They won't give you any proof of payment nor can you pay with card like it states on their website. Oh no. Impounded cars are completely different and "insurance won't reimburse you anyway so there's no reason for a receipt". My friend has to pay well over $400 for being towed 5 miles down the road and stored for less than 24 hours. If I could rate them 0 stars for this type of service I most definitely would. Maybe they are good for other stuff but I wouldn't recommend trying..
