My son had a fractured toe and had been seen at urgent care who advised he needed ortho, crutches, boot and maybe surgery. We tried to get Dr. F to give us a referral to ortho but we had to come and show her his fractured toe! We sat in office for 25 minutes past appt time when they asked why are you here? We said well Dr f wanted to see him but she's too busy so the PA? So 5 min later Dr. Keith is like oh my- yeah I put in Referal call insurance for when it's approved. Tuesday around 1 cvs prescription was completed. Over 24 hrs later nothing in portal. I call back and Speak to 2 people they will do Referal Thursday. (It's Tuesday) speak with Alicia who tells me they are too busy on Tuesdays but she'll do it for me if I'm nice. I'm bring chastised for having Tricare ( retired Military) and a healthy child! If he doesn't need to go to the Dr and I did his sports physical at cvs now I can't get service at his doctors office. They send out surveys saying 100% satisfied. There were two cars in the parking lot on Monday yet Alicia argued with me it was fully booked! read more

My husband and I moved from San Antonio and we're a bit nervous about finding a new pediatrician for our children but we are very pleased with Dr. Angelina Farella she is very knowledgeable and has a fantastic bedside manner. Dr. Farella and her staff were all friendly and patient and helped my children to feel comfortable. She took her time with each child, made the exam comfortable for the children. She was effective in communicating and explaining things in a way we could understand and made me feel as though we were not rushed and I could ask any questions I needed to. My 10 yr old daughter was very sick with COVID with constant coughing, fever 101-103 and miserable with other symptoms as well. I called A Brighter Tomorrow desperate for help. Dr. Farella helped us via telemedicine that same day. She was generous with her time, patient and kind to me and my daughter and put together a comprehensive protocol that she carefully explained. She also made sure my pharmacy correctly filled our prescription. After 24 hours my daughter was significantly better. She kept improving until she had completely recovered after 72 hours. I took my two daughters to Dr. Farella today to establish them as new patients, and my experience at A Brighter Tomorrow Pediatrics has by far been the best I've ever had at a medical office. The office and nursing staff was helpful and kind, and were very warm and gracious to my daughters and I. She spends time and really listens to every question, thought and concern. The office may not be as fancy as some but that really doesn't matter. Worth driving an hour for annual visits and able to schedule virtually if need be. read more

Don't be fooled by the outside, the inside and people are amazing! We came today to get my 6 month old's ears pierced. As we drove up, we thought the place had long been closed down or if it was open, I wasn't sure I wanted to trust those inside. However I took a chance and parked and am so happy I did. The receptionist as well as the doctor were amazing. The waiting area was so much fun for kids with many toys and puppets and things to watch. The individual seeing rooms were fun as well! Ours was fish themed and the room across from ours was space themed-so, many fun colors and ideas for kids. We were seen right away and the doctor explained everything to us before she did anything. She even numbed her ears first! They look so good! Little gold studs! read more

They always seem to be able to fit is in. My daughter comes down with something and its off to the pedi-t! I never have to wait very long, usually in and out rather quickly. Farella is a nice down to earth dr and she has a great nurse and the staff is always friendly. I have never had any problems with insurance or billing. Since my daughter was born Farella has been her Doctor, I have tried the bigger clinics, but you never get that one on one friendly, caring attitude that comes with Farella and her staff. At one point I thought the other larger clinics would be better but they are not and I was very very wrong! I drive 35-55 minutes (depending on traffic) to take my daughter to see Farella. Ill continue to do so as long as they continue to provide quality care for my daughter. read more

Dr.Farella is AMAZING! We love her so much. She's the sweetest and most honest Dr you could ever have. I started taking my 4 year old after I had a couple of not so great visits with the rotating dr system offered in the area. We originally went for ear piercing and we fell in love with her. I've moved away now and I still keep in touch with her. I will as long as I can. I bring every concern no matter what it is to her and she calms my worries and takes care of my baby. I trust her whole heartedly. You can't say that about too many Drs anymore. She finds the problem and solves it instead referring it out to someone else. read more

Dr. Farella is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She spends a very long time with us and listens and addresses any issues we have. My daughter was very sick for 2 months and saw 6 different doctors, none of which could diagnose her illness. Dr. Farella ordered labs, diagnosed, and treated her. I don't know what we would have done without her. She personally called me to give me test results. I can always get an appointment for the same day. Dr. Farella is smart and compassionate. I love this office! We have been seeing Doctor Farella about 12 years! She is truly amazing! Not one of those doctors that just rushes to next patient! Always has great advice and does not prescribe meds just because! It's a small office and she makes you feel at home!
