Andy's towing fails in so many ways. The excessive cost with many additional and questionable fees are unbelievable. Along with that I have seldom had to deal with such an rude attitude from the staff. Would recommend using any other tow company. read more

Fees are excessive and predatory! Impound, tow fees and behind the scenes are all financial gain in motivation. This "private company" has very questionable- borderline ethical business practices and fees!!. The first impression you are walking into a small concreate room- with access to speak through a bullet proof glass- reminds you of a jail intake. Even the demeanor of front facing clerk- is rude, accusatory and aggressive overtones. If you speak to the owner- he has a "GASLIGHTING" communication style. My end impression, this is not merely a TOW company- BUT your car is in JAIL! I am not shocked- they are not listed with better business bureau. In Retrospect, I also believe there are people and locations that may be targeted for tow- and then are subject to experience both the 'capture and then extortion' of demanded fees to retrieve your car. If you are in a poor area of town- WATCH OUT!! If you can't pay or don't pay- the end game is they keep your car, sell or scrap it. After That They even have a "partner company" collections, that will ruin your credit and sue you to collect SUPER INFLATED fees. Truly this company, consumer philosophy and the owner- WILL GET YOU_ ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!! Bad business practices and more is happening behind the scenes of this company!! Andy's has rescued me probably half a dozen times, or more, during the years, when I've had stalled vehicles, vehicles that wouldn't start, or an accident. They are always prompt. The people who have picked me up have been friendly. We've been able to use our AAA. I've been very, very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them. read more

Due to a car accident (not my fault!), my rental had to be towed. Andy's showed up very quickly, and the two men did a great job of hooking up my car and getting it towed to their location. I had to wait in the office for Enterprise to bring me another rental, and Andy's office staff were fun and made my wait time much less painful. While I hope to never be towed again, if I find myself in the St. Cloud area again in need of help, I will definately call them first. read more

I work for a trucking company , and had a driver have an emergency where he had to leave truck and trailer behind. I called Andys to get a wrecker over there to disconnect trailer from truck and hook up to another driver. We had delays in almost all aspects of getting this trailer unhooked , but these guys were prompt every time and have helped us out tremendously. Awesome service and reliability. wreckless drivers in large trucks with cdls! don't ever in your life tailgate someone in a 100k vehicle in a large wrecker truck. not ever. someday someone will jump out on you and put you in the news. on 3rdstreet north @ 745 pm 5/2, young white male driver with hat forward heading toward 15. guy tailgated me the whole way until i checked him. he was in a brand new chevy tow wrecker that's aoubt 150k. driver not only get tailgating me, but was routinely swerving and driving inattentively sometimes with no hands on wheel. so you hit me and your're about 250k liable out the gate. plus the fact that i have enough money to sue you into oblivion. now im on your company permanently, and any more misconduct not only will be reported to the police, it will be put on youtube. beyond that this review will be posted on all platforms including the bbb, and if i see more wreckless driving that endangers the public i will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. you only get one warning. drive safe or shut the company done period. i have more money and connnections than you, i promise. read more

SCAM!!! Please for your own safety do NOT use ANDY'S towing!! I called for a tow truck after my tire had fallen off my 2008 I was driving 15 mph the car had no damage to the body and needed a new tire put on to drive. The entire front end if my car was very badly damaged in the tow! They put a sling on the front end then raised the car which made the front end of the car crinkle up like a piece of paper! The driver explained to me that if there was and damage to my car from the tow ANDY'S would repair it! Let me be BOLD in stating he clearly didn't know how to correctly tow my car! He then towed my car to the repair shop where his supervisor was waiting. He stated they needed to take pictures of the damage to repair it, gave me the name of who to call and said they would take care of it Monday. Monday came around and coincidently the supervisor was away every time I called. Tues I called, finally at around 2pm someone was available to talk to me and told me to call my insurance company for my damages caused by ANDY'S! I asked then for the non-placement owner to call me! I received a phone call at nearly 10PM how rude!! He argued about what his staff had told me, was very rude when I was attempting to explaining what happened, stated continuously his employees did not say anything they had said then finally told me to get a lawyer if i wanted my car fixed! This company is a SCAM!! In the event of needing your car towed I'm sure you can all agree that your thoughts were only to get help, so let my lesson learned be yours and in the event you make the same mistake I did by using ANDY'S let me help your process the owners name is BOB and his number is (320) 980-1599 and please be smart by documenting your conversations because you will need them when you go to court if you ever want your car fixed!! read more
