After having the car for a few days, I wanted to extend the number of days for the rental and they were able to accommodate this. Scott and the rest of the staff I came in contact with were super friendly and put forth exceptional customer service. On top of all this, the price was very reasonable. I will be using this service again in the future and highly recommend Southwood Motors for your next car rental.

While other salespeople we had dealt with were pushy, fake, or dishonest, Asad was fantastic to work with and I felt happy and confident buying the car with him. I had financing arranged with my credit union but Asad gave us a better deal than I had been offered and he explained it in an easy to understand way. I am on day 6 with my 2014 Crosstrek and it is amazing on snow, not an suv but not a wagon. It is exactly what i was looking for and after driving a Rogue, a Rav-4, a CRV, and a cx 5, as well as researching awd cars/suvs with great mileage, i knew i wanted the crosstrek- and seated heats yo! i hugely recommend anyone looking for a great winter car that is sporty, looks hot and gets great mileage to come here and ask for Asad!

Decided to add the tow package to our current Subaru and told Jeff I was no longer interested in a new car. Made a service appointment and had the hitch installed. No sooner than we got home my wife was getting text messages from St. Cloud Subaru wanting to buy our car. ENOUGH ALREADY! Today, I got an email from Jeff Maxwell letting me know that I was pre-approved for a new car loan. WHO THE 'F' asked you to run my credit report. Apparently, this salesman, Jeffery Maxwell, doesn't care about what the customer wants or doesn't want, he won't take NO for an answer. In my opinion, I would not be surprised if he has some kind of a criminal background. Buy your next car anywhere but at St. Cloud Subaru!

I…read morejust wanted to come on here and say that I came in for a check engine light I had a terrible experience here which is why I would never ever ever never never in a lifetime come back to this location, there are a few good people. The service drivers are very excellent and the advisor named Sharmeta was very kindly to proceed, helping me get through the rest of my service while picking up my car they will get over on you. They will overprice you and the technicians are not honest and do not keep their word they covered up their tracks just to get more money from me, I spoke with the tech manager, Brian he was the same way not a trustworthy man. They do not keep their word and they do not treat customers as well to make sure that they are fair and doing the right thing for us customers. I really advise you guys to really take my review in consideration Nathan Kieffer was such a A hole towards me the entire time of him being in my advisor he kept throwing sarcasm jabs and would talk over me without understanding me. He made me wait for two hours without telling me that I can go to another advisor in the most rudest disrespectful way, he was also not making sense at all and clearly does not know how to take notes very good and he does not know how to listen he thought he knew what he was talking about, but did not. He tried speaking on my behalf when he's clearly not a technician. He had too much to say when he's not even a technician I want to say so much more, but I am trying to move on from this chaotic place and move on graceful fully with my life. This was the most worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and I hope and pray nobody has ever or will ever go through what I went through. Thank you, but no thank you never again also they do not do refunds even if your problem is not solved or fixed. They did not fix my car. They tried to get over on me and made excuses of why my car was not fixed plus while trying to charge me 500$ more which is what I ended up paying for the problem to be fixed and solved, but no, of course not the problem was not solved and they wanted to charge me another $600 for the same issue might I add so if you are not smart, please be smarter if you're gonna deal with these kind of people to act the way that they acted and handle the situation was so disturbing it makes me wanna barf, not only barf, but I already cried. And he also hung up on me while trying to discuss and fix the matter because I'm not a problematic person at all. I communicated very well and I made sure they took the proper precautions of notes and information that was given.

A guy from the shop asked me did you just have your transmission fluid changed? I replied no. He said it was the cleanest he had ever seen. That's because there was none in it. My transmission went out. My mechanic said no fluid wrecked it. I contacted Scott the owner he blamed my van? So I leased a truck and went to a koo. My customer asked where's your van I told him what happened. He said I brought my truck there they didn't put oil in it and my motor went out. Snappy Lube had to replace it. So I thought I would take them to court. Then I read someone else did and Scott got on a payment plan? That customer said it took forever to get paid back. All said Scott cost me $2,500 to bring it to Snappy Lube for an oil change. Don't be fooled on his website as well look for lowest ratings he has a lot of them folks.
