Just a quick example (and we've had more involved repairs than this) I found out yesterday my wife's car's back taillight had burned out. I called them this morning at 8:05am. They said bring it in. I told them I could leave it and come back but they said they fix is immediately. I walked the dog around The block snd the car was finished. Total cost for two burned out light bulbs and labor, $20.00. Another time my wife's front headlights and casings were getting glazed over from years of wear. I brought it in and they told me to save money to order them online at Amazon and bring them in and they would install them. I did, we saved money and the brand new headlights look great. In addition, there was very little in the way of their employees wearing mask in their display and sales area. This outfit seems to be giving a wink and a nod to COVID 19 compliance. The old bait and switch comes to mind from my experience. The stereotypical negative car dealer you see portrayed in movies is not as far fetched as you think. But now that I'm up here it's not really feasible to drive an hour south, drop off my car for a day or two, and figure out a ride back up here or renting a car. So I had to look for someone up here. Mike's Repair looked well reviewed so I took a chance on them. Turns out they are awesome too! I appreciated that when I called someone picked up right away in the evening and got me scheduled for first thing the next morning. Car was fixed the same day. Price was reasonable. A bit more than I'm used to, but I know the guy I used to go to was really giving me a sweetheart deal. I think Mike's gave me good value for the money I paid. I have 240k+ miles on this Civic of mine and it just keeps chugging along. So I'm sure I'll be back to Mike's as it needs more work. I'll definitely return!

The service drivers are very excellent and the advisor named Sharmeta was very kindly to proceed, helping me get through the rest of my service while picking up my car they will get over on you. They will overprice you and the technicians are not honest and do not keep their word they covered up their tracks just to get more money from me, I spoke with the tech manager, Brian he was the same way not a trustworthy man. They do not keep their word and they do not treat customers as well to make sure that they are fair and doing the right thing for us customers. I really advise you guys to really take my review in consideration Nathan Kieffer was such a A hole towards me the entire time of him being in my advisor he kept throwing sarcasm jabs and would talk over me without understanding me. He made me wait for two hours without telling me that I can go to another advisor in the most rudest disrespectful way, he was also not making sense at all and clearly does not know how to take notes very good and he does not know how to listen he thought he knew what he was talking about, but did not. He tried speaking on my behalf when he's clearly not a technician. He had too much to say when he's not even a technician I want to say so much more, but I am trying to move on from this chaotic place and move on graceful fully with my life. This was the most worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and I hope and pray nobody has ever or will ever go through what I went through.
