Between the service and the insurance rep. i got two different stories. the job took longer then promised and NO offer to help or fix the rust when i stopped in for suggestions, I understand the rust coming through on my truck like they all do but to get the cold shoulder and plain out NO felt like poor service. The Ham Lake location was a little backed up due to staff shortages. I okay'd having my car "shipped" to a secondary location for the actual repairs. It ended up in Sauk Rapids. My main contact person was Justin and he was wonderful with customer service communication. I received updates 2-3 times a week for 3 weeks. I also received text messages to follow along with repair updates. Somehow it worked out that they finished early and were able to "ship" my car back to Ham Lake a day earlier than what was quoted on the text updates. Getting my first look at my car after repairs were done, it looked so pretty! Can't even tell anything was broken in the first place. Thank you for all your help!

Every autobody I called said they were 6 months out, but KC Autobody said they could get it done in…read moreonly a few days. I couldn't wait 6 months, so I brought my truck to KC's. Well, the front end damage was more significant than initially thought, so had to wait another week before it was done. When I got home and gave it a good look I discovered a trim piece below the headlight was loose. That's ok, I'll just push it back on. Then when I was on the highway, there was a loud noise and I discovered the front underbody was rubbing on the tires. I had to wire it up to keep it from rubbing. Upon returning home I found the trim piece below the headlight on the other side was missing! I had to order a new one from the dealership and install it myself. Now, after a trip I arrived with my front turn signal swinging from the wires. It appears the clips that fastened it in place were broken and instead of replacing it they just shoved the broken light housing back into place and called it good. Only it wasn't. I guess you get what you pay for in this case, as I will have to now replace the light myself.

Manager said it might of been from pressure washer.. still you dont expect to receive vehicle back in WORSE condition after $3000 in repairs. I have pictures from when collision occured and after work was completed. Basically my vehicle went from having slight paint bubbling over rear wheel well to huge hole thanks to St. Cloud Collsion.
