They quoted a window cleaning and essentially a floor cleaning for less than it took them to do the actual work. Ironic most of these kinds of companies take much longer to do work once it's an hourly job. However they didn't tell me nor did we agree on a more expensive cost but somehow cleaning windows and paint on the floor took them 8 hours to do. I had a separate window and cleaner come quote me and windows would have been a 2/3 hour cleaning at most. They then tried to lie about the amount of windows I had - and inflated the cost yet again (I don't live at the property currently) and then in the matter of 1 hour after cleaning their final invoice went up again by $100 so at the end of all their 'work' it was double what they originally quoted me. If you don't want the bait and switch I got, make sure they go to your house to give you an actual quote or they may they to take advantage of you and charge you double. Bait and switch is illegal in marketing and they don't seem to have a cleaning license which I will be complaining with the BBB and contractors state license board. They come across as 'nice' but shady business practices trying to take advantage of people. Stay FAR away. I'm in the construction industry and work with these kinds of subs all the time and they are by far one of the worst I've worked with. read more

They even managed to clean a window on a side of my building next to some neighbors who don't like me--I don't have the best relationship with them, but they were able to get in there and clean that window. They even cleaned a window right behind my bed, removing the entire window, cleaning it in the house, and then putting it back in. Prices are super reasonable too! We are renting our home on Harmony Court in Santa Cruz, and the outside, roof and eves needed some refreshing after 4 years of birds, dust and cobwebs and the like. Hella Clean Windows y Mas was a pleasure! Easily scheduled, they arrived promptly the next day on May 27th. The base rate was $500 for this 2500 sq ft two story custom home, plus $5/window plus $250 for all of the gutters & downspouts, and the 3 patios (back, side and front), as well as the storage shed at the rear of our yard that had its own dirty walls and roof and gutters. The house now looks beautiful, almost as if it was repainted. Check out the before & after shots, especially the siding and the roof. They did an amazing job, making the previously dirty window sills and panes (84 of them!) clean and sparkling, cleaning all the gutters, cleaning the 3 patios, and making the siding look repainted. The paint job itself was good. It took six weeks but I understand considering one man was doing it all. They definitely need to hire more help. The gutter cleaning was ok, but the leaks still remain. I asked the owner several times to come and fix but she tells me that I need an annual cleaning. I noticed the leak after the first rain(less than a year) the job was done.
