My wife and I needed our clogged gutters cleaned and windows washed. After searches and quotes we chose Squeegee Pro. Cesar scheduled our cleaning next day 9am and came right on time. After initial check, he showed me photos of the issue. The old bent and broken gutter screens that I installed 25yr back are now just catching/holding 4 inches of leaves and debris. I've had these gutters cleaned 4 times before... just quick 15-20 minutes with a blower and nobody showed me the real problem. Cesar spent over 2 hours to remove my broken gutter screens, thoroughly cleaned the gutters and bagged all debris. My gutters are properly clean first time in many years! Similarly on my window cleaning each has an old brittle/dusty window screen on lower half. I was concerned these would break if removed for cleaning. Cesar was so careful - he removed, cleaned and reinstalled every screen with no damage at all. Later, he contacted us and asked us to pay $500 for the same work. We reminded him of our agreement, and he accepted. He then wanted to change the date. Later he asked for $650 for the same work.
