The techs and my fiance chose to use a used part, however the techs did NO evaluation of the part before installing it. They offered him a 'full warranty' which they had no other explanation for. After $5000 and 4 days the part failed so he brought the car back in. They told him that the warranty was only for the part and that we were going to have to pay another $1200 in labor fees to have it replaced again. After making a big enough deal about this BS that they never explained, they told us they'd comp us 'just this one time' like they were doing us a favor. We had specifically asked for a Ford specialist to do the second job since clearly his car slightly specialized and has aftermarket modding. They said they would do that for us. Three weeks later we go to pull in for a quick oil change at Valvoline and his car bottoms out because the technicians installed his downpipes upside down..... we know multiple people who work at this shop and they've since disclosed to us that Miller has oil techs doing main line tech jobs, meaning your car is being worked on by someone who will hammer in a screw. Do better Miller.

Before buying, I specifically asked the salesperson via text about the battery range, and was told it could go "up to 75 miles." But during a short test drive--only about 10 miles--the battery dropped dramatically from 49% to 14%. When I asked why, the salesperson mentioned it on highway driving. I was caught off guard, but ended up signing. That was my mistake. However, after thinking it through on the way home, I became seriously concerned about the battery's health. I decided to cancel the purchase before the car was delivered. The next business day (Monday morning--they were closed Sunday), I reached out early to cancel. The salesperson initially responded nicely and said he will talk to his manager. But shortly after, I started receiving calls from three different sales managers, one after another. They were aggressive, intimidating, and pressured me into accepting only a 70% refund of what I had paid. They blamed tax credit issues and said they couldn't void the IRA filing because 48 hours had passed--yet they were the ones who delayed submitting it in the first place. Despite the fact that the car had not been delivered and was still in their possession, they threatened to send the vehicle to my home unless I agreed to their terms. I felt trapped and scammed. Yes, I take responsibility for signing too quickly, but their handling of the situation afterward was completely unethical and predatory.

However, we had been there 3 hours already and it was closing time and wanted to mull it over, so we said we would chat the next day. Gilleland called us the next day saying they messed up and the quote they gave us the night before was actually on the wrong vehicle. They were quoting a 2024 not a 2025. So, the GM and I agreed on a price over the phone of what it would cost us, everything included, taxes, fees, etc. OUT THE DOOR. We bought the vehicle for the agreed on price, took it home and drove it for 2 weeks!! THEN, to our surprise, after 2 weeks of driving and adding several accessories, we received a call from Gilleland demanding $6000 more!! Stating they forgot to collect a down payment! The GM said the price we agreed on the phone of OUT THE DOOR was also suppose to have a $6000 down payment. AND...the business manager also called my son while he was at work and threatened him with charging him with a FELONY if he didn't pay it! Their quotes are trickery and when our son E-signed the papers, the way it was written up, WASN"T as the GM had promised! "Shockingly" the GM said he didn't have the recording of our agreement we made over the phone! SHADY!!!! BEWARE!

I never heard of…read moreTenvoorde Ford before our purchase since we are relatively new to Minnesota until a Google search for "Ford near me". Glad I did not see these ratings since they would have been misleading. We made an appointment with Dan Larsen at Tenvoorde and it was a busy day, but Dan was on time and took his time with us. We needed a new truck at a cost we could afford. Dan took the time to listen to what we wanted and showed trucks in our price range. We ended up loving a 2020 F-150 XLT Sport that was a courtesy vehicle and bought it. It was a great experience all around. We also got a pull tab after that purchase because we were now on Tenvoorde's mailing list. Not sure why someone would think they are automatically going to win the big prize and without some sales pitch. However, we went through the motions and had a great visit with Travis in sales while waiting to see what our pull tab would produce. After buying the truck, we purchased a bed liner at Tenvoorde. The gentleman in parts & service that day helped us pop it in while we were there. Who does that? It was great. So, our interactions with Tenvoorde and the staff there was great. And we visited one other Ford dealer closer to us and Tenvoorde beat their price including the amount we got on our trade in. We are completely satisfied customers and will continue to do business with Tenvoorde!

Returned to…read morethe service department three different times within 2 weeks to have the service engine light repaired and never did fix it now we sit at April after not being able to drive the truck all winter because of the service engine light in 240 not helping us or standing behind their product now we're at a $7,000 repair in the fuel rail system and the garbage service contract they sold us is no good for this they won't return our calls it sounds to me like they sold a lemon and they know it and they didn't fix the problem I would never trust them never believe them and never shop there.
