Everyone over met and dealt with has been pleasant and knowledgeable. I didn't feel steamrolled by a pushy salesman when I made my purchase. DuWayne helped me set up the myCheverlot app and OnStar services before driving away. Amber was also helpful with being me a lower interest rate than what my bank quoted me! Checking the car in for the oil change was quick, and now I wait until the service is complete. 5 chairs.... to hard for my taste.... my hips hurt. Fox News is on the TV, but the volume is so low that I can at least tune it out. Area is clean and fresh coffee is offered. There's even a small round table with books and crayons for the littles.

They made it look like it was in good condition. When I received it, I was in utter shock. It looked like it had been sitting next to the Titanic. Friedrich's gave it a paint job and said it was good to go. I talked with them after I received it and told them it was a rust bucket. They should have never sold this trailer, it should have been scrapped. The owner sent me a check for $4500.00, it only covered a 1/4 of what needed to be repaired on it. I'm writing this review for anyone looking from another state to buy anything from these guys. In all my years I never thought anyone ethical could sell this trailer to anyone in such unusable and poor condition. The owner of this business is a prick. Buyer beware!!
