It wasn't very crowded, but it was early on a Wednesday night. Adam welcomed me as soon as I walked in. Very quickly, there was a baseball game on the TV (they had basketball on another TV) and a cold drink in my hand. The entire staff was friendly. There's video golf, darts, and a beer pong table if you're looking to play some games. Full disclosure, they offer you a free koozie for your Yelp review, but that didn't influence my review at all. But I did take home the koozie. I'll come back.

They've been here 2.5 years and from my first experience , they are absolutely crushing it. Dim lighting, beautiful bar design in a smaller space, and 90's-2000's hip hop was the perfect mix for a chill Friday night. Niaget took care of us at the bar (please forgive me if I got the spelling wrong!) and she is clearly a well trained mixologist. Cocktail menu is unique and the ingredients might seem a little far out, but trust the process. The drink pictured below was a bourbon-based (Old Forrester) custom cocktail that Niaget threw together. Hints of pineapple & mint mixed with my favorite brand bourbon made this an honest treat. I will be tossing this cocktail bar onto my favorites list and can't wait to go back.

First thing we noticed was how HUGE this place is. I feel like everywhere we turned, each section had its own vibe and its own designated bar. With the loud music, it was more loungey than anything and the crowd was on the much younger side. Canopy seems to be the go-to place in the South End. We did not encounter this kind of lines or crowds anywhere else in the area. Ordered a grapefruity drink (Our Flowerchild) off the menu and it was pretty good. Price was alright - definitely cheaper than what I'd pay in NYC (which is already atrocious in itself).
