Towed my car off the street. The day prior my cars alignment was not messed up. The day I pick it up I have to have my steering wheel sideways to go straight. They say there's nothing they can do. Not to mention they have a dog living outside in a kennel. By far the worst company I've dealt with. The lady is very rude. All Care Does Care! Tim and the team at AllCare are awesome. We only lived a block from there when our boys were young and they would often go there to buy a can a pop and talk with the guys. When our youngest son recently took his own life in his Honda Civic, I went and spoke to the guys at AllCare. They remembered our boys and, as a favor to us during our time of great loss, they are taking care of the disposal of my sons car at no expense to us. my car broke down on the way to work and I needed a tow just 3 miles to the repair shop, from there I had called a co worker and lined up for them to pick me up from the shop so I could get to work and possibly pick the vehical up from the shop after work. the first place I called said it would be an hour wait and (all care) said it would be a 30 minute wait, I told all care that if it takes more than 45 mins that I would just use the other place. (all care) said no problem we will be there soon.... they took 2 and a half hours to get to my car!!! And to add the cherry on top they broke my bumper while strapping up the vehical and when I asked what steps we would need to take to make it right and for them to fix the bumper they said that it was my problem and not theres... This company hired a collections agency claiming I was the owner and responsible. The vehicle towed, I traded in to the dealership approximately a year prior to the towing charges ( trade in Nov. 2019 and towed Sept. 2020). The vehicle was sold 3 times between those dates. DVS shows the vehicle owned by the dealership I traded it to. I have contacted both this company and the collections company, proven with a sales receipt that I don't own and didn't own the vehicle at the time the charges were accrued and neither will change the ownership of the vehicle or fix the collections account on my report. The woman I spoke to last, wouldn't confirm that I spoke to her the day before and was rude when I inquired about the details of the towing, since they show me as the owner. The person I talked to the day before was able to share some information but all of a sudden in a day it wasn't available any longer. Shady companies work with shady companies...it's not surprising that All Care Towing works with Midwest Retail Specialist, neither of them are reputable. read more

A great company with dependable service. Got me to my repair facility in a timely manner when everyone else was hours behind.

My car wouldn't start and my insurance company put me in touch with All Care Towing. I didn't know if I needed a jump start or a tow. Cody came with a tow truck and jump started my car. We didn't know if the car was going to need to be looked at by my mechanic or if it would be okay to drive. Cody said he would tow it or he could come back later if after trying to drive it I felt it would need a tow to Lenny's Crossroads. I drove it and lucky for me it was fine. I just really appreciate how quickly they got to my car and I felt comfortable knowing that they would help me if I needed it, but they were okay with coming and not towing. read more

I have used All Care on many occasions . They have the best customer service in the St Cloud Towing market. My wife and I were on vacation( 45 miles from St Cloud) and my truck pulling my camper died on the road. I called the owner and he came to my rescue! Worst towing company in town. Charge fees for lot time, even in the wee hours of morning after they've towed your vehicle. They start their towing at 1 AM so if your car gets towed then, you only have until 8 AM THAT DAY to pay their fees or the price goes up by $30. Overall it will cost you a minimum of $150 plus whatever ticket St. Cloud gave you. Not counting the ticket I received, I paid this company's extortion fees of $180 since my vehicle was towed at 2:30 AM, and I was unable to get it before 9:30 AM . More regulation is needed, because companies like this can just hold your vehicle for ransom at whatever price they choose, stacking lot fees up daily till they outprice the value of your car. And then after a relatively short period of time, they auction off your vehicle to the highest bidder. Disappointing that the St. Cloud government even does business with such a predatory business. read more

This place is literally the worst. I've had experience with several towing companies and this one is by far the worst. They do not take AAA despite saying on the phone that they do. I asked the guy if he needed to see my AAA card because I told them I was using AAA he said just to call them and wouldn't take my card. They only take cash and their sight is trashy and gross. They didn't tell me how much they charge per day for my car to be there until it had amounted $125. This place doesn't tell you anything and then screws you over as much as possible. The driver came out and tried to jumpstart my truck but wasn't successful so I ended up need a tow. I wasn't happy to say the least.
