I loved my first few visit here as a new mom the place is very calm, gave a boutique kind of feel. Parking was so easy and I never saw another patient in the waiting room when I would attend my appointments so that felt great limiting exposure to other illnesses with a newborn. Operationally, there do seem to be some issues.... When we first attended my husband and o both requested to be on a one shot at a time plan. I had read a lot of stories and from friends and family experiences encouraging the one shot at a time in order to identify any allergies, side effects and care for the baby post shot. It didn't seem to be an issue when we first saw Dr. Ali. We were even told we could come in just for a shot appointment and to be seen by the nurse. As time went on, things changed and they were more passive aggressive about the request... not letting us know what the issue was. It felt like the worst case of customer service and like everyone knew something but us... mind you my husband and I are not anti vax, this is just our first time parenting and we did want to take a more cautious approach. Eventually it came time to my son starting full time childcare and he was behind on his shots. We were told we couldn't just come in for shots anymore and would have to wait until his 2yo check up.... A week later. At this point, my husband and I were aligned and desperate to get him back up to date with his shots. We let them know we were ok with him having all three shots (the one we were behind on and his 2yo shots) in one visit and then they shared they didn't have availability until after his school started. I was at a loss, asked for the shot records and called Kingsland Pediatrics who was able to see him that week to get him back on track and approved for school. It was also a week away from my son's second birthday so I was hopeful they could do his 2yo shots together for a total of three shots and they were so kind to accommodate us. Additionally when I brought up a shot plan they said we can cocreate and clear shot plan with the dr on our first visit. Fast forward to after the appointment with Kingsland pediatric, my husband and I decided to still see sprouts pediatrics as our sons primary as I really didn't want to let go of the conveniences of easy parking, the empty waiting room and emotionally my experiences being affirmed by the staff as a new mom. This past weekend my son was admitted into the hospital for wheezing and server coughing attacks that led him having trouble breathing. When Monday came his health had not progressed so I called sprouts pediatrics for an appointment. One the first call I was booked an appointment and then received a voicemail that they'd need to cancel my appointment due to us no longer being patients. When I called to ask more about it ultimately it was due to us not allowing all vaccines to be administered in one appointment... In these last two years, they could've had more candor, they could have shared with us why that approach was in the best interest of my son or made an effort to mitigate our concerns or inform of us on what we don't know about each shot. What also wasn't reassuring is when we would get a shot the one administering the shot wasn't informed on the benefits of the shot... it was not reassuring. We then asked to speak to the dr about it and she went ahead and informed us on the shot and what it prevents and what symptoms to look out for. I'm now six months pregnant and looked forward to taking both my children here. It's truly upsetting and disappointing experience I would not recommend them to any parent going forward. read more

Dr white didn't check my sons ears on his first sick visit and then tried to send us for a chest X-ray when his fever didnt drop (she prescribed nothing) I insisted she seen him again before doing so and lo and behold and ear infection! After for paying for both visits about $200 toward my deductible I get a bs money grab bill for $75 in the mail TWO YEARS LATER Ridiculous read more

I love Dr. White and Dr. Dehlavi! My 7 year old is a patient of Dr. White and we followed her to the new practice with Sprout Pediatrics. The office is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and most of all my son loves Dr. White. She is also the doctor for our 8.5 month old. In my opinion, Dr. Dehlavi is a careless, incompetent and inexperienced pediatrician who cares little for her patients' well-being. We had seen her once before. At that time, she saw my child for 5 minutes and her exam was not thorough. She was very quick to prescribe antibiotics even after explaining that the symptoms were improving and asking whether we could wait 24 hours before starting medication, she rejected this approach (fair enough). I went with my gut feeling and waited before giving the meds and sure enough my child was fine the next morning. Fast forward a few months, my child was sick again. We were leaving town so I needed a doctor asap and aside from urgent care and our previous pediatrician (in the med center), no other doctor would see her on such a short notice being a new patient. I wanted to give Sprout Pediatrics another shot and try to establish a relationship with a doctor nearby as I was expecting a new baby. When I spoke with the receptionist, it was a bit difficult to understand her but I took what I thought was an appointment for that same afternoon. This appointment was during my child's much needed scheduled nap time. The receptionist knew this. In order to keep my child up before the appointment, we waited at Chic fil a for 2 hours before the appointment. We arrived 25 minutes early and the receptionist informed me that there was a misunderstanding and that the appointment had already been taken but that the patient had not yet arrived. Giving them the benefit of the doubt: perhaps there was a misunderstanding, at no fault of either parties, but I was shocked when even after the receptionist explained the circumstances to Dr. Dehlavi, she refused to see us. Mind you, I'm 8 months pregnant, with a sick toddler on my hip, after having waited 2 hours at Chic Fil a, we were leaving town that day, AND her next patient hadn't even arrived yet as we were almost half an hour early. They were aware of all this. Do you think even knowing this that she took 5 minutes (that's how long our last appointment lasted) to see my sick child? NOPE!!! I try to be objective and give everyone the benefit of the doubt which is why I tried to see her a second time, but I took this (and my previous experience with Sprout Pediatrics) as a clear sign to find another doctor. If you take a look at some of Dr. Dehlavi's reviews online, you will see other comments about Dr. Dehlavi misdiagnosing, over-medicating patients and her condescending demeanor. We have seen Dr. White for the past 4 years. We liked her so much that when she had the chance to leave Texas Children's and start her own office we had to follow her. She and all of her staff are always so attentive to the families they see, and they even connect with my pre-teens. Dr. White has been my children's pediatrician for the past 5 years and we could not be happier with her. read more

If you want a doctor who provides you with real answers that doesn't fluff things, Dr.White is your lady! She is amazing :) As a first time mom, I had questions about everything and she provided me logical and easy answers that I could implement immediately. Sometimes making me feel silly for makes a mountain out of a molehill! I really like that I am able to ask a wide variety of questions and truly trust their answers. It is also easy to get appointments and everyone is super nice. I was able to get a last minute appointment when my baby woke up with a fever, etc. and I appreciate that they leave time available for these emergency-like situations. The nurses are also always very thorough, ask important questions and are good with calming a baby. read more

We had seen Dr Dehlavi since TCPA and she is a great doctor, unfortunatelly moving to this new practice did not helped much. We keep calling office (which is really small), 1 receptionist and you need to pick between 8 different phone options to "leave a message", even to schedule an appoitment. Need to say they take days to call you back, when they do. Also, there is no nurse's line, so if you need talk to someone in a emergency (what normally happens with young kids, you don't have any support - the site or phone tells you to rush to an ER).... Also phones, even you are not during lunch hours, still has the message that they are during their lunch... so no one picks it up - again, out of lunch hours. The point we decided to move back to TCPA was the mess they had done with my childs vaccines, they told us they would not need another shot even the Katy ISD was requesting... and after calling lots of times, only thing we got was the shot record to take again to the school. Resulting: My kid missed his first day as it as really missing one shot. That is really frustrating and time consuming for us as parents and for the kids, so I don't recommend this practice. We are going back to TCPA. read more

I started taken my daughter to this office after she was born. My doctor was Dr.Dehavi, and I barely ever saw her. It was like 6 months and I kept getting substitute doctors. Then when she came she was so short I could barely ask two questions every time I went.I even saw the other doctor I think Ms.White and she was the same way. At my last appt with Dr.Dehavi she got some call then came back in saying "everything is fine with Livi(my daughter)" and I bent down to fix something with my daughter and by the time I got up she left the room. That is when I decided I don't feel comfortable with this doctor and I left and got a much better Pedi. I mean the difference shocked me, I love my doctor now. I actually look forward to seeing her lol. Oh and I called the office (at Sprouts) for my child's records and they charge $25 and the lady on the phone was so rude and said "well that's our policy." I just wish I started taking my child to my new Pedi as soon as she was born, Cinco Ranch Pedi(AMAZING!). read more
