Set another date for him to come out and do the work, he came replaced brake switch, brakes and calipers. Drove it one block and said the work was done and car was running fine. Paid 669.00 . I drove the car it left me stranded with the same VSA light and issue, called them back they sent someone out 2 days later who determined that the first mechanic failed to bleed the brakes. 3 days after that Im getting ready to run errands... SAME ISSUE CAR WONT MOVE LEFT ME STRANDED after driving 2.5 miles. Had it towed to a mechanic shop cause at this point I dont want Nuts or Bolts to touch a fkng thing I own. The mechanics I took the car to determined that when the previous mechanic replaced the break switch he put a screw in stead of a grommet. The grommet is what presses the switch to allow the breaks to come back into position once you take your foot off the breaks. Paid thebnew nechanic who was very transparent and even suggested that they dont understand why they replaced all that and failed to mention that I need new Rotors ! or at the very lease had them resurfaced for 669.00 !!! As I said .. NEVER AGAIN !

I've gone there several times for alignments. During my last visit, they told me I needed wheel bearings and gave me a written estimate of about $1,300 for parts and labor. I asked if I could supply my own parts, and they said yes, explaining only that they wouldn't be able to warranty customer-supplied parts. I specifically asked what the labor would cost and was told $645. I ordered the parts and, a few months later, called to make sure the labor price was still the same before bringing my car in. They assured me it was. When I arrived with my parts, instead of pulling up my original estimate, the employee created a new estimate with the labor increased by nearly $300. I stopped him and asked him to print my original estimate. He hesitated and only did so after I repeatedly insisted. The manager then came out and claimed the original labor price was only discounted because I was supposedly buying their parts. That explanation made no sense because I had already told them from the beginning that I would be supplying my own parts, and at that time they still quoted me $645 for labor. They never said that price depended on buying their parts. It felt like an excuse made up on the spot to justify charging me almost $900 in labor. To make matters worse, the parts they wanted to sell me were marked up by more than $500. I bought the exact same brand-new parts myself for only $170. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Make sure you get everything in writing, compare prices, and don't assume they will honor the estimates they give you. After leaving I discovered that they also have complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well

The extremely nice lady running the office was 100% honest with me and let me know that they were extremely busy and had vehicles parked out in the street that they still needed to check out and it would be right at 2 weeks before they could check my truck out. She was pretty accurate with that timeline. They checked out my truck and got me a quote (their phones were having issues - so she worked with me via Text (which was awesome as I could handle this all the while continuing my work day!)). She provided me both a quote and ETA of the repair which I promptly agreed to. They had my truck wrapped up & ready for pick up just a few business days later. I picked my truck up and the same nice lady gave me a run down of my repairs and their findings as well as instructions that they put dye in my A/C system so if I had issues just give them a shout. I drove the truck home but still had concerns with the A/C. I texted her and she told me to drop the truck back off. Shortly after our exchange I dropped the truck back off - but had another lengthy discussion about what I was experiencing. Chuck's team took another crack at my problem (Basically the A/C had no freon leaks, and would at times take upwards of 30 mins to cool the truck off. It just didn't cool like it used to.) Within just a few short days - I was given my diagnosis - I wasn't crazy!! I received my quote & ETA of the repair just like last time and Chuck's team delivered once again! I definitely got what I paid for. And like many others - I am a satisfied/happy customer. Definitely my new go-to mechanic!

To add insult to injury if he doesn't end up getting the work done there they want $75 if he leaves his car there. These ppl are a joke. After a lot bruises, scraped knuckles, some blood, sweat and tears I gave up. I started looking for a mobile mechanic. I was worried about having to wait a week for someone to come out here. That's what happened with the last guy I called to help me in a similar situation. After not showing up, then rescheduling twice he finally got to my house. His own tools actually broke while he was using them and ended up borrowing some of mine. I wasn't looking forward to another experience like that one. And being female, I'm a little leery of letting someone else work on my vehicle. I've had some not so pleasant experiences with men who thought I was clueless. I got tired of the bs stories. I started do my own maintenance and repairs. I haven't paid anyone to do anything to any of my vehicles since 1996. I called a few mobile mechanics on the list before I got to Ryan's name. He's the only one who actually answered the phone. He told me he could be here in 40 minutes. I was ecstatic! He showed up when he said he would be here. He is very friendly, has the tools needed to do the job and gets it done right away. I'm especially happy to report that Ryan didn't try to tell me stories about problems I know I don't have! Six hours after talking to Ryan, I still hadn't heard back from anyone I reached out to before him. I was about to post this review when I got an impersonal text message from one of the other mechanics I reached out to. "I can come tomorrow if you haven't gotten it already." That's it. No name, no "Thank you for contacting me", "I'm sorry I missed your call"... I'm keeping Ryan's name and number in case I need help again. Thank you Ryan!

I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. I'm done with my response. I'll update this post after claims court.

I came across derricks yelp & immediately gave him a call & he assured me he could look at my car and help me figure out what was going on. i got to derricks shop where he works on cars and he greeted me & checked out my car. He showed me what was going on & explained to me that i needed to get a new radiator asap or i would over heat my engine & having an ecotec engine was going to cost me A LOT of money if i allowed to over heat. long story short... DERRICK IS BEYOND AWESOME. i got him my car & he promised to have my car done the next day by 2 or no later then 3pm & he did. HE STUCK BY HIS WORD TO HAVE MY CAR DONE BY WHEN I NEEDED IT! once i arrived he showed me my old alternator, where the leak was happening, what caused it, and how he fixed it. he also changed out my clamps because they were better then the ones i had.
