They went ahead and signed me up anyways, charging me over $400 and they wouldn't refund me nor did they even apologize for stealing from me. I called the Waite Park Police Dept to notify them of this fraud and reported the fraudulent charges to my credit card company.

I enjoy their chicken tenders a lot and their rotisserie chicken for $5.99 on Monday's. They offer family fried chicken meals which are perfect if you're looking for a fast dinner on a busy night. Generally, we love to get their produce, meat, bakery, and hot foods. Their gas is cheaper than some of their competitors, so I'd recommend coming here for gas if you're running low. Sign up for their Kwik Trip Loyalty Rewards, so you can get some gas coupons and rack up reward points during future trips. The area by the rear brake lights and license plate never gets cleaned. Cancelled it in the fall. They ran a valentine's promotion just in the last week here where it was "buy one get one" if you bought their most expensive wash through their website. Upon checking out online with the promo code I only got one wash, not two. Emailed their customer service. EXTREMELY SLOW response time. Took them 4 days to respond to their email and their only suggestion was basically "are you sure you read the whole email receipt and scrolled down to the bottom to find your code?" That's it. That's what they had to say about it. Of course I did. Terrible response. Replied with a PDF copy of the original email showing only one wash code, waited another two days. Rep said the promo code didn't work or come through on the order somehow so I'm just out of luck. Won't be back. The wash isn't that great and the customer service is SLOW and TERRIBLE.
