A short walk through a trail led me to the event space. After the drive from Reno, I was ready for a frosty beverage. I amused to going to beer gardens and bars but having to settle for drinks that are gluten-free. Sometimes it's a cocktail or maybe a seltzer or cider. To my surprise, all of the beers are GF! I had a Blonde Ale, a Shandy, and a Lager. It has been YEARS since I have been able to have a beer at a brewery. When we got home and opened them, both were completely burned and well done. We called about 25 minutes after picking up the order, as soon as we saw the burgers. I explained that we had just come home from the hospital with our three-day-old newborn and lived 30 minutes away, so driving back was not possible. I offered to send photos that clearly showed how burned the burgers were. The person I spoke with still said he couldn't help us unless we brought them back. I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me there was no manager there. Mistakes happen, but asking us to make another hour-long drive with a newborn just to show them the burgers was unreasonable. We ended up throwing the food in the trash, and they lost loyal customers of many years over the way they handled this. We won't be coming back, and we definitely won't recommend this place again.
