. Also, pricing was fair and reasonable. From receiving my quote, Isaias and his team of family were able to do the landscape 3 weeks after the initial consultation, and finished in two days! They were impressive, quick but efficient, and cleaned after themselves. I had my front yard, side yard and backyard done. I asked them to add concrete steps for my front yard and also a bit more concrete to expand the parking space. They were also able to save me money by using some of the hollow blocks and bricks that I already had just laying around to use as a divider for my planters. My front yard and side yard was overgrown with weed and variety of plants that have grown wild also plants from previous owner that weren't really to my liking. They helped me plant over 20 new plants along with lavenders, santolina, society garlic and rosemary. The steps for my side yard that Isaias picked was so beautiful! It was perfect! They also replaced the mulch with gravel as I had wanted a more of a cleaner and minimal look as well as low maintenance. From the beginning Isaias was an ease to work with. He returned my call, talked to me about my plan, came out and measured and gave me a bid, had very fair pricing, and kept me updated on the start date. He also allowed me to meet him at the nursery to pick the plants/colors that I wanted for my yard. When Isaias and his crew started, it was a pretty quick two-day process. He and his crew were very responsive to my design ideas. I wanted a berm next to a dry riverbed to give the yard some texture. Yet, Isaias and the guys also added their expertise on things I would not have known to do and design ideas that increased the beauty of the landscape. The materials (bark, stone) are really nice quality. And they left everything clean and tidy. In the end I was happier than I ever expected. Now all I want to do is sit out front and watch the beautiful plants grow and the birds and lizards make their homes. I'll attach photos of the before and after, but seeing their work up close is really impressive. Isaias, Jose, and the wonderful crew of guys they had, made the whole experience fun and rewarding.
