Average burger and was hoping something would stand out but nothing wow'd us. Came in for lunch today with my father and daughter. We wanted to try the big soft pretzel but they were sold out at 12:30 with no one else in there but us and one other table. Between the three of us we had fries, onion rings, Mac & cheese bites, a classic burger, a made to order burger and a milk shake. The fries are hand cut fresh everything else didn't taste fresh. My made to order burger I got a fried egg on it and it was an egg patty which I never saw on a burger before. Usually a fried egg on a burger oozes yolk down the burger. This was a frozen egg patty like you would get from McD's. The Mac and cheese bites were dry and didn't taste like they had cheese in them. The shake was good. For the price I was hoping for everything to be fresh. Nothing was the worst I've had from eating out but nothing would make me run back here. The young lady that took our order was extremely friendly and the only one running the front counter.

Spent almost $50 for 2 people for lunch. Very overpriced and food was not good. I would say the worse burger joint in York. 5guys blows this place out of the water. To the person who microwaved our food. Cheese should be melted on a burger... The young lady at the front was very polite and helpful.

Love this place, great service! Cookie dough was awesome, ice cream too. Will be back when in the area.

I'm rating Collusion Tapworks as a brewery rather than a restaurant, and as a brewery it earns five…read morestars. I've been to breweries and brewhouses across the United States, as well as in Europe and Asia, and Collusion is a classic American brewery: a restaurant and bar built around the brewing operation. It leans a little more toward the restaurant side than many breweries do, but it's a small operation with a very neighborhood feel. The beer is good, the food is decent, and the people working there were friendly. Nothing about the visit stands out in my memory as especially good or especially bad, which usually means everything was running the way it should. If you've spent time in small-town American breweries, you'll recognize the format, and Collusion checks every box. It isn't one of a kind, but it doesn't have a real weakness either. It's a good brewery that does everything a good brewery should, and I have no complaints. In fairness, I've only been once, and it's been a little while. I don't recall any trouble with parking. If you're in the York area, it's worth a stop. If you're looking for something different and it's within a drive you're willing to make, you probably can't go wrong.

Stopped in the other night after work to pick up some dinner to take home. I ordered the Spicy…read moreCheese Bites, The Wisconsin Butter Burger with Tots. While I waited I got a Whiskey Ginger which was very good. All of the food was extremely good. All held up great on the drive home. They have a pretty nice merch section right as you walk in the door. I've been here a few times over the years and every time they have been out of pint glasses to sell. This time I decided to just get the tall mug. Behind the bar they have all kinds of knick knacks. They all look like they have never been dusted once since they opened. On nice days they have a decent size outdoor seating area with a great view of the beautiful graffiti artwork that has been done to the surrounding buildings.

Copper Crust Co. was the lunch stop for a late-May Saturday Girls Day Out adventure, and what a…read morefind this turned out to be! My adventure buddy and I were headed to York and looking for somewhere new, different, and delicious to grab lunch. After a little online reconnaissance, Copper Crust Co. landed firmly at the top of the list. The menu looked fantastic...sweet treats, sandwiches, quiche, baked goods, and enough tempting options that narrowing down an order felt like a personal challenge! We arrived around 11:45am and were lucky enough to find a parking spot right out front. We walked inside and immediately discovered that apparently everyone else had also figured out Copper Crust Co. was the place to be. The place was PACKED! Every table was occupied and a long line stretched toward the ordering counter. Fortunately, the line moved quickly. Unfortunately, that meant we had plenty of time to stare at the bakery case while waiting. I suspect this is at least partially intentional. The display of pastries, cakes and sweet treats sits right alongside the ordering line, teasing you every step of the way. By the time I reached the register, I was contemplating lunch, dessert, second dessert, and possibly a bakery box for later. My adventure buddy ordered a classic BLT ($10.69) and a Diet Coke ($1). I decided to branch out with the Spinach, Sundried Tomato & Feta Quiche ($8.99) and a Diet Coke. Total for lunch for two came to $27.58 before tip, which felt completely reasonable. After ordering, we were given a table number and told to grab any available table we could find. This led to the only hiccup of the visit. A sign near the ordering area instructed guests to leave dishes on the tables for staff to clear, but on this particular Saturday the staff simply couldn't keep up with the volume. We eventually found an abandoned table covered with dirty dishes, crumbs, scrambled eggs, bacon remnants, and the previous guests' table marker. Copper Crust was clearly slammed. Honestly, my only suggestion would be to add a guest-accessible bussing station for busy weekends. A spot where customers could scrape plates and stack dishes would probably help tables turn over much faster when the dining room is bursting at the seams. Not wanting to hover awkwardly while waiting for staff, I cleaned the table myself and stacked everything neatly out of the way. Problem solved. A few minutes later, our food arrived and immediately erased any lingering concerns. The mixed greens salad that accompanied our meals was surprisingly excellent. Normally, a pile of just greens (plus two small pieces of pineapple) doesn't do much for me, but whatever light, slightly sweet dressing they use is fantastic! My adventure buddy and I both devoured every last leaf. The BLT featured thick-cut bacon and hearty slices of multigrain bread, both of which earned enthusiastic approval from my adventure buddy. My quiche was outstanding. The spinach, sundried tomatoes, and feta were plentiful, but the real star was the crust. Too many quiches treat the crust as an afterthought. Not this one. Flaky, buttery, substantial, and absolutely worth eating every bite. It was one of the best quiches I've had in quite a while, and I seriously considered getting back in line for another slice. Copper Crust Co. ended up being one of those unexpected gems that makes adventure days so much fun. Great food, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and enough bakery goodness to justify a return trip all by itself. Next time I'm in York around breakfast, brunch, or lunch, there's a very good chance you'll find me back in that line staring at the bakery case and making questionable decisions involving dessert before noon.

Great spot with great service although not a great room to dine in so have some patience. Some…read moreAdvice when ordering sausage on your bagel, hold on tight because if you accompany this on the Morning Veg it's gonna be sloppy! Last advice: Try the Bread Pudding

Our waitress was great. We came for the thin crust tavern style pizza everyone raves about (heads up this is a special and was no longer going on). She was able to convince the chefs to make one for us! The price of their items for the quantity you get does not match up well. We understand local and higher quality ingredients but about 6 bucks for 30 fries is a little steep. The Tavern Style Pizza was around 25 dollars. We also got a chicken biscuit sandwich for our group and it didnt come with the side it was supposed. My rating is a 4 star based on taste and quality of the food, but the prices vs the amount of the food limiting it from a 5 star. The tavern style pizza had great taste and flavor. I see why people rave about it. I would like to go back and try their archetype pizza and detroit style. The chicken egg biscuit sandwich was also delicious! Overall, we want to go back and try other items. Know it cost a little more than your local pizza shops.

I can't believe I'm scoring a chain so high but honestly the past three weeks they deserve it. I…read moreonly had one "bad" experience and I've eaten here multiple times a week for three weeks as I'm traveling on business. The one poor experience was when I was seated in the bar and I don't know if the waitress decided I wasn't worth her time or she just didn't care or what- she was talking to the table next to me as I was seated and continued for a good ten minutes without moving on to anyone or acknowledging me (I could time by the crossword I was playing). I tried to order a drink at least but you could only get alcoholic ones to start and even then you'd need someone to appear and check your id but I was able to get spinach dip (which has been consistently good) just about the time she finally came to the table. My drink went empty most of the meal and I never got a refill. But the other waiters and waitresses have all been fantastic- super attentive, never an empty tea glass, a box to take my extra home. One even said I couldn't get the baked potatoes without salt so I changed to mashed potatoes- but she literally went and asked the kitchen and surprised me with a nice baked potato that I originally wanted afterwards. Another just had this infectious smile that seemed so genuine. Everyone was just so friendly and helpful. The food has been consistent and good. Good enough to take to the hotel and eat the leftovers. Mostly it's just been staples like chicken strips, broccoli and cheese casserole, and potatoes but all good and filling and when you're away from home that's a luxury. One tad bit of feedback- I hate honey butter but they're so on top of things that they bring that delicious croissant just doused in the stuff. And I know they're doing it to make it such a generous good experience so I don't have the heart to tell them- I'd really like it without if they'd wait to show up with it. But I totally get the thoughtfulness of showing up with croissants in the first visit being a positive experience. I'd also love to be able to order non-alcoholic drinks if it's taking a while like with that one waitress- Olive Garden will do this for you in a pinch don't is possible. I will also say I appreciate the booths are soft and comfortable- they make you want to stay for a dessert or a second drink (I did for the cookie and ice cream once.) Keep up the good work. Don't let me down- I need options when I'm in town several times a year!!!

The restaurant was fairly busy for a Monday at 1:15PM, so to my surprise my order came out pretty quickly. My order was bagged and tied together, so I cloud not check my order without ripping the entire plastic bag. There were two standard to-go containers inside the bag, NOT the standard long full-length container a full rack is served in when placing a to-go order. I order the full rack of ribs to-go all the time at Cheddars, and they are served in the long full-rack box. When I got home and to my surprise I was given two separate rib halves. Neither were the same size, (both were upper ends), not an entire complete rack of ribs. Looking at the ribs, each upper end was different in size, and each had a different appearance and texture. I tasted each half-rack, and yes hey came from different racks as each had a different taste, dried-out texture, and not even luke-warm to the touch. These ribs were not freshly made that day. I'm positive these rib halves were old ribs, at least a day or more old, and somewhat reheated, barely. I live 2-miles from Cheddar's, I's a straight shot, 5-minute drive at best. The food should not be cold driving that distance. I used to go to Cheddar's all the time, but quit going there about six-plus months ago because the food quality was going downhill, but decided to give it another try, I WAS WRONG... The BC Wrappers were editable, barely warm, but just thrown together, not neatly wrapped and fell apart trying to get one out of the box. In-total I wasted $37.00 on this meal at Cheddar's in York, PA. The ribs were thrown away, and the BC Wrapper was half-eaten. Seriously, the kitchen staff working Monday, May 5, 2026, has NO pride in the quality of food being served out of that kitchen. They should fire them all! Heather the bartender was outstanding, she is not the issue: your kitchen staff is...
