They came for our Willow Glen house yesterday and spent about 5 hours here, cleaning every window and skylight big or small, low or high up. It looks absolutely amazing! Two staff members who showed up were very professional and did a very nice job cleaning my windows, including a kitchen "garden" window. I appreciate that the staff members wore masks since the cleaning was provided during the Covid pandemic. Having clean windows changes the entire look of your house, especially if they have a layer of dust and dirt on the exterior. Ditched me after re-scheduling 2 times on their end (past the agreed time)... Not good customer approach at all. I scheduled my cleaning 2 weeks in advance for Saturday. Got their message on the day that they can't come and offered to reschedule to the next day (Sunday). I agreed and waited all Sunday too. They messaged after the due time to tell me they can't come. OK, I understand. Rescheduled to Tuesday and told them I will need to leave my work earlier to meet them (a big inconvenience on my side). Came home on time to wait and nobody showed up nor they called me to tell they are not coming. Just disappeared from the radar. No answer to my text messages, voicemail or emails. It's been a year with Diamond's Window Cleaning, and they've been fantastic cleaning our building's windows. We have a quarterly scheduled window cleaning set up, and like clockwork, the DWC team schedules with us to set an upcoming appointment, and then they drop by to do the cleaning. It's unbelievable how unreliable this company is. Everything started out fine - I scheduled for windows cleaning, rescheduled a few times - and they seemed very flexible and accommodating. I got text notification of arrival time etc - except the day of - no one arrived. Waited for a few hours - texted them, called them, and emailed them - no one answered. The next day - no one bothered to call me to apologize or anything - as if nothing has happened. Got quotes from 5-6 providers, and these folks were competitive and provided best detail on the quote quickly. They came out to do the residential gutter cleaning and informed me they couldn't do the work because the gutters had permanent guards. So basically, I wasted there time. They did a really great job on my windows! I have 33 windows, about half with screens, some odd sizes. Two guys did the entire job (inside, outside, screens, and tracks) in about 4 hours. They were very polite and really worked hard. Windows are crystal clear, but the clean tracks is what I'm happiest about. I'd use them again. read more

I contacted several window & Photovoltaic (PV) panel cleaning companies & selected Diamond's. They cleaned 35 PV panels, skylights, all of the windows, glass doors, and sliding glass doors, removed & cleaned all the screens, blew the debris off the roof and off of the upstairs balcony, cleaned the window sills inside & out, and cleaned all the window & sliding door tracks inside & out. The guys worked really hard & were excellent. They asked me if they had any questions or concerns. They took great care to work carefully both inside and outside our home..
