A guy from the shop asked me did you just have your transmission fluid changed? I replied no. He said it was the cleanest he had ever seen. That's because there was none in it. My transmission went out. My mechanic said no fluid wrecked it. I contacted Scott the owner he blamed my van? So I leased a truck and went to a koo. My customer asked where's your van I told him what happened. He said I brought my truck there they didn't put oil in it and my motor went out. Snappy Lube had to replace it. So I thought I would take them to court. Then I read someone else did and Scott got on a payment plan? That customer said it took forever to get paid back. All said Scott cost me $2,500 to bring it to Snappy Lube for an oil change. Don't be fooled on his website as well look for lowest ratings he has a lot of them folks.

To my surprise, my phone call was answered immediately and not by some answering service. It was the tow truck driver himself who answered my call and I must say; he (Dave) was very nice and helpful. He said he would arrive within 30 minutes and he in-fact did just that. When he arrived, he was very nice and pleasant to talk to even while hooking up my car to load on his truck. He was equally nice and pleasant to talk to while driving to my mechanic's shop where I wanted my car to be dropped off for repair. Overall I would say this entire experience was the best customer service I had ever experienced. This company has to be one of the best in the entire country in my opinion. Well, the front end damage was more significant than initially thought, so had to wait another week before it was done. When I got home and gave it a good look I discovered a trim piece below the headlight was loose. That's ok, I'll just push it back on. Then when I was on the highway, there was a loud noise and I discovered the front underbody was rubbing on the tires. I had to wire it up to keep it from rubbing. Upon returning home I found the trim piece below the headlight on the other side was missing! I had to order a new one from the dealership and install it myself. Now, after a trip I arrived with my front turn signal swinging from the wires. It appears the clips that fastened it in place were broken and instead of replacing it they just shoved the broken light housing back into place and called it good. Only it wasn't. I guess you get what you pay for in this case, as I will have to now replace the light myself.
