In total I paid almost 200 so the Groupon is misleading IMO and all they did was vacuum the car and put tire shine on the wheels. As for quality of the service? There's still dirt all over my doors, they don't dress or shine the dash/doors, they didn't even clean the interior of my tailgate, and the ketchup on seatbelt? Still there.

Took it to Sanddune's auto and they said there's literally no way that they balanced my tires or their calibration machine is off. Try to get in contact with them four separate times and they say they will call back and they never do. I called the next day After my initial appointment and told them it was still shaking, they Told me to make another appointment but they couldn't get me till almost 3 weeks later so I made the appointment. Ridiculous that I have to wait that long to get something fixed that they didn't do the first time. Oh, to top it off I had to sit for over two hours. Waste of my time and money. They charged me a little over $88 for a balance. Sandu auto was $55 and they said that my front tire was not round so they swapped it to the back right side and they truly balance them. There was a huge difference. I noticed immediately.. What a joke of a place.

Instead of honoring the deal, they're using the survey as an excuse to back out of providing something as small as $200 floor mats even though we signed an agreement. This behavior is petty, unprofessional, and a huge red flag for how they treat customers. A business that puts more value on a survey than honoring their commitments and signed agreements, is not one you can trust. Go to a dealership that respects their customers and stands by their word.
