This company make an appointment with me to get my gutters cleaned. They picked the time and said they were wide open that day. When they didn't show, I checked my email and they said they would be two hours late. At the new time they didn't show either. They had my phone and could have called to let me know. Email is not an appropriate form of communication only a few minutes before your appointment. You can't count on this company to keep their appointments. They are very unprofessional. read more

Kyle came to our house for a window cleaning. I got in touch with him through his website and he promptly called me back the same day. He found my home on google and was able to get a basic idea of how many windows we have and he emailed me an estimate a couple hours later. From there we continued to communicate by email until our appointment. We had to push back the cleaning because of snow, but Kyle kept in contact to reschedule. In his estimate he quoted us a lower price than 2 other window washing companies. We bought the house 6 months ago and the windows were filthy. He was on time, communicated in advance via email, was professional and personable. My 18 month old son had fun waving at him as he first cleaned outside. When he came into the house he worked quickly and quietly. He did an amazing job. Our windows and the tracks are so clean. He did not charge us to have the tracks wiped down. We had a very poor outcome with attempting to use this company. Kyle was prompt and courteous in coming out to give us a bid to clean our house and shed roofs, power wash our sidewalks, driveway, and patio. We scheduled a day and time to have the job done. They NEVER showed up, NEVER!! No calls, no apologies, NADA! I called when they were over three hours late and was assure by Kyle that they were running late, but they would be there. However, they never showed up.We are an elderly couple and it was no easy task for us to remove all of the items off the patio to prepare for them coming(i.e. large BBQ, wrought iron table and chairs, swing, etc.), only to have to put it all back the same night as the lawn service was coming the next day.(and without the patio being cleaned) I called again, but, of course, only was able to leave a message. We chose Kyle based on excellent reviews, personable and informative conversations about his cleaning services, and responsiveness. He and his partner washed our windows inside and out, cleaned out the gutters and washed off the streaks and drips, pressure-washed the driveway, sidewalk, and entry walkway, brushed the moss blobs off the roof and treated the whole roof to kill the overall small moss/algae growth. They arrived when scheduled, worked hard, and did an excellent job with everything. Cleanup was thorough (no water drips on furniture or floors, no slopped gutter gunk in the shrubs, no plants damaged by the ladder). All communication was directly with Kyle (YEA!) and his bid was great--about the same as another service we had used for 5 years, but without the hassles of a +/- 2-hr arrival window (a 4-hour leeway?!) and uneven service quality (depending on the people sent that day) and general destruction of the shrubbery. We called for an estimate on Tuesday and got a quote right away. Kyle said he would have someone at our home on Thursday at 9:00. Really professional, knowledgeable, and cost effective, as well as incredibly thorough! Kyle came by to wash our windows on a Friday, and we asked for a quote to clean our roof and gutters as well. He explained that it would be better to clean the roof and gutters before washing the windows, since they would get dirty again with the roof cleaning process. He gave us a reasonable quote that was less than half of the other bids we had received, and then gave us a further discount because we were doing all 3 services at once. He came back the next business day with Vance, and the two of them worked in the blazing hot sun for several hours. Their work was simply fantastic! We are VERY pleased with Kyle and his staff! We hired Squeegee Pros to wash our entire house, patios, windows inside and out, vinyl roof coverings above our deck and garage, as well as our fence - a big dirty job! I'm getting my house ready to put on the market, and I need to get things done quickly. I contacted Kyle and he was able to get me an estimate quickly, and was out getting my house power washed within days of initial contact. Then when I realized that I had forgotten to ask him to clean my garage door and back patio he came right back out on Monday after being at my house on Friday. He didn't even charge for me the additional work, and was patient with my forgetfulness. We communicated over phone and email, and actually never spoke face to face since I am already in a new residence 16 miles away.
