A guy from the shop asked me did you just have your transmission fluid changed? I replied no. He said it was the cleanest he had ever seen. That's because there was none in it. My transmission went out. My mechanic said no fluid wrecked it. I contacted Scott the owner he blamed my van? So I leased a truck and went to a koo. My customer asked where's your van I told him what happened. He said I brought my truck there they didn't put oil in it and my motor went out. Snappy Lube had to replace it. So I thought I would take them to court. Then I read someone else did and Scott got on a payment plan? That customer said it took forever to get paid back. All said Scott cost me $2,500 to bring it to Snappy Lube for an oil change. Don't be fooled on his website as well look for lowest ratings he has a lot of them folks.

I purchased a vehicle from Dave november 2024. putting down %90 cash as I just wanted to have the…read morecar paid off as soon as possible. the car the next day had check engine lights and sputtering issues and and coolant lights and I reached out to Dave and he never got back to me. a couple weeks later I reach back out to him and finally hear back that he's going to come get the vehicle and fix it. come to find out he charges me $1800 and it's still having the same issues and on top of that won't give me the title to the car until I pay for whatsver they did that didn't even fix it. many months later feeling very defeated like I just had to pay off a car that was an absolute turd and come to find out Dave is a close family friend and my family member had heard about my troubles and wanted to help out. we set a meeting between the 3 of us to try to find out a resolution. Dave offered me $4500 for a car I paid him $15000 for plus the 1800 for the "repairs" then after I denied that offer we decided to have them take another look at the vehicle where it then proceeded to sit unlooked at for nearly 30 days until we got bad weather and I needed the vehicle back. so after a year of trying to get this guy to help me out with the piece of junk he sold me we got nowhere. if I would've put the minimum payment down I would've just given the car back because it was trash but sense I paid $13000 down for the $15000 car dave just rolled me over and took my money and didn't offer any help at all over the course of a year. all in all I guess what I'm saying is IF DAVE WILL SCREW HIS FRIENDS NEPHEW OVER HELL PROBABLY SCREW YOU OVER TOO! many of the times I'd come drop off payments dave would also be intoxicated while in the office, the first night I met him there it was later in the evening and I thought maybe they where just hanging around having a couple after work but after dropping off a few months of payments in person he was intoxicated often. The service drivers are very excellent and the advisor named Sharmeta was very kindly to proceed, helping me get through the rest of my service while picking up my car they will get over on you. They will overprice you and the technicians are not honest and do not keep their word they covered up their tracks just to get more money from me, I spoke with the tech manager, Brian he was the same way not a trustworthy man. They do not keep their word and they do not treat customers as well to make sure that they are fair and doing the right thing for us customers. I really advise you guys to really take my review in consideration Nathan Kieffer was such a A hole towards me the entire time of him being in my advisor he kept throwing sarcasm jabs and would talk over me without understanding me. He made me wait for two hours without telling me that I can go to another advisor in the most rudest disrespectful way, he was also not making sense at all and clearly does not know how to take notes very good and he does not know how to listen he thought he knew what he was talking about, but did not.
