AT&T would not allow me to port out, even though they did charge my bank account for the remaining balance on the phone. I had turned off the direct payment from my bank. Now in July they are still taking my money and will not leave the phone with the new carrier. Filed a report with state AG. Got bank to block any withdrawal without my written consent. AT&T STILL toke money somehow! Once AT&T gets you hooked, you cannot get out! DON'T DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!!!!

At the T-Mobile in Bend (63455 N Hwy 97), I walked in a week later with none of the original packaging having lost the included phone cord. I was sure that they wouldn't want to help me... but they didn't even hesitate! They accepted back the phones accessories, took back the phone, and gave me detailed instructions on how to get a refund for my Apple service. What amazed me was how all of the Managers and Sales Associates worked together as a close team. They were pleasant, friendly, personable, and worked with myself and three other customers as a unit. They weren't "salespeople" trying to hook in subscribers. They were people, first and foremost, who all expressed having bills and money issues themselves and were legitimately trying to get each customers what they needed. Even myself, who needed a full refund. As they did so, they all seemed to really enjoy working and joking with each other while servicing the people in their store AS people. It was the kind of experience that can make a person believe in trusting those in small locations again! I can't suggest them highly enough.

It was $189 and the explanation was that we told you it would be a little higher the first time the Internet is very very slow.
