The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel confident I'm getting the best care for my eyes! I see Dr. VanMeter for my regular eye exams. She takes the time to listen to me and makes sure I'm happy with my prescription. She always manages to dig up some samples for me, despite my not-too-common prescription. The exam rooms are spotless. It's a nice, quiet setting that's perfect for folks who experience appointment anxiety. This past year was my first time ordering glasses from the store, and I'd definitely order again. The staff were extremely helpful with my indecisiveness about the frames. They had great suggestions, and I ended up with a pair I love. I initially had some issues with the fit, and they encouraged me to return as many times as necessary to ensure I was comfortable with them. Their selection of frames are on the expensive side, but they seem to be worth the price. Things to note: There's a parking garage in the same building. You can access it through the alley to the left of the clinic. They have convenient online scheduling. They also offer an online contact ordering system, but it's a little confusing to use. I typically ask staff to order my contacts for me after my appointments.

Dr. Moline was funny and friendly and I learned so much while talking with him. Truly, the appointment was a delight. My family has been going to her for as long as I can remember. She is an excellent eye doctor. She is ultra thorough and informative. However, the women working at the front desk, one in particular, is the face of incompetence. I feel bad for making such a strong statement, but sometimes people just need to speak up. Her appearance exudes laziness, attitude, and lack of interest in helping customers. She is the first person you see and speak with when visiting Dr. Murali's office. It's a shame that such an amazing doctor doesn't have a better front desk person.

He prescribed bifocals that never worked. Even after having them remade, I have been suffering and unable to see through them unless they were at the tip of my nose for a year. Today I discovered that they measured my PD completely wrong!! Off by 15mm in an rx of -8.0+ I have been terrified all year that my vision was going away because my mother had cataracts in her late 30s. Really terrible experience that decreased my quality of life until my insurance would pay for another exam. Additionally, the plastic rayban frames are the crappiest, lowest QA glasses I have ever had in almost four decades. Go somewhere else.

Now they have some designer brands that are more economical, but they tend to be more of the unisex verity and obnoxious colors as the public demands. I've been recycling my prescription sun glasses for about eight years. I can see the frown and grit from the specialist when I tell them to replace the lenses in my old frames. I just can't find anything close to slim style and comfortable fit. The service is excellent and patients are tended to quickly. They'll make adjustments

Dr. Krysiak re-refracted my son and found that the original prescription was incorrect, the Spectacle Shoppe re made my sons glasses at no charge, even though the mistake wasn't theirs! I was so impressed :) Dr. Krysiak does complete exams, so no need to spend hours at an ophthalmologists office. My son has special needs and he's so kind and patient with him. My entire family are life long customers :)
