They will overprice you and the technicians are not honest and do not keep their word they covered up their tracks just to get more money from me, I spoke with the tech manager, Brian he was the same way not a trustworthy man. They do not keep their word and they do not treat customers as well to make sure that they are fair and doing the right thing for us customers. I really advise you guys to really take my review in consideration Nathan Kieffer was such a A hole towards me the entire time of him being in my advisor he kept throwing sarcasm jabs and would talk over me without understanding me. He made me wait for two hours without telling me that I can go to another advisor in the most rudest disrespectful way, he was also not making sense at all and clearly does not know how to take notes very good and he does not know how to listen he thought he knew what he was talking about, but did not. He tried speaking on my behalf when he's clearly not a technician. He had too much to say when he's not even a technician I want to say so much more, but I am trying to move on from this chaotic place and move on graceful fully with my life. I also ordered a serpentine belt, an oil filter, and a jug of Mobile One. Paul's Auto Service had been recommended to me by a couple different people and I called to see if they would have a problem with me bringing my own parts and fluids, because some shops definitely don't like if you bring your own parts due to the mark up the shops charge for parts, so if you bring your own they don't get that money. Julie at Paul's said it wouldn't be a problem at all if I brought my own parts, so I got a quote and made an appointment. I dropped off the van and the keys a few days later right before they closed so they would have it to work on right away the next morning. They open at 8 AM and five hours later the van was done. When I went to pick her up they gave me all the old parts and Rob pointed out some wear and corrosion on the water pump and the tensioner that made me glad that I had taken care of this sooner rather than later. The price I was charged was a couple hundred dollars less than another shop in town that I had considered, and it was $1000 less than the Honda dealership in town quoted me. For me, getting automobile service work done is like going to the dentist. I dread it, but Greg the owner, (I don't know who Paul is or was, maybe Greg's dad) his wife Julie, and Rob the other mechanic were so nice and friendly and understanding and and it just couldn't have been a better experience. A very reasonable labor charge, a fast and reliable turnaround as promised, honesty, integrity, and such friendly service. I was a first-time customer, but they made me feel like I had been bringing my vehicles there for years. A guy from the shop asked me did you just have your transmission fluid changed? I replied no. He said it was the cleanest he had ever seen. That's because there was none in it. My transmission went out. My mechanic said no fluid wrecked it. I contacted Scott the owner he blamed my van? So I leased a truck and went to a koo. My customer asked where's your van I told him what happened. He said I brought my truck there they didn't put oil in it and my motor went out. Snappy Lube had to replace it. So I thought I would take them to court. Then I read someone else did and Scott got on a payment plan? That customer said it took forever to get paid back. All said Scott cost me $2,500 to bring it to Snappy Lube for an oil change. Don't be fooled on his website as well look for lowest ratings he has a lot of them folks.
