Sow burger and a brew
Alan K.

Great service from a very nice young lady. The sow Burger was total killer. The Cuban pastrami was just as good Perfect amount of food. Not over bearing with the fries. Great selection of brews. Simple clean interior. Great outside seating but a little too cool for us today.

Slider combo

Did a phone order for takeout on a Saturday night. When I walked in, it wasn't super busy but I waited about 10 minutes for my food. I had about $66 worth of food that I ordered, so not an insane amount considering most items are $20+ each. The workers were very friendly but extremely disorganized. I requested lettuce for a mini stack kids burger which it did not come with. Additionally the slider combo came with a choice of shake. I didn't realize they forgot my shake until I was about 20 minutes out driving back home. It was very frustrating since I even waited and saw them looking at the receipt multiple times before giving me my to go order. Two of the sliders even tasted the same which doesn't make sense because I got the stack 571, fatted sow, and poutine and I could barely tell them apart. I would rather go to Red Robin than here especially since they didn't even get my order right. Maybe dining in is a better option. It's at a prime location on the waterfront but that also means parking is kind of hard. I have a gift card so I'm coming back but if I didn't have that gift card, I would not be back.

Mixed berry shake

Delicious! Have the milk shake any flavor will do! Hubby and chocolate and I had the berry! Pure decadence. Awesome birthday dinner with a chocolate sundae to top it off. Ordered my 571 burger well done and it came out perfect. I substituted fries for onion rings

This place was sooo good ! Holy cow! We were visiting from out of town and wanted to stop by the river walk and I'm so glad we found this place! I'm still dreaming about it a whole day later! The food was fantastic! The waffle fries were perfectly salted and crispy. The truffle fries were also amazing! We tried the Jimi dog which I was slightly weary of as I am from the area with the best bbq in the US, but wow I was simply blown away ! My boyfriend tried the queso dog and said it was the best thing he's ever had! The prices were so good for the massive portion sizes! We couldn't even finish our food! Our waitress was very happy and kind! The vibes at the outdoor seating were lovely , it wasn't too hot in the shade, 0 humidity, and we could watch everyone walk by and play. The music selections were also on point for what it counts! Wish we weren't so full to try the milkshakes! lol! I heard those are great, guess we have to come back!

Small Parmesan-Truffle Fries & small BLT Chop Chop Salad
Mag T.

Room for improvement! The truffle Parmesan fries were good but came in bad packaging for a takeout order. The BLT chop chop salad came with the best green goddess dressing it was so flavorful! The corn in the salad was sooo dried out and borderline old. Overall an OK experience but wouldn't run back to eat here.

First time here in Vancouver WA. Great vibes in this restaurant and the decor was awesome. Service was outstanding from Aubrey and we had a table of nine! I had the Gyro Burger and waffle fries, both were excellent. Great crowd and right on the riverfront! A must go in Vancouver!

We came to Stack 571 for lunch with family and we not only had great weather that day we also had a great meal outing. The hostess was kind enough to wipe an outside table for us to enjoy our meal. Chris was our server throughout and he was very friendly and courteous. The burger of the month was very tasty as was the buttermilk fried chicken and the 571. We truly enjoyed our plentiful dishes. Overall, we were all glad to have ventured out to downtown Vancouver; such a beautiful place. Enjoy! We will be back. :)

Banh Mi burger with an Impossible Burger patty
Elyse S.

I don't eat meat, so take that into consideration when reading this review. I ordered the Banh Mi burger with an Impossible Burger patty, and it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best. The fries were subpar, as well. There are far better burgers to be eaten in Vancouver, WA, so I'll be going elsewhere when I'm next craving a burger.

Had a nice lunch at Stack 571 today. This is a casual burger place on the Vancouver waterfront. It was nice to be able to duck in after a walk for a burger. We had great service too. We were seated immediately and the server was attentive and helpful. I had the Stack Burger which was plenty big with traditional toppings. My husband had the monthly featured burger which the server described as the Stack's version of the Big Mac. Much better however! The meat was tasty and well seasoned. The fries were really good too. I had the waffle fries and my husband had regular. We both enjoyed our fries which were hot, crispy and perfectly seasoned. We will be back!

EVERYTHING about this place exceeded my expectations. Located on the waterfront with a great view. Good taplist, extensive whiskey menu. Everything we order was so delicious. I couldn't decide, so many things sounded yummy. They have a slider meal where you can pick 3 different burgers. I will be back! Service was quick, nice, and on top of everything.

Good burger. Great location near the water. We ordered a burger with waffle fries and a patty melt with regular fries, root beer and a shake. Everything was cooked right, the waiter was friendly and attentive, and being near the water was a nice addition. The only reason I gave it 4-stars is the metal plates looked used and unattractive, like it was an afterthought. Other than that, a good experience. Not the best burger, but it was good.

The room alone almost made it worth my time. The English pea risotto was very good, and the house fries were good. The French-oaked flight I requested was a sad effort. The bartender never asked what distillers I had as options other than indicating that Makers 46 must be what I'm after when I said French oaked and creamy was my vibe, to which I raised an eyebrow and indicated I was ok if he started with that in my flight as a base for comparison. Otherwise he never asked whether I'd like to spend good money on something special (I would have said yes) and later claimed these were the only French-oaked bottles they even had in stock despite a claimed inventory of over 2,000 whiskeys. What arrived: Penelope Architect--nothing at all on the nose, something like wood paneling on the palate. Angel's Envy Triple Oak--tasted just like the Angel's Envy Rum Cask I can get at the supermarket. Maker's 46--the best of those three, yet still quintessentially basic as a wheated French-staved bargain buy, which, by the way, I never indicated I was there for. When I diplomatically indicated my that my flight was totally blasé and asked for one last pour in hopes of redeeming the experience, he brought me a redundant Maker's Heart Series in which the heart was made of mildly chocolate-inspired disappointment. Staff clearly put effort into educating and serving, and the environment is special enough that I hope to return with friends for that alone, even though I was rushed out due to a scheduled reservation needing my unscheduled seat. Ultimately the pours left me with an extremely unimpressive result and a future 0-for-2 that I'd be willing to risk in hopes of their redemption. Exceptionally impressive venue, if totally unimpressive flight curation.

Definitely make a reservation since it fills up on a Friday night. Sitting at the kitchen bar is a fun way to watch the talented team work their magic, but bar seats would've been great, too. Foggy notion was a beautiful early grey infused whisky/amontillado sipper topped with vanilla cream. Blade Runner with cognac and cocoa butter Campari was a nice boulevardier twist. Food is family style and portions are huge. Good for a group that likes to share. Loved the crispy brussels, creamy whipped ricotta, and delicata squash- there were so many other things I wanted to try, but even three plates was too much food for the two of us. Definitely recommend and hope to return.

I have a few bottles of "the good stuff" stashed around my house that I always say I'll open during a special occasion - which never seems to arrive . I had a flight of three delicious bourbon pours, THEN was told about a special rye whiskey which, well, I had to try as well. So much fun, I enjoyed each of my pours at a cost that didn't break my piggy bank. Meanwhile, my wife loved her mango margarita. It came out cooked all the way through. We were the only two people there. The board was good, drinks were very very mid. The restaurant itself has great potential but honestly the menu doesn't match and I felt 80$ didn't justify our dinner.

It was tough to narrow down what to order, but their menu was organized well-they went by flavor and then you could find your spirit of choice based on what you are craving. It even came with a dried fruit with tamarind powder that was delightful. We split a Pate Board between ourselves. Their homemade pickles went with pate so well. The pistachio/pepper/pork/hazelnut combo was amazing-this was the best pate we have ever tasted, and it was enjoyable with bread and crackers. We loved our time here.
