employee opened the door for me, remembered what we talked about over the phone, grabbed his electronic devices and listened to me ramble on about the issues I was having, got me in right away, and didn't sell me anything I didn't need! Was in an out quickly! Thanks so much guys this is why I always choose discount tire! read more

Ryan was amazing. If I had a customer service business I would feel honored to work with this gentleman. Not only is he professional, but he went above and beyond to make sure to explain everything thoroughly so there wax not a question left unanswered. Then I had a hiccup few days after service and called him for solution...once again went out if his way to make sure any of my concerns were answered, plus he remembered me! James also was extremely helpful and they are both genuine and knowledgeable! Also Bryce at Roger's mn location was absolutely spot on with helpful service. How lucky am I to have these 3 make my experience top notch. read more

I have only been to Discount Tire a few times, but I honestly don't think you could find better Customer Service in any industry as top notch as the team at Discount Tire! WOW! Customer service is a rarity these days, but they have restored some of my faith that there are still great people in the world that can truly provide such great customer service! Every person I worked with while there was so polite and friendly! Thank You Discount Tire for an amazing experience! Also, it is asking me how I felt about the price, ummmm..... they didn't charge me to repair a slow leak in my tire, so FREE doesn't cost anything! lol read more

The customer service and positive attitudes here is off the chart. They really take care of customers. We had a bad tire issue and they were booked solid but they took care of us. Also learned they own Tire Rack and will mount tires bought from TR at a discount. read more

I've had good luck with this shop, and have bought several sets of tires through them. Prices are good, and I've never had any problems after they've serviced my vehicles. Much to their credit, the staff that works the sales floor have always been exceptional. Positive attitudes, and a high knowledge of the products they carry can be expected. read more

The best place to buy tires in Saint Cloud. I brought my Tesla car there and the service received was much better by far than the service received in Tesla. Ever they are open to help you to resolve your problems ( Ex. They borrowed a tire inflator to bring my car from home. Yesterday, I cancelled the purchase of one spare tire and they did it without questions or bad attitude. I scheduled my appointment online and they gave me immediate assistance when I arrived. Very respectful people. read more

Great service, right in and right out... a Friday afternoon! Had two tires repaired, no upsell, just what I asked for and what I needed. There's a reason I am a repeat customer! read more

The staff both in the shop and store are always helpful and polite I have had service done here over the last few years and was never disappointed read more

Came in to see if my tire could get patched; had a screw toward the shoulder and was hoping it could get repaired instead of replaced. Jamie met me in the parking lot before I even got through the door, took a look, and said it would be no problem to fix. They seemed pretty busy, but they had me out the door with a repair in a little over 30 minutes. While he was getting the info he needed from my car several other employees asked if I had been helped. Never had that happen in a shop before. 100% recommend; will be back in the spring when I need to replace my all seasons. read more

So nice and affordable! Their customer service was unbelievably good and got me out of the shop quick and timely with a good price as well!

This Discount Tire location fucking rocks. Sometimes they screw up but always go above and beyond to rectify the situation. Only place in Saint Cloud/Waite park I will ever go! Tommy & his co-workers are top notch, from my collector cars to daily drivers they always take exceptional care of us. Thank you for your continued service! read more

I bought my new tires here. This is the second time in a row I have been here with my Jeep. I requested to have a 5 tire rotation and they have failed to do so BOTH times. What a waste of a day having to wait for your car two different times. So frustrating !!! Get it together and pay attention to the details. Not a happy Customer. read more

Terrific service. Unbelievably, they all seem to care about you and your vehicle. Fast, friendly response up front and the guys in the shop work hard to get the work done. They all seem to work very well as a team as well. read more

We love Discount Tire! They are always crazy busy, but still take the time to do a great job. I've watched them patiently explain options to clients in such a kind way. The shop is super fun, busy and efficient. My kid enjoy watching them work, I appreciate seeing young men and women work so hard. Thanks all! read more

Always busy, yet they get work done when you come with no appointments in a reasonable amount of time. Great place

I compared prices for the tires I wanted at nearly every place in town. Although Discount tire wasn't the cheapest, the guarantee they offer made up the difference. I put on a lot of miles and usually pay $20 every oil change to have my tires rotated, that was included too. Their customer service is top notch as I saw with not just myself but with other people who had come in needing assistance. They are so busy, it was hard to get through to someone on the phone so I just stopped in. I will be a repeat customer and spread the word about your excellent service. read more

I had a flat tire and they took it off, repaired it, and put it back on with NO CHARGE! They were polite, respectful, and super nice. I will never buy tires from anywhere else! Where can you get anything free these days?! read more

The experience I had today at Discount Tire was exemplary! I need to preface the fact that I did not buy tires from them. I was able to purchase a set of virtually new rims and tires from a private homeowner. I have been working with Austin who is the most Knowledgeable and pleasant young man to work with. At the time they were slow he said "come on in and we will put them on for you". They even did a spin balance at no additional cost. I did buy a new set of Lugnuts which were needed and I gave him and his guys a Big tip for the fantastic customer service. Everyone on the floor was pleasant, helpful, and went out of their way to take care of me. For 30 years I have been an outside sales rep with my car being my office. I've had many experiences with horrible customer service to average. Austin and his crew hit a home run in my book! With service like that you have a customer for life now! I think I've already shared my wonderful experience with over 10 individuals in my family and will continue to do so for years to come! Thank you again Austin and everyone at discount tire! Scott A. I gave them 1 star and they r not even worthy of that 1 Star! Don't go here! My husband ordered tires And rims for our four wheeler. We were told they would be in within 7-10 business days. The tires came in on time and called us to say they were in. They said the rims were just getting off the ship, going through customs and we should get within a week. We didn't receive a call the following week. So we called, the guy said the exact same thing as the week before. So again we wait. Now my husband called and said the rims r discontinued. Um... they have had our money for 7 weeks and no product. No apology, except if we want our money back we have to go back to the store. Don't buy tires here. read more

Sorry guys, customer lost. New tires on our Jeep Grand Cherokee took four visits...one to purchase and three return trips to get the balance correct. On our final visit, the manager on duty did take the time to do the balancing correctly. There are lots of tire stores out there, customer service will differentiate you from the pack. read more

Incredible courteous and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about rebate offers. Quick and efficient. Well certainly go here again.

This location is great, the team is fast and efficient, the work good deals and match prices both online and local.

We shopped around to get new tires for my hubbys truck. This place had the best deal AND was willing to get them put on immediately. So we took the kids across the street and walked around Home Depot. Then we came back and hung out for a bit and they were done. Now I will say tires are not cheap anymore. Last time I bought tires k think I paid the same price for all four that we did for one.. But I guess that's the trend these days. Regardless the employees were very nice to us and our toddlers running around the store. We will be back when we need tires again.. Hopefully it will be a very long time but we would definitely come back here! read more

I have been a customer for 6-8 years. Never disappointed. Great service. Online ordering is simple. No surprises. There is a bit of up selling but that is not unusual anywhere. The entire crew is professional and customer engagement is top-notch. read more

These guys are great! Fixed my bead problem, told me what to look for in the future and gave me prices for replacement rims, and not the most expensive ones either. Trust these guys and they don't take advantage of you! Great customer service. read more

We have been customers of Discount Tire at the Waite Park Location for many years. Customer Service in the store has been great. I recently had an issue which I brought to the attention of the Manager, Chris. I was amazed at his responsiveness to my request and to how quickly this issue was resolved. By his attitude and their quick response, they avoided losing a loyal customer....for which I am very happy. They really do walk the talk and I am more than happy to remain a loyal discount tire customer. read more

I found the tires I wanted on the Discount Tire website and shopped around to see if I could find them lower. I actually found the same tires about $12/tire lower and they honored that without any issues; which saved me about $48. I then asked about a manufacturer promo that was going on and the salesperson took the time to find it on the manufacturer's website. The only "negative" to the experience was that their waiting area only had some coffee and a small mini fridge with some water bottles. Many places now offer vending machines, popcorn, etc. Even with the subpar waiting area, the customer service was great and the tires were installed within the time frame given. read more

Good prices, fast walk in flat service and great customer service! Never had any issues with warrantee replacement either and I've had a few nails. read more

Love love love this company! We have lived in MN, WA, and CA and Discount Tire is always a pleasure to work with! Tyler and Manager Chris did us a huge favor by calling Bridgestone and argue if on our behalf. They have great customer service, always put the customer first, and have great prices :) We have never had a bad experience no matter which state we are in or which Discount Tire we are at. They will forever be our tire store!!!! read more

This store has always had service with a smile. Great prices always help too. They are the only people I will be buying tires from.

Very nice people and the managers are nice too. Pricing on tires is very good, probably unbeatable, but they can't properly balance tires to save their life. When you fail at what should be a core competency, something is really wrong and needs to be corrected. read more

Worthless written tread wear warranty! My receipt clearly states 45,000 mile warranty on the two tires I purchased but John said today that the warranty is only 22,500 miles because the tires cannot be rotated to the front due to a different size there. The original salesperson and I discussed that issue at time of purchase and he assured me the warranty was good for the stated 45,000 miles even if the tires could not be rotated. Did the original salesperson lie to me? Is the written warranty worthless? Yes to both questions. Do not trust either their oral or written representations. Buyer beware. read more

The people at this location are awesome! Thomas Karolus went above and beyond to help me. The tires on my daughter's car were in such bad shape the cords were showing. I could only afford to get 2 tires this week and the other 2 next week but because the tires were so bad and it's my daughter's car Thomas didn't feel right about letting me leave with the other 2 tires in the condition they were in. He gave me an amazing deal and I was able to get all 4! Unless I move this will be the place I will always go to when I need tires. All of the employees are so nice and helpful. read more
