The bartenders Erica and Caitlin can make just about anything you ask for. They're friendly and funny and always willing to chat with customers. The owner Blu is very present and active with the restaurant making sure everything is running smoothly. Truly a little gem in a friendly little town. First time eating here! The BF took me here after a long day working at the farm. It's super cute inside and out. Our hostess/ waitress was so nice and sat us right away. Stack Grill was one of the most pleasant surprises I've run across in regards to an unknown, random meal in quite some time. Bar food is not normally my bag, but with our limited lunch options today, we figured Stack was as good as any. I'm glad we chose it. The menu has the normal bar foods, such as burgers, sandwiches, apps and a few entrees. I chose the Messy Engineer which was a grilled cheese topped with pulled pork, beer cheese and bbq sauce (which I ordered on the side). Came with a side cup of tomato bisque. Seemed like a strange mix but for whatever reason it worked. Very good. Especially with the bbq sauce. The tomato bisque was really good as well. K had the club sandwich that she said was very good. Frankly it was the best looking club sandwich I've seen in 30 years. We had plenty of room to social distance, and the staff was friendly and fast. My only complaint was that the price was a bit high. That said if they are consistently this good it wouldn't hinder my returning. read more

Just held our 40th reunion there last night. It was amazing. We had enough people attending that the shut the restaurant on a Saturday night for us. It was perfect. They did a buffet meal for us. The food was really good. We had hamburger sliders and they even had pickles on them which I loved. We had meat balls in BBQ sauce that were amazing. There was also grilled chicken but I didn't try it. We had cheese trays and fruit trays. There is a full bar and they were really good at keeping up with the demand for drinks. My reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is, the carpet in the bar area and in the hallway to the restrooms was black with dirt and sticky. Pretty gross. Other than that the others parts of the bar seemed clean. It is not a fancy place and I didn't see a menu since we had a buffet set up. I will definitely go again when I'm in kingfisher. read more

Definitely recommend this place; our first time trying it out and we had great service and great food! The stack club was HUGE and delicious, the Hogstack pulled pork burger was decent portion size and super tasty, the fries are crispy outside and soft inside, and the chicken fry and mashed potatoes were also delish. Chicken fry is hand breaded, not one of those crappy frozen pattie's, jury is out on whether the potatoes were real, leaning towards yes but a bit difficult to tell, the gravy was so good if they weren't you couldn't tell so much if that makes sense. Prices are a bit high but not the worst we've seen. Also a very strong mildewy smell permeates the place. If not for these two things I would've given it 5 stars. Our server was excellent, I don't know her name, very pretty platinum blonde short hair and a great smile. read more

The building owner is in these reviews pretending to be a patron talking about ceiling tiles. I've had both good and horrible experiences here. Food is good surprisingly excluding the one time I got ill after eating there. But I've been back since and have had no issues other than the wait for food. It's more of a bar, dark and loud than a restaurant, but the karaoke is great. read more

I was really excited to try this place. We went last night. Right before the parade was over and it wasn't busy yet. Out waitress struggled through the entire meal. Forgetting drinks, silverware, napkins, basically everything we needed to EVERY stage of the meal. Now we can talk about the food. I gladly paid almost $30 for a ribeye and sweet potato fries. Both had amazing flavor, but were cold. Now, I enjoy my steak pretty rare, so it's not going to be super hot, but this was a COLD med/rare. I got a grilled cheese for the 2year old. It wasn't even warm. The bathrooms were trashed, no changing table (I can forgive this, not really a family place), no hand soap and water EVERYWHERE. Wrong sides, wrong temperature, wrong restaurant choice. Overpriced and under delivered. 1 Star for flavor...... nothing else even redeeming about Stack Grill. read more

This place was pretty good. A little pricey but they had good options and big portions. The service was a little slow but I think only 2 people were working on a Friday night. It had a really fun atmosphere and their drinks from the bar were good. I had the steak and it was pretty fatty. My husband had their burger and said it was good. They have this challenge and it's like 13 patties and someone was doing that while we were there which was fun to watch. It's a new business so I'd give it another shot in the future. read more

This place never disappoints, blackened salmon melts in your mouth, steak is cooked and seasoned perfectly, the veggies are fresh and that was at 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon! It's a little more than I would usually pay for lunch but worth every penny. The Stack is in a league of its own as far as restaurants in Kingfisher are concerned. If you haven't tried it in the last 4 months or so when their new chef arrived then give it another shot, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Never was impressed with it. Gave it another try when the new owners purchased it. The staff are a bunch of high schoolers who don't do a very good job at all. They just want to hang out with their friends. The only adult that was working was not very well put together and looked kinda dirty and unprofessional with blue colored hair. Almost everything we tried to order they were out of. When we received our bill we had been charged double for our dinners and they acted surprised that we caught it. Which carries so much charm, again with the tin roof tiles, I'm in love. We started with the giant pretzel and beer cheese as an appatizer, omg cheese heaven so creamy and flavorful!! Next was the main coarse......grilled salmon with crunchy sweet potato fries and sweet and tangy coleslaw, again outstanding salmon was cooked perfectly and had great depth of seasoning. Chicken fried steak was claimed as one of the best they have had in a long time, reminded them of "Grandys". To me the entire experience was great, but I just loved the ambiance of the entire restaurant, great hostess, bartender and servers. I live in Enid. On the way home from a basketball game, we decided to stop in Kingfisher. We went on a Thursday night, and they were not busy. Menu items sounded so yummy. However, when our food came out, it was cold. Even the Gouda Mac and cheese was cool to touch. Chicken fried steak was so tough, I literally had trouble cutting was a steak knife. My son tried then I tried only to end up tearing steak all up just trying to cut into pieces. Plus hardly able to eat, my teenage son just gave up on it. Burger was just ok, probably would had been better if hot. The waitress also rude. I'm thinking the owner must not have been there that night. Ate here because we were passing through Kingfisher OK and saw the Burger Shoppe two doors away. A small sign on the door said they were closed. We strolled another block to NY Pizza by the Slice place, and they were out of business. We settled on the Stack Grill. First off, the menu was a shocker. Burgers were in the $12-$15 range. A steak cost $32. This is not a fine dining establishment, why the sky high prices? We ordered a burger and onion stack and some beverages. Beverages arrived quickly, food arrived about 25 minutes later. This was at 1 pm, not the middle of a busy lunch hour (does it ever get busy in Kingfisher?). By the time food arrived, the ice in my tea was gone. I asked the waitress for more ice, and she began cleaning up another table (there were plenty of open tables and no customers waiting). After 5 minutes I got my own ice from the bartender. I also grabbed my own napkins, since we had some messy hand food and were only provided one, The burger was tasty, but not worth the price or the wait. The onion stack consisted of finely sliced/chopped onion fried in a light batter. Not greasy! Excellent alternative to fried onion rings. I liked these a lot, and the large helping was worth the price. This lunch stop was near the end of a several day trip in which I experienced a general lack of customer care and service in several dining establishments. I also noticed reduced staffing in the eateries, and several had reduced menu choices during this time of COVID-19. I'm quite picky on where I eat out. This place was fantastic, I was pleasantly surprised. Huge portions of great homemade food. I have family that live in Okarche. We ordered four plates to go and were told that it would take 25 minutes. We went to pick it up and waited for an extra 45 minutes making our to go order take more over an hour (and it wasn't even busy)! I was asked while I waited if I would like a drink which I was then charged for. Then to make matters worse we got one plate out about about 25 minutes before the rest which then came out on real plates and then they had to take it back to put in to go boxes. I made it very evident that I was not happy about waiting so long and the lack of responsibility taken and the waitress still acted like it was no big deal. They didn't give us any sort of discount or even hardly apologize. We got home and didn't have our complete orders. We were charged for a salad that was supposed to be a side salad and it was literally just pieces of lettuce and the gravy tasted powdery. Service was terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the time and just make the trip to Oklahoma City...You will get food from OKC and get home quicker than you will by going here and you will save yourself the trouble. read more
