This review is 100% the truth…read more.. ** CUSTOMERS BEWARE ** I brought my van in for an oil change I always pay extra to have other fluids topped off as well. A guy from the shop asked me did you just have your transmission fluid changed? I replied no. He said it was the cleanest he had ever seen. That's because there was none in it. My transmission went out. My mechanic said no fluid wrecked it. I contacted Scott the owner he blamed my van? So I leased a truck and went to a koo. My customer asked where's your van I told him what happened. He said I brought my truck there they didn't put oil in it and my motor went out. Snappy Lube had to replace it. So I thought I would take them to court. Then I read someone else did and Scott got on a payment plan? That customer said it took forever to get paid back. All said Scott cost me $2,500 to bring it to Snappy Lube for an oil change. Don't be fooled on his website as well look for lowest ratings he has a lot of them folks.

No diagnosis, no solution, just a complete waste of my time. And to top it off? They had the audacity to charge me for literally doing NOTHING. What's even more frustrating is that I was referred here by Tire Discount, which makes me question their recommendations altogether. I genuinely believe they just kept my car sitting in the back the whole time instead of actually checking it. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service is absolutely baffling. This place clearly doesn't value its customers and seems perfectly fine with wasting people's time and money. If you're looking for a shop that actually does something for your car instead of just collecting your cash for no reason, stay far away from this place.

This place is amazing ~ it's like going back in time with good service and low cost. My wife and I…read morehave used Joe's Garage four time this past year for both our cars and their service and cost were the best we have found in the area. Just a quick example (and we've had more involved repairs than this) I found out yesterday my wife's car's back taillight had burned out. I called them this morning at 8:05am. They said bring it in. I told them I could leave it and come back but they said they fix is immediately. I walked the dog around The block snd the car was finished. Total cost for two burned out light bulbs and labor, $20.00. Another time my wife's front headlights and casings were getting glazed over from years of wear. I brought it in and they told me to save money to order them online at Amazon and bring them in and they would install them. I did, we saved money and the brand new headlights look great. Thank you Joe's Garage.

They don't sell you things you don't need. They don't do everything - I don't believe they do tire work for example - but they're able to do most engine/mechanical work. But now that I'm up here it's not really feasible to drive an hour south, drop off my car for a day or two, and figure out a ride back up here or renting a car. So I had to look for someone up here. Mike's Repair looked well reviewed so I took a chance on them. Turns out they are awesome too! I appreciated that when I called someone picked up right away in the evening and got me scheduled for first thing the next morning. Car was fixed the same day. Price was reasonable. A bit more than I'm used to, but I know the guy I used to go to was really giving me a sweetheart deal. I think Mike's gave me good value for the money I paid. I have 240k+ miles on this Civic of mine and it just keeps chugging along. So I'm sure I'll be back to Mike's as it needs more work. I'll definitely return!
