Hard worker but mediocre work. Will not hire him again. We hired them for cleaning out our gutters, removing moss off the roof, and to clean our solar panels. He responded very quickly and gave a very competitive price....probably among the 2-3 lowest I got. He also showed up on time and put in a sincere effort. That's where unfortunately the goodness stopped. There were few different problems for us - took 2x the amount of time he promised (bad but can live with that), the quality of work was mediocre to put it kindly (see photos), and finally got abusive & loud on the street when we asked him to fix the issues. Not something you want to see when you pay a few hundred dollars. Everyone has a bad day and I'm willing to cut some slack for the attitude but the quality of work was most concerning. The roof was not fully cleaned with moss/dirt left behind. Same issue with solar panel cleaning - lots of dust/dirt left behind - defeats the purpose of cleaning the panel. Lastly, he used products that I would not recommend - bleach for roof and hard water for cleaning panels. Big no no because it stains the panel. Overall, disappointed with the work and wished it turned out better. read more
