(Thankfully! That negative review is baloney) After waiting a few days and comparing his price to other local repair services, he was the best deal with the most care for detail. So I called him this morning and now my phone looks brand new again! Ed is very nice, precise and punctual. His prices are fair considering the convenience that he comes to you to repair your phone and you are able to see everything he's doing. I really want to emphasize his care for detail. Ed opens your phone right in front of your eyes. He carries out multiple tests to make sure that the phone is working properly and that all that needs to be fixed is the cracked screen. After replacing the new screen, he takes the time to test all of the phones functions again in front of you. You get to watch him throughout this whole process. You see each and every little microscopic screw removed and then replaced carefully. He explains everything he's doing and his repair kit is very organized. This guys is a crook! Edward quoted me a price to repair my iPhone 6, then he quoted me $5 less if I left him an amazing review on here. I didn't agree that day, but the next day I contacted him to schedule an appointment and he wouldn't honor his quote!! He said that price was no longer available. His original quote never had s timeline. Once I advised him that it was against California law to not honor a quote given, he just laughed at me, and finally just ignored me. I have tried to research his business license, but nothing has turned up. I now doubt he is actually legally operating a business. Beware!!! Don't take too much stock in the other reviews as those were probably paid for as well!! How can you trust someone with your expensive iPhone when he won't even stand by his word? If you don't let Ed fix your iPhone you'll probably regret it. My husband broke his iPhone 6s Plus screen so bad that pieces of glass were missing. He needed it to be fixed right away from further damaging the phone. We called Ed close to closing time but he made his way over without a fuss knowing it would take quite awhile to do the replacement. He is very kind and professional. He made sure to do a 20 point inspection of the phone in front of us before changing the glass, he showed us every thing he did and also explained to us where other cheap places go wrong. In the end he performed the same 20 point inspection to show us that every piece was put back together the way it was supposed to be and the phone was functioning as if it was never dropped. You definitely get your money's worth with Ed, he is worth it! I've seen mall fixed phones for cheap go way south and he is not a man for shortcuts. I've read the one bad review on here and let me tell you, she's nuts. I was definitely not paid for this and he honored his price quote with us and did not in any way shape or form give us grief even when he could have for calling so late. I was so impressed with Ed and his services! I 'accidentally' came across puls.com when searching google for a place to get my iphone 6 plus cracked screen fixed. I was searching during midnight, half asleep, and needed a place to fix it fast and at a reasonable price. I searched around and found local tech shops that were charging $120-150. I was planning on leaving first thing in the morning and getting my phone fixed at office depot. I came across the puls link and happened to click on it. It looked like a legit mobile service that comes to you! I totally thought it was a scam and unsafe but I looked up the reviews and it looked promising. I decided to take the chance and typed in my information. I was even ready to pay in advance since I thought thats how the system would work. But they said they collect the payment after the service. I ended up giving the address for my work and thought if the technician shows up, great. If not, then it's okay, I'll go to office depot during my lunch break.
