This battery they bought and gave started suddenly running out in 20 mins despite regular diagnosing and low battery mode, and I found out it ballooned (the first battery never ballooned it was only old). The battery's technical "actual" capacity decreased drastically, which may mean it's a bad battery. So I ordered another battery from the proper website and it works fine with that technical capacity matching the manufacturer label. I would conclude this with either the repair store had this type of battery with them all along but it was too old, someone switched the front sticker label to have "lenovo" yet the battery is a knockoff replica from Amazon (my only clue is that it's label sticker doesn't wrap around the plastic case like my newest one does), or the provider that battery was delivered from is not trustworthy and this store should buy from somewhere else.

I was told that my phone would be returned to my work the next business day and my Groupon purchase would be refunded. My phone never came. My calls were not returned. I had someone call from another number - The owner answered and when the issue was addressed, he said he was out of state for an emergency. This took place 3 weeks ago. I still have not received my phone (which included my SIM card) or my refund. I had to order a replacement phone. I plan on contacting the Business Bureau regarding this issue. I showed him the receipt I got from that store and he looked at it and said "I don't know what that is but not a metro PCS receipt" he said it looked like some mickey mouse receipt and I agreed with him it looked nothing like the receipts that i was use to getting when i paid my bill.. So using a different phone (since my phone was disconnected) I called the store where I paid my bill and spoke to this compulsive liar named halo and explained to him the situation.. His reply to me was the first of a series of lies that went on and on for the next several days. he said "no problem I will take care of it for you just wait 15 minutes and your phone will be back online" of course as you may have already guessed my phone was not back online and the bill remained unpaid. I tried calling him back and the phone rang and rang and eventually went to some cheesy voice mail. I called him back over and over again like 6 time and he wouldn't pick up, finally I managed to get through and told him my bill is still unpaid, he reassured me that he would take care of it over the weekend and not to worry. I went to a metro PCS corporate store where all customer disputes are resolved and they told me there is nothing they can do because this was not a metro PCS (even though it looks like one). The following monday my bill is still unpaid and this guy still telling me he was going to take care of it, I went back and forth with him for thge next several days, listening to his lies.. Finally I gave up and just went into the Metro close to my house and paid the bill to get my phone back online. I called the department of consumer affairs and filled out a customer complaint form and its on file. If your looking to pay your phone bill I would strongly suggest not going to this store, they will pocket your money and then lie to you over and over again. The Dept of consumer affairs said there was several customer complaints on file and they will probably shut this place down soon. You have been warned

( in short, I am still in the Jurassic world when everybody else is already living in Mars!). It just stops updating Period! I found itechmed on yelp and saw good reviews so I decided to call. I was shocked that Christian is a phone repair mobile service. He will drive to your place or you can meet him somewhere in the middle. Since I am the laziest person alive, I just gave my address and meet him here in my place XD' . He's prompt and I was greeted with smiles, very friendly people (he's with his lovely wife when they arrive). I gave him my iPhone, and he was able to fix my phone in front of me in no time! The cost for this...20 BUCKS!!! Christian and his wife were such a cool, down to earth people. He was talking to me the whole time and letting me know exactly what was going on.
