Came here and got the loaded fries with clam chowder. It was a massive bowl of fries with chowder and it was actually quite tasty. We also tried the pepper tuna sandwich and that was also a massive piece of tuna in a sandwich. Overall, food tasted good but the service was really slow. I guess for a beach town, to be expected, but everything was wet and felt a bit grimy. Not too shabby, but could skip over this one if you are visiting.
Listen, if you've got an hour before the ferry leaves back to Boston, come here and get a burger. No use eating healthy like a salad after spending a bacchanalian weekend in P-Town. Jamie W and I were feeling especially peckish since we didn't have time to make breakfast before leaving our Airbnb spotless. We had seen this cavernous place from the street over the weekend, and saw a popular drag show brunch in full swing. It was comparatively a lot quieter on a Monday morning. Perusing the menu, we decided to split the $18 Classic Burger prepared medium rare (photo: https://yelp.to/PKRdRnW39c). A wise move as I didn't want to overeat before our boat trip for fear of...well, y'know (review of our ferry ride to P-Town: https://yelp.to/WrgH-NcqfM). I'm not sure what made the burger so satisfying but it was. They stated "organic grass-fed Braveheart beef". Sounded fancy, but the price was reasonable. The soft brioche bun and crispy fries helped. Time to board. Amazing vibes, they had this talented Drag Queen Scarlett who sang while we ate. Service was great, kept refilling out water. Food was alright, I'd definitely come back just for the performance.
First stop upon arriving in PTown! We were strolling down commercial street, noticed the adorable, colorful patio and decided "this is where we shall stop". Loved the patio vibe, and my first PTown cocktail, the froze, was delicious. Omg, it hit the spot. While cocktails in PTown will be on the pricey side, this one delivered. Tasty and packed a slight punch. My daughter thought her coconut marg was fabulous, too. Plus they have a selection of craft beer for the husband! ;-) As for the food... yum. I don't often get a burger; I rarely eat red meat. But these burgers came from grass fed cows (a huge plus for me). And I'm a sucker for a peanut butter burger. If you've never tried one, you don't know what you're missing. It was so good and so filling - it really hit the spot. Fries, both sweet potato and regular were perfect thickness. Our server (I'm terrible with names, but I think his name was Yuri) was awesome. Fun and friendly, attentive and helpful. All in all a great first meal in PTown! Yay!
Great spot to stop in for a cold beer/cocktail and some very good food. We were in the area and although most of the businesses downtown were not open this lil gem was. Friendly staff and great service. Guinness was fresh! The food was not your typical slapped together bar food. Everything we had was delicious! The decoris pretty cool too with one of a kind artwork and some cool lighting.
Fun place to stop on our first night. There was a free drag show. And had fun. Listening to the music.
Ok. The burgers here are seriously LARGE. And MESSY. Which = DELICIOUS!!! The Caesar side salad was just fine. The fish tacos were ok. But it's all about the burger for me. Come hungry.
The ambiance was good and is exactly what is expected of a Bar/pub and grill style place. The bartender/server was great. Friendly and very efficient. I ordered the Chowdah Fries and the Truffle Shuffle Burger and holy sh!t they were delicious. One of the very few places that knows what a medium rare burger is supposed to be cooked like. Highly recommend this place.
Very nice place. Loved the vibes. Our waiter was super chill. The music was great. Kid friendly, has high chairs. We enjoyed the steak & cheese egg rolls. The giant lobster roll was FANTASTIC! Glad we stopped here.

1620 Brewhouse is a solid, reliable place to get a bite. When I was in Ptown recently, my friends and I stopped by for sandwiches and beers. The World Cup was on, so the TVs were playing that and the environment was very lively. We sat outside and that was really nice. I had a beer and a gyro. Everything was fine...no issues at all. Service was nice. If you're looking for a quick, casual bite, this is a good option. read more

Stopped in with our pup and sat on the patio! Relaxing atmosphere and great food and drinks. 1620 burger, sweet potato fries, cape codder, race point drink. Definitely will be back! read more

i enjoyed my fish tacos and the drinks were good but a bit overpriced in my opinion. location is amazing and the vibes were nice. I will say lone of my friends specifically asked if anything had carrots on it due to being allergic and our waiter said. no, and the sandwich my friend ordered ended up having tiny pieces of carrots. honest mistake i guess. but if my other friend hadn't noticed it would've been a different night. ALSO i just wish the barstools outside were more plus size friendly read more

After biking around town on a sunny afternoon, we were looking forward to lunch and were seated on their pretty, shaded patio. I ordered the fire fighter burger and it tasted amazing. It was cooked correctly, and the kick'n bayou sauce was so flavorful. Our server was kind and personable. I appreciated how clean the bathrooms were as well. I also love that this restaurant allows you to choose sides such as sweet potato fries, onion rings, or a house salad for no upcharge. I'd definitely return if I'm ever in the area again! read more
We were happy to find a spot with outdoor, dog friendly seating! The Peanut Butter Burger was perhaps one of the most satisfying burgers I have ever had. Quite a surprisingly delicious combination. Everything about it was perfect - as long as you're ready with a giant stack of napkins nearby! The truffle fries were an excellent side. I will return here every time I'm in Provincetown. read more
Came here just for the drinks and they were delish. Both martini's you couldn't even taste the liquor. Beautiful outdoor area and very clean too. My friend, boyfriend and I went mid afternoon so it was actually really quiet. Server was very friendly and his recommendations were great. Only thing I wish was there was some sort of music playing outside because they do play it inside (which is nice seating too) read more

So we stumbled upon this place a few weekends ago after just arriving in P town. We were hungry and wanted to get our drank on. Two seats had just opened up at the bar so we snagged those bad boys and got to work making our way through the menu. I ordered a margarita which was tangy and spicy. Bae ordered a bloody mary if I remember correctly and if you're curious to know how it is, you'd have to ask her yourself. We saw clam chowder poutine fries so obviously that was the appetizer we ordered. The fries themselves were shoe-string and crisp to DEATH. The chowdah was good and thick. I could detect very small clam meat which made it difficult for my usually vegetarian self to avoid. If you do eat shellfish and enjoy a nice chowdah, this is a must order. I would put my face in it if I could. I also ordered the humdinger sandwich with roasted garlic and red pepper hummus, goat cheese, pesto, cucumber, tomato, and mixed greens in a nice and soft pita. How AMAZING does that ingredient combo sound? I elected to have some greens on the side instead of fries given our appetizer and they were dressed to perfection. Not only does this taste delicious but I felt good enough about myself to have a license to eat like complete shit for the rest of the day! This was a great place to stop and have a bite and a beverage. I'd strongly consider returning if I was back in town. read more

as someone who dines out all the time and definitely is willing to spend money in restaurants every time i go out I am very accustomed to how expensive food and beverage is in Provincetown. But this recent visit to the Brewhouse really pissed me off. I ordered a whiskey on the rocks. They literally charged me $3 for ice .. wtf why not just charge $16 for the drink? instead of breaking it now for an additional charge for ice I definitely don't understand the logic of this Definitely will never go back there I'll have to check if they charge for cocktail napkins as well Too many other great options in Provincetown to have to deal with this bullshit read more

Omg Amanda is literally the best bartender I have ever had. Such an amazing experience- she was so sharp and responsive and super social! You will NEVER be disappointed w a visit with her. Her co-worker Zafer was also awesome and very attentive. I heard Amanda played softball but quit because she couldn't be a pitcher but she continued her love for sports by playing basketball and volleyball. She adds a lot of sparkle to the landslide read more

Nice restaurant with a great outdoor terrace / patio overlooking Commercial St. I got the fried cauliflower app and a cup of the Portuguese Kale soup. The app was outstanding. Very nice flavor, a bit too much sauce for my taste (I like things with less sauce), but delicious. The Kale soup was a bit too salty so I asked for a cup of hot water to thin it down. It helped. The burger was nice, a bit dry, but not bad. The shoe string fries were nice and crispy. Loved the waitstaff and the great outdoor dining section. read more
Enjoyed brews and views from the outside seating area last week. Server was great and the menu is rather diverse. It was an off time...not quite lunch and way too early for dinner. We decided to share the chowder fries...their version of poutine. I wasn't too sure about it...but I like fries and clam chowder...so throw that all together on a plate (add bacon if you'd like)....and...BAM. A hearty heart attack on a plate. That's all we ordered...it was a really good snack and held me for HOURS. Thankfully, dinner wasn't until rather late that day. Craft beers were quite nice and I'd give this place another visit sometime. read more

Good beer list, but we only stopped by here for the Cape Cod Summer Ale. Pleased to find it here on tap, and so enjoyable to drink on a hot summer day. But when we returned 2 days later they were out. What? Out of Cape Cod's best summer beer? Shame. Food for us was ok, we went simple with their Cape Codder salad, and added chicken. But the prices here are way too high, $12 for a salad, then another $6 for the grilled chicken. And $7 for the beer. I get Ptown is a tourist location, but the prices were high for the value of serving. Then service here is just average also, some long waits at first, and nothing more than you'd expect. Best part is the outdoor seating, so you can enjoy fresh air and people watch. read more
