One star only because the staff was friendly... I suppose they were happy to take 20+ dollars plus tip to run my truck through the wash. It was obvious the girl that was supposed to be brushing/spraying the wheel wells and running boards didn't know what the hose she was holding was for, needless to say our truck did not come out clean the runningboards, and wheel wells were still packed with snow. I purchased the membership and had good washes until one day in December of 2020. After my truck was done, when I got home I looked my truck over, as I always do, to wipe up some water spots. I discovered a large scratch above my wheel well on the driver's side. I drove back in to Mr. Car Wash and notified an employee of what happened. He took some pictures and said he would turn it in to his supervisore. After waiting for four days, I contacted Mr. Car Wash and was given the number of the corporate office in Tuscon, Arizona. I called them and they told me they would get in contact with the district manager in Minnesota. After waiting 5 days, I spoke with the district manager in Minnesota. He was very rude and told me that his machines do not scratch vehicles. And then asked if I had insurance (of course I do, my truck is a 2019) and told me just to turn it in to MY INSURANCE! I argued with him over the phone and told him it was the responsibility of Mr. Car Wash to pay for the repairs. Mr. Car Wash refused to pay for the damages (the quote for repairs is almost $800.00). So now my insurance is covering it and I have a $500.00 deductible. We have cancelled our membership!! Very poor customer service at the local level and corporate level! Eugene Muehlbauer read more

This is a convenient car wash but typically does not do a very good job of cleaning your exterior of your car. Very careful if you have any dark vehicle it will leave lots of scratches in your paint! read more

This is the worst car wash experience I've ever had. Not only does it not get your vehicle even remotely clean, but it'll leave scratches everywhere. I have a brand new vehicle and have always hand washed it. I thought this place was reputable but I guess not. The worst part is that the dryers are on hard rollers that roll and scratch along your entire vehicle, including slamming into your door. Now I have scratches and gouges in my brand new vehicle. St Cloud's MisterCar wash has been excellent ever since July, 2019 when a new manager came on aboard. Some have complained about scatched finishes but those are usually reported by the obsessive customers that have it washed 2 times a day, every day..clear coat can't handle even regular hand washing at that rate for a year or more. My 8 yr old luxury car has been washed 1x week for the past 3 years there and it is perfect, looks as the day it was new. If you have an off road truck with weeks of caked on thick mud, two passes is needed_as anyone would expect. The staff is super helpful even on below zero days when they are outside for 9 hr shifts, wet and feezing. And most rude customers I have seen don't even tip the crew employees. Where is Minnesota niceness? Would you work 8 hrs plus as they do in the constant wet and cold outside for their pay rate just so another can sit in comfort and get their car clean?? read more

Pre treating for bugs on front grill and mirrors is now an up charge, not standard. Amount was not mentioned when bug service was first offered. Inside, the technician did not spray down the vehicle as they always have in the past. Car was not cleaned, this customer was not pleased.
