Zero on customer service! We would like to share our experience from last Sunday. We came with our baby and we forgot our stroller at the store. We called the store on Tuesday and the owner said she has the stroller but she will not keep it in the store. We said we wanted to come and get it. Stroller was worth more than 300 usd. She didnt respond. She literally kicked our stroller out. We called the store and employee there said she doesnt see the stroller. She then contacted the owner and then informed us that there was never a stroller in the store. When she realized that we know that owner had the stroller, she changed her statement and agreed. I dont know if the owner sold our stroller or really kicked it out. But she is not planning to return it after our multiple requests. Can there be a worse example of customer service? Can someone really do such a thing. I am in shock! read more

Amazing service! The line was out the door with about 30 people! I got through the line in 10 minutes and was very amazed. The ice cream there was outstanding! I happened to get 2 scoops with the "expresso explosion" (espresso with big chocolate flakes) and "birthday cake" in a waffle cone which was very crunchy. I also got to try the "cotton candy" and the flavor was mind blowing, one of the best flavorful cotton candy ice creams I've gotten! The shop is so cute, a bit tiny (great for an ice cream shop) but they did overcrowd it trying to sell games and candies. There is a little lounge area with a big screen tv and some tables. Also I do have to mention they do have lunch foods but I didn't eat any. By far a great experience and I totally recommend it! read more

Great place to get ice-cream. We enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake and the Waui Maui. For those who don't care for ice cream there's milk shakes, coffee and cupcakes with lots of other kind of candy. Saw a sign that said "new strawberry goodies" and decided to get a couple of things! I got the strawberry frappuccino, and my boyfriend got a strawberry milkshake. I watched her make my drink: strawberry syrup (sign said "fresh strawberry juice" but really just tasted like syrup), ice, and milk. No coffee? My boyfriend's milkshake was watered down and there were unblended chunks of ice in both of our drinks. Not worth the price (paid almost $11 for both drinks). Flavors are nothing special but I guess it's nice to have an ice cream shop on the water. They have that going for them. read more

Wish there were a half star. Took a visiting friend into Sprinklz today. The owner, Jennifer, was working alone. When a whiff of two wealthless whale sized women waffled through the door and dared ask for a sample of ice cream, Jennifer sized up the situation, acting as though we had assaulted a caramel. When I described my coneless cupped selection as orgasmic, Jennifer's face froze. [fast forward] She swiped my friend's Visa to seize our $10, and even Hamilton would have been disgraced when she exclaimed, "They're telling me to ask for an ID." Sprinklz is a wonder in Langley providing excellent ice cream and other treats and always with a smile. A local establishment that provides entertainment for all ages plus a dash of Nostalgia for many. If you're near Langley (the village by the sea - on South Whidbey) you definitely need to stop in. read more

My fiancé and I were on our boat for a long weekend, our first stop Langley. We had a transmission issue and really needed transmission fluid. The Star Store was out of stock, the buses don't run on the weekend so we were left paying $40 for a round trip taxi ride to the Red Apple market about 5 miles away...until we stumbled into sprinklz for a coffee. Jennifer the owner, asked how we were and we said a little disappointed explaining our issue. She was very sympathetic and kept saying there has to be a way to get you there without a taxi...then she said hold on let me call Fred at Music for the Eyes to see if he could drive us...sure enough Fred was happy to do it. Long story short, with the help of Jennifer and Fred we were able to get the transmission fluid we needed. The coffee was great and the service extraordinary. We will be back hopefully in the summer time so we can enjoy the ice cream too. Thank you Jennifer and Fred for caring, you are two amazing people. Langley is lucky to have you! read more

I went over Labor Day Weekend and I was underwhelmed by the customer service. I think it was the owner who was working the register, and she spent all her time talking to the lady behind us (who she knew) that she never acknowledged us directly (even when giving us the total--no eye contact) until she literally peeked into my wallet to demand my single dollars. I am purposefully not using the word "ask" because it wasn't asking, it was telling me that she needed singles. I get it. It's a holiday weekend and the banks are closed, but it wasn't like I was giving her a big bill, either. It was absolutely smaller than a $20 bill, so I wasn't cleaning out her till. I told her that I really didn't want to part with the few singles that I had, and she continued to tell me that she needed it because the banks are closed (as if none of the rest of us have that problem?). I told her I could debit the charge instead if that helped, but then she told me that because the total tab was under a certain amount, that I would incur an additional fee (50 cents, I think?) for swiping. I just gave her my singles because I didn't even want to deal with it anymore. Seriously, if you want something from a customer, you should acknowledge them prior to demanding what you want, actually ask for something with words like "please" and "I apologize for the inconvenience" instead of just demanding it (because I would not have minded in the slightest if it was a polite request), or offer to waive the debit fee if making change is really a problem (since it's YOUR problem and not mine), because when you don't do any of these, you're just bullying your customer. I go to Whidbey every year and I won't be returning or recommending this place. The ice cream wasn't so good as to warrant the treatment. But be warned: if you go, bring cash and bring singles. read more
