Great place for lunch or dinner. They have a good variety of beer on tap or bottled and canned. I enjoy the Devil's Purse kolsch, and my husband likes the Chimay red. The food menu is just what you are looking for in a gastropub. But we usually order the Cape Cod fish fry, with fried fish, scallops and shrimp. These are perfectly cooked, with a crisp coating. Service is good, always prompt and checking in on us. Stop by here for a good pub experience.

Glad we decided to stop here for a quick lunch. The French fries are double cooked and the crispy salty flavor was perfection. The three fish tacos had a spicy sauce and were cooked just right. We ate outside on the deck which they closed after we left. I imagine it gets quite busy in the summer, but we were alone up there on this April afternoon.

Small little bar/restaurant but in P-town, what isn't small? Had the smoked chowder and it was the best I've had in Cape Cod! We had the two toasties for our meal and they were pretty good too, but it would be the chowder that would bring me back!

The squealing pig was a random lunch stop for us and didn't disappoint! Wife and I both got the fried chicken, BBQ ranch sandwich. Came with slaw and pickles. I also added onion. Slaw was relatively tasteless. Chicken was nicely fried. It had a decent flavor overall but wasn't anything super special. We did upgrade ($4!) For sweet potato fries - they were delicious! Not sure what sort of hummus stuff came with them but it was also tasty! A decent little lunch spot!

A favorite place in town for a casual bite, without reservations fuss. Great cocktails and prices, surprisingly elevated food choices, beyond burgers. Service always attentive and friendly. Delicious rum punch. Also often has vegan and GF options.

With plenty of restaurants to choose from, the Squealing Pig stuck out due to its high number of reviews. And thankfully, it did not disappoint! We came during off season so there wasn't a crowd, but it looked like there were plenty of regulars here on a Thursday evening. Our group of 4 was seated and greeted immediately. I ordered the clam chowder and mussels, both extremely flavorful and generous portions. The clam chowder was creamy with a slight bacon flavor. The mussels were tasty and had a nice chew. Service and ambiance were great!

I came on lunch time on the weekday, so immediately I got a Seat. Sat by the bar, asked the bartender what's the recommendation for food. He simply said the back of the house are Nepalese. I immediately choose Nepalese curry (chicken) and spicy beef kebab (medium rare). It's well seasoned and has great flavor. The curry is not spicy, mild and came with papadom (Indian crackker).nice touch on garden salad that come with pumpkin salad. They have decent selection on tap beer but I decided to get Guiness 0 non alcoholic from a can. They also have a nice mezcal called Los sieste mysterious. Had with rocks, less smokey but great flavour

Delicious food!! Had the captains plate everything fresh. Fish tacos were delicious as well. Curry chicken tasted exactly like I was still in Ireland!

We wandered into The Squealing Pig and were happy to see a mix of tourists (like us) and local fishermen dining. We got a bacon topped lobster roll with hand cut, twice fried fries and steamed mussels in white wine, butter and garlic. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals and got great service at the bar, too. FYI, they serve a very delicious spicy Bloody Mary.

Unfortunately, the show took a sharp turn when she shifted into a lengthy political rant that I found deeply divisive. One of the most disturbing moments for me was when she stated that Jewish people were "superior," pointing to the number of Jewish Nobel Prize winners as evidence. She also spoke about feeling safest in Israel because of armed IDF soldiers with guns and referenced Palestinians throwing gay people off buildings. To me, these remarks came across as excusing or justifying the devastating treatment and genocide of the Palestinian people, which I found deeply disturbing. Rather than feeling like comedy, it felt like a political lecture. Another moment I found particularly disappointing was what I perceived as transphobic humor. At one point, she joked, "What are we going to do now if someone says they want to fuck a sleeve? Are we going to include them in our community?" I found that remark dismissive of LGBTQ+ people. Rather than clever satire, it felt like a mocking punchline directed at a marginalized community. It was disappointing to see the performance shift from comedy to political and cultural commentary. I went to laugh, not to sit through a lengthy ideological monologue. I left there asking myself how a venue like the Post Office Cafe would choose to host a routine like this.

Most recently, I visited with a group of friends after the PMC ride. Some had completed the race while others were there to support them, so we were arriving and leaving at different times. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, allowing us to swap diners in and out so we could all spend time together (something many restaurants wouldn't have been able to accommodate). They also welcomed our dog, bringing her ice water on a very hot day and plenty of treats. I wish I could remember the manager's name because he was outstanding, not just with our group, but with every guest who walked through the door. Exceptional hospitality that keeps us coming back.

Great bar and bartender Jeff was excellent. First trip, we ordered calamari and coconut shrimp apps and some cocktails at the bar. The American menu offers seafood and steakhouse options. Soups include French onion and seafood chowders. Our server, Chrissy, was very personable and super friendly. She definitely provided good information on menu for wine and dinner. We went with lobster chowder and coconut shrimp for starters and the pork chops with mashed potatoes for dinner. Chowder was loaded with seafood and flavorful. The pork chop was cooked medium to perfection with an amazing sauce. The mashed potatoes were very good. The meals were very filling so dessert was not ordered. The dessert menu offered full list for all palates including good list of digestifs. Both visits provided excellent experiences.
