Very deceiving advertisement in the Twin Cities newspapers to get you in the door. By phone, I was…read moretold they had the vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately I took the 1 and 1/2 hour drive to Cold Springs, only to find very limited stock of the vehicle and not at the lease priced advertised. In addition, there was very little in the way of their employees wearing mask in their display and sales area. This outfit seems to be giving a wink and a nod to COVID 19 compliance. The old bait and switch comes to mind from my experience. The stereotypical negative car dealer you see portrayed in movies is not as far fetched as you think. Went to another Chevy dealership close to home and found the vehicle and price I was looking for. Live and learn, if an advertisement sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

This place is amazing ~ it's like going back in time with good service and low cost. My wife and I…read morehave used Joe's Garage four time this past year for both our cars and their service and cost were the best we have found in the area. Just a quick example (and we've had more involved repairs than this) I found out yesterday my wife's car's back taillight had burned out. I called them this morning at 8:05am. They said bring it in. I told them I could leave it and come back but they said they fix is immediately. I walked the dog around The block snd the car was finished. Total cost for two burned out light bulbs and labor, $20.00. Another time my wife's front headlights and casings were getting glazed over from years of wear. I brought it in and they told me to save money to order them online at Amazon and bring them in and they would install them. I did, we saved money and the brand new headlights look great. Thank you Joe's Garage.

While other salespeople we had dealt with were pushy, fake, or dishonest, Asad was fantastic to work with and I felt happy and confident buying the car with him. I had financing arranged with my credit union but Asad gave us a better deal than I had been offered and he explained it in an easy to understand way. I am on day 6 with my 2014 Crosstrek and it is amazing on snow, not an suv but not a wagon. It is exactly what i was looking for and after driving a Rogue, a Rav-4, a CRV, and a cx 5, as well as researching awd cars/suvs with great mileage, i knew i wanted the crosstrek- and seated heats yo! i hugely recommend anyone looking for a great winter car that is sporty, looks hot and gets great mileage to come here and ask for Asad!

Made a general inquiry about a new Subaru with a tow package. After being contacted by a sales rep,…read moreJeffery Maxwell, I was told that the tow package could be added. Decided to add the tow package to our current Subaru and told Jeff I was no longer interested in a new car. Made a service appointment and had the hitch installed. No sooner than we got home my wife was getting text messages from St. Cloud Subaru wanting to buy our car. ENOUGH ALREADY! Today, I got an email from Jeff Maxwell letting me know that I was pre-approved for a new car loan. WHO THE 'F' asked you to run my credit report. Apparently, this salesman, Jeffery Maxwell, doesn't care about what the customer wants or doesn't want, he won't take NO for an answer. In my opinion, I would not be surprised if he has some kind of a criminal background. Buy your next car anywhere but at St. Cloud Subaru!
