Great location in the heart of Provincetown. Grab drinks at the bar and pick your seat on the deck overlooking the water. Order oysters and clams from the storefront to the right - before you go to the shucking station. Not the friendliest bartenders and the young man shucking the oysters was quite angry about something. Nice people took my order for the seafood, though. Location, location, location. read more

The outdoor seating is lovely. Our Cape Codder cocktails tasted strange. Like a bitter or artificial taste. I would not order cocktails here again. You order drinks at the bar. There doesn't appear to be table service. No food is served but you can bring in from nearby stands. read more

Delicious, STRONGGGG drinks here! I definitely am not a light weight and the Margarita had me feeling great all night.. my boyfriend has the special drink of the night which had some watermelon and vodka in it, but it was a little sweet and not as strong as mine. The seats we had had a great view of the ocean and sunset, and our waiter was great. Definitely would come back for more drinks!! read more

Oh - THIS place is a gem - right on the water and a beautiful place to have cocktails. So that's what we did. The staff was friendly and fun! Aqua Bar is the literal best. There's a half dozen food stalls here to choose from, so whoever you're with can get anything they're in the mood for. After you order, walk towards the back and you'll come out to where the seating area is and you can snag a drink from the bar there if you'd like. This spot is 10/10 with beautiful views of the bay. It's great to come here either by yourself or with a group--sit looking out at the water, or, there's 4-tops in front of the bar, and picnic tables on the other side. read more

This place is open for drinks only. You have to bring your own food (there's a food court nearby). They serve wine, beer, cider, and of course a variety of coastal mixed drinks. We've had a mojito, a dark n stormy, and a vodka mule - all three were delicious and mixed strong! The oceanview here is the best. Come during the day or early evening. read more

This was my fiancé and I's first time at Aqua bar with definitely no expectations. The Bloody Mary's are STRONG and the Wellfleet oysters are so fresh. Best thing about this place is the view. The view is AMAZING, especially at sunset. The line can be obscenely long. We actually ordered 2 drinks each to avoid waiting in that line in the 30 seconds required to finish our first drink. This was CLUTCH. I ordered a margarita and my little sunset view ordered a moscow mule. I observed essentially 70% of the contents of my margarita to be alcohol which was NOT a problem. The flavor was still decent. Tina describes the moscow mule as "nice and refreshing". We also ordered cape cod blonde. Drinks are $12 each. Don't recall how much the beers were. I'd probably hit this spot again if I was in town in the future! read more

Right on the water!! Gorgeous long tables and tasty cocktails! It's right next to a food court with really good options for burritos, burgers, Chinese, jamaican food, or ice cream. You can bring any food right to your table to have with your drink and enjoy the scene. The staff is very attentive and clear your empty cups and food. worst bar experience of my adult life. my sister and I were discriminated against for being friendly and talking to the wring "local". Even after separating from this man we were told we could Not be served per the manager. We had one drink there and there were people all around being blatantly intoxicated while We were sitting calmly just wanting a beverage. I've never felt so judged and disrespected - especially on my birthday. this place is legit gross And should be ashamed of their behavior. read more

Why won't they get better chairs? I don't want to sit on a dirty picnic table in full sun. The tall, tiny chair/stools don't fit my ass let alone my niece's. Otherwise it's perfect- the view, the access to food, the hard alcohol selection. read more

Bizarre in a word. Great view on water and OK bar. But you have to buy food elsewhere and bring it with you. The inside strip.mall has a handful . Odd concept but works if you know before hand. Its sort of like a Mall good court with the tables on the deck facing the water. read more

One of the hidden gem bars of ptown. Hidden in the back of the aquarium mall, this bar nis all about the view, raw bar, and casual atmosphere. Order a meal at one of the many take out restaurants, and sit at the picnic tables, order a drink and chillax. Enjoy its ptown. read more

I am not big on either one, but they were so good here I certainly ate my fair share. The sauce for the mussels was a home Run. Good spot to grab some oysters and shrimp. Great view from the very uncomfortable stools.. that is why just three stars. Those chairs will leave a pattern on the back of your thighs that will last hours lol.. the shrimp were huge and well a bit too dirty and fishy for my liking but my husband liked them and he enjoyed the oysters. read more

This bar is all about location. The drinks are spendy but you are paying for the view. Mass has a new policy that wherever you get drinks, you must order food. Since aquabar doesn't serve food, you have to purchase something outside of the establishment so plan ahead! read more

A fave spot. Like the barstools enough. Happy it's open. Aperol spritz was solid. Food delivered from adjacent vendors was too. Go into 207 Commercial, grab something to eat in the food court if you want and bring it in, or just do what we do and power right to the back at Aquabar for cocktails to kick off and/or end your pub crawl. The one thing this bar has going for it is the open deck and view. The view is nice and there are lots of tables on the deck. There are also heaters out there, which is nice on a cool night. But, honestly it feels like you are paying for the view and experience rather than for a good drink. I really thought the mixed drinks were too expensive for what I got. I paid $12 for a Strawberry Margarita that was on the small side due to all of the ice. And it wasn't even very strong. If you just wanted a beer then maybe this would be a fine place because they did have a special for $3 PBR. I wouldn't go here again for drinks. read more

We decided to stop in after seeing the reviews on Yelp. My bf went to the raw bar, service was a bit weird, had the oysters and shrimp, which he was happy with. The drinks were decent and it is a fun place to gossip. You do have to walk up a hill to get there but you certainly can roll down it with the right beverages when returning.

For some wishful reason, I thought it was a full-out gay bar, but no, when we heard the booming voice of the drunken slattern at the bar, we knew it was a place that welcomed anybody and everybody. Nothing wrong with that but some show tunes would've been nice. We soon realized P-Town doesn't really have straight bars, just different flavors of gay ones. The bartender was friendly, but the vibe was off for us. We weren't into pool or ping-pong but still made time for a couple of their signature cocktails in paper cups, the $16 Margarita for Jamie and the $14 Blue Hawaiian for me (Photo 2). They were on the watery side, but hey, the evening was young. The best people I've met just randomly on a night out have been folks I've met here. Solid drinks, tunes, pool, and a much beloved air hockey table. What more could you ask for?

Most of their menus are boring and haven't changed in years. That's why, it was so refreshing to find Ocean 193. Since it opened in 2019, I've been dozens of times (and brought friends and family) and each time was rewarded with delicious food, beautifully plated, and friendly, helpful, and responsive service. Prices are competitive. On top of that, the view is one of the best in town and the owner, Frank, puts everything he has into making your dining experience top notch. I can't recommend Ocean 193 highly enough. You won't be disappointed!
