I cannot say enough good things about Hella clean windows!! incredibly fast response time, professional and courteous service, and a clean that is so clear!! I very much appreciate the pricing options for my windows, my gutters, and my solar panels. Serena and the rest of the Hella Clean Windows y Mas team are fantastic! I requested a quote via Yelp for window cleaning, and I quickly received a helpful response. They were able to come out to my residence within a day. Once they got to my home, they quickly got to work and did a meticulous job cleaning the windows and screens. They also noticed my gutters desperately needed cleaning and offered to complete that service as well. Like my windows, my gutters and downspouts are now hella clean! In addition to doing phenomenal work, their quotes were very fair. I have the company's contact information saved in my phone, because I will definitely be hiring the team in the future - and so should you! You won't be disappointed. read more

They quoted a window cleaning and essentially a floor cleaning for less than it took them to do the actual work. Ironic most of these kinds of companies take much longer to do work once it's an hourly job. However they didn't tell me nor did we agree on a more expensive cost but somehow cleaning windows and paint on the floor took them 8 hours to do. I had a separate window and cleaner come quote me and windows would have been a 2/3 hour cleaning at most. They then tried to lie about the amount of windows I had - and inflated the cost yet again (I don't live at the property currently) and then in the matter of 1 hour after cleaning their final invoice went up again by $100 so at the end of all their 'work' it was double what they originally quoted me. If you don't want the bait and switch I got, make sure they go to your house to give you an actual quote or they may they to take advantage of you and charge you double. Bait and switch is illegal in marketing and they don't seem to have a cleaning license which I will be complaining with the BBB and contractors state license board. They come across as 'nice' but shady business practices trying to take advantage of people. Stay FAR away. I'm in the construction industry and work with these kinds of subs all the time and they are by far one of the worst I've worked with. read more

They did a great job on all three roofs! Good value and the panels really sparkle! This review comes three years after they did the job as I was locked out of my account for that period of time. read more

I needed someone to clean out my drain gutters that had been neglected as my husband became progressively disabled. I posted my job on Yelp; Serena contacted my quickly, assuring me they were licensed, bonded & carried their own worker's compensation insurance, and were well-respected. We agreed on a date. Dario arrived at the time promised and cleaned the gutters and all three downspouts which were loaded debris from neighborhood trees (he half-filled my yard-waste bin!). He left our yard clean & weather-ready at the slotted time.. They make a great team, we're reasonably priced, AND I will use them again! read more

Serena and her family got my windows Hella clean. They came out in just a day and were very reasonably priced. Even got a tricky second sorry window covered in bugs. Highly recommend. read more

Serena and her guys were great! They arrived early, finished quickly and were friendly and thorough throughout! They even managed to clean a window on a side of my building next to some neighbors who don't like me--I don't have the best relationship with them, but they were able to get in there and clean that window. They even cleaned a window right behind my bed, removing the entire window, cleaning it in the house, and then putting it back in. Prices are super reasonable too! I've now committed to calling these guys every fall so that my house can look great year round, or at least until the rains return! read more

Great family owned company. I called Serena after I poorly attempted to clean some of my windows and streaked the heck out of them. That's when I thought to myself... OK this a job for the professionals to handle! Hella Clean Windows was the first company I called for pricing and also the last! Serena was sweet on the phone, told me a little about their business and experience and had great pricing. I booked immediately with her. I also work with clients in their home and personal space and I value how comfortable and fun they made the whole process. You could tell they take pride in their business and they have great energy to be around. Everything looks great and I definitely will be using them again when it comes time. They also mentioned are gutters needed to be cleaned so we had that services added at the end. :) 5 stars all the way around! Now my windows are HELLA clean ;) read more

We are renting our home on Harmony Court in Santa Cruz, and the outside, roof and eves needed some refreshing after 4 years of birds, dust and cobwebs and the like. Hella Clean Windows y Mas was a pleasure! Easily scheduled, they arrived promptly the next day on May 27th. The base rate was $500 for this 2500 sq ft two story custom home, plus $5/window plus $250 for all of the gutters & downspouts, and the 3 patios (back, side and front), as well as the storage shed at the rear of our yard that had its own dirty walls and roof and gutters. The house now looks beautiful, almost as if it was repainted. Check out the before & after shots, especially the siding and the roof. They did an amazing job, making the previously dirty window sills and panes (84 of them!) clean and sparkling, cleaning all the gutters, cleaning the 3 patios, and making the siding look repainted. Highly recommended! And way cheaper than repainting the house! read more

I have seen the work and they get down. I will be hiring them when I need hella clean windows, you can't get better than this.

Super clean windows with a personal touch. Serena and her husband recently started their own business after years working for other window washing companies. They do all the work themselves and are both prompt and thorough. In addition to doing an expert job cleaning all of our windows (and we have several very large ones), they also spray washed the entire house and metal roof. My wife and I also appreciated that they followed Covid protocols and were fully masked while in our house without a necessary request from us. Serena is extremely responsive and replies to messages almost immediately. You will enjoy your experience with Hello Clean Windows and be thrilled with the end result. Highly recommend. read more

Serena and Dario were professionals who worked in rhythm with each other. I have never had my windows look so clean. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The paint job itself was good. It took six weeks but I understand considering one man was doing it all. They definitely need to hire more help. The gutter cleaning was ok, but the leaks still remain. I asked the owner several times to come and fix but she tells me that I need an annual cleaning. I noticed the leak after the first rain(less than a year) the job was done. They promise more than they can deliver. The owner has never returned any of my calls. read more

Serena and her husband were here today to clean all our windows from the inside and out, the screens and also the tracks. They had their masks on all the time without us even having to mention it. Serena and Dario are a terrific husband and wife team! I used their gutter/downspout cleaning services for a two-story tudor house. Serena responds quickly to all inquires; she has excellent communication skills. They have all the equipment that is needed for the job. Dario went above and beyond the scope of the job. He is speedy and does an excellent job, and they clean-up afterwards. Their price is very competitive. It was a very positive experience working with them. Next year, I will use their gutter cleaning service again. Thank you Serena and Dario. read more
