Quality service. First time trying for a large home we were prepping and Joshua and Andres arrived on schedule and did a wonderful job. They didn't rush and sent photos when finished since I had to run out. Also their rate was reasonable compared to some others we looked at. Stephanie is also very responsive to all my questions when booking. I highly recommend Diamond's! read more

Prompt, they're a beautiful job on our windows and was very reasonable. Yes I would highly recommend diamond windows to everyone.

You did an excellent job! And went the extra mile by cleaning the inside of the living room skylight. A great attitude and excellent results. read more

I've used Diamond's window cleaning several times in the past 3 years for both window washing and gutter cleaning. They do an excellent job with attention to detail and clean up the work site afterwards. There are a lot of trees in my neighborhood, I will be setting up regular seasonal appointments with Diamond's to ensure my gutters are always working properly. read more

Excellent customer service & fair pricing! Diamond is my go to every year! Reliable, trustworthy and superior customer service!

I have been using this company for years to clean my solarium windows. Had my annual appointment scheduled & on the day of received a message that "one of the crew had a family emergency & we would need to reschedule." They never reached out, I tried three times & nothing. They do a good job cleaning windows but I am not sure about their business practices. read more

Well done as always! Timely snd good work Yelp makes me add more words to post review so I'm just filling space at this point . I think it's ridiculous to force 85 min characters in a review... read more

I have used Diamond's Window Cleaning for the past four years and I cannot recommend them enough. They wash my windows (inside and out) and power wash my decks. The house is left spotless. They are also so quick and efficient. read more

First of all, let me say that Josh and his worker did an excellent job. My windows are so shiny. They were on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to everyone . My windows are glistening. I checked out other places, but they would only do a partial of the window then add the extras with a higher price .Diamond window cleaning did everything. They cleaned the glass they cleaned the tracks and they cleaned the screens. I am 100% satisfied with their work. read more

I've used Diamond's window cleaning for many years. They always do a great job. I had them power wash my patio too. No more moss. read more

Great service from initial for quote which was very to do with photos and was accurate. The crew that came out to do window washing, gutter cleaning as well as power washing the house and patio arrived on time and worked very hard. They did a fantastic job! Highly recommend. read more

The Diamond crew are absolutely fantastic - they did an amazing job on my two story house and were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Joshua and Andres as a great team to make your house look amazing. read more

They came for our Willow Glen house yesterday and spent about 5 hours here, cleaning every window and skylight big or small, low or high up. It looks absolutely amazing! They are so clean, it looks like there are no windows there and birds are going to try to fly through LOL. Really pleased with the overall experience. read more

Update - used Diamond again to get rid of 2 years' dirt. Excellent job by Joshua, who had to work alone when his colleague cancelled. Thorough, careful job - could not have asked for better. read more

Easy scheduling, reasonable prices, and great quality of work. Would definitely recommend.

Super impressed! Thank you Joshua and team. The 40 windows in my office now look beautiful, inside and out.

Two staff members who showed up were very professional and did a very nice job cleaning my windows, including a kitchen "garden" window. I appreciate that the staff members wore masks since the cleaning was provided during the Covid pandemic. They showed me some hard water spots on one window and recommended that I advise the company the next time I schedule a cleaning so they can bring some special chemicals to deal with that. read more

Very good service. They did a great job on our tall windows and skylights a couple of years ago. You will not regret hiring them.

After many years our window washer retired and we went to YELP for a recommendation. Thank you, YELP. Stephanie, the estimator from Diamond, came to our house exactly on time, carefully observed the details of the job and gave us an estimate. We scheduled an appointment. The day came and it was pouring rain. We were rescheduled without any problem or fuss. Two men came on time and worked diligently and finished in a timely fashion. When done, they asked us to inspect and approve the work. Our windows are sparkling clean, inside and out. The final cost exactly matched the estimate. Look no further! read more

Having clean windows changes the entire look of your house, especially if they have a layer of dust and dirt on the exterior. I live in a 3 story townhouse so there was no way for me to get the exterior on the upper levels. Diamond got me scheduled for only couple of days after my call to schedule. They showed up on time and did an amazing job. Very professional, kept everything clean in their area of work (went above and beyond here) and the windows look amazing. Couldn't be happier! Thank you! read more

Ditched me after re-scheduling 2 times on their end (past the agreed time)... Not good customer approach at all. I scheduled my cleaning 2 weeks in advance for Saturday. Got their message on the day that they can't come and offered to reschedule to the next day (Sunday). I agreed and waited all Sunday too. They messaged after the due time to tell me they can't come. OK, I understand. Rescheduled to Tuesday and told them I will need to leave my work earlier to meet them (a big inconvenience on my side). Came home on time to wait and nobody showed up nor they called me to tell they are not coming. Just disappeared from the radar. No answer to my text messages, voicemail or emails. Terrible attitude to the customers! Never again. read more

It's been a year with Diamond's Window Cleaning, and they've been fantastic cleaning our building's windows. We have a quarterly scheduled window cleaning set up, and like clockwork, the DWC team schedules with us to set an upcoming appointment, and then they drop by to do the cleaning. All of are windows are sparkling clean afterwards, and the windows with debris are cleared away. We provided feedback earlier in the year, and the feedback was noted and implemented on the subsequent cleanings. Totally awesome to have a professional crew that listens and are excellent at their craft. I would highly recommend DWC for window cleaning and maintenance. read more

Nothing but best experience with these guys. Prompt response, timely arrival, fast work, great quality. Price is not the lowest but reasonable. Thank you! read more

Stephanie's crew did an outstanding job on the windows. They have cleaned them so well that it looks like there is no glass on the windows, and the screens are barely visible. read more

Stephanie and her crew are amazing! She responded my yelp message immediately and responded to all my questions and scheduled the appointment all in less than 30 min. She texted and emailed me the appointment confirmation. Texted me when they are on the way to my house. This was a top rated hassle free experience! I highly recommend Diamond's Window cleaning. They were on time, fast and done a great job with my windows. If I could, I would give them more than five stars! read more

I'd love to give a review....but this firm did not return my phone call. Hopefully, they are incredibly busy with business, but a courtesy phone call telling me that would have been nice. read more

It's unbelievable how unreliable this company is. Everything started out fine - I scheduled for windows cleaning, rescheduled a few times - and they seemed very flexible and accommodating. I got text notification of arrival time etc - except the day of - no one arrived. Waited for a few hours - texted them, called them, and emailed them - no one answered. The next day - no one bothered to call me to apologize or anything - as if nothing has happened. My move-in almost got screwed by them had I not have a house cleaning crew also scheduled the same day who can helped clean the interior windows. Unbelievably unprofessional. read more

They do a fantastic job! This is the second time I've had them come out to clean my windows and their attention to detail is amazing!! Highly recommend. read more

We have just used Diamond's Window Cleaning for the second time and are just as pleased as we were the first time. This time they did our windows, solar panels and gutters. The team is delightful, efficient and works very cleanly (no mess left behind). Stephanie does a great job of scheduling and communication about the team's arrival on the day of service. I would highly recommended their services! read more

Super responsive office, showed up on time as scheduled. They are my go to window cleaners!

The outside of our windows really needed a good cleaning! The guys at Diamond were quick, thorough, kind, and did an amazing job!!! They also cleaned all of my outside light fixtures and skylight of our 2-story home. I'm booking them again next Spring! Shout out to Stephanie for a very easy bid experience and booking. Good value! read more

Great service. Stephanie is very organized and will follow up. She quickly provided a quote and confirmed a date. Two days before, she confirmed the appointment, and the team showed up on time. Very happy with the result (gutter cleaning), and the communication process. I need a last-minute, quick (and good) gutter cleaning service done before the crazy holiday/travel season. Glad I went with this place. Yelp suggests this business to me when I quoted. When Stephanie responded, I thought it was a mistake as this looks like a window cleaning company. Well, I tried with her anyways as she is the first who back to me. The assessment was done quickly with address and pictures; their price is reasonable compared to other vendors; communication is clear even though there was some email glitch that their emails never show up in my inbox. The whole process (first contact, quote, scheduling, actual cleaning, bill) was done within a week, with minimum effort from my side. The job is not too challenging itself. The guys arrived earlier than scheduled, did the work quick and clean up the yard afterwards. Guess who I would ask for help next time I need a window cleaning. :D read more

Got quotes from 5-6 providers, and these folks were competitive and provided best detail on the quote quickly. They came out to do the residential gutter cleaning and informed me they couldn't do the work because the gutters had permanent guards. So basically, I wasted there time. Yet they were still very friendly and understanding. I'm sure they would have done a great job. This review is for how well they handled a situation that was out of their control and not ideal. Would totally hire them if I could! read more

Fast response, they showed up as scheduled. Did a pro job and they were very clean and tidy! Very polite too !! read more

They did a really great job on my windows! I have 33 windows, about half with screens, some odd sizes. Two guys did the entire job (inside, outside, screens, and tracks) in about 4 hours. They were very polite and really worked hard. Windows are crystal clear, but the clean tracks is what I'm happiest about. I'd use them again. read more

Diamond's Window Cleaning - Window Washing Near Me - San Jose, California

I waited a bit too long to book our spring window cleaning, every place was booked out until late July, but Stephanie was able to fit us in the following week. The job included gutter cleaning, sweeping redwood tree debris from the roof, window cleaning (inside and out), screens and tracks. The two man crew was very professional and thorough, they arrived on time at 8am and were here for over 6 hours and did not seem to even take a lunch break (we offered to pick up lunch but they politely declined). This is a small family owned business, they do a great job. Stephanie followed up with a thank you email and a detailed invoice. We were very satisfied with the results and would use this company again. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Diamond's. The estimator was prompt and courteous. Took just a few minutes to go over the details and we were given an on-the-spot quote. It was reasonable! Scheduled the window cleaning at our convenience. The employees were great! Super nice guys. A fantastic job on our entire house, in and out. They wore booties in the house. Thanks for that! We have a large house and many sliding doors (lots of glass!) and these were done very nicely. They finished the job in the estimated time. That was appreciated. We walked through the house to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Diamond's is a fantastic company; caring employees. HIGHLY recommended. read more
